Love Amazon but today one of the workers dropped off my package and helped himself to the fresh Buffalo Wild Wings I had delivered sitting on my porch for when I got home. Yiu guys should really pay your employees better so they don’t have to steal food.

For providing an income stream cool as for service Amazon has always been great you can as of yet I haven't had no items ordered not show up on my door step.

Bad place ever. I spent more than 25mns without any assistance…Each person i found said :” hold on” and never return back to me. I have Just need the B.O.L of a loan that i picked (it ) up a load. ?

Shopping online is the worst, they put up pictures and most of them look good but when you get the actual product. Looks like scams going on. False advertising and the pictures they put up are not even the real pictures: so done buying online.

On a horribly snowy day last Friday got my car stuck in an angle in a couple of inches of snow. An Amazon van pulled up & I apologized for being in the way. This angel LATASHA (I hope that's the correct spelling) helped me by trying to push the car, advising me how to turn the wheel. She helped move snow around the car and finally after 30 minutes or so I was able to get out!!

This is ridiculous, came here at 1pm for non-Inventory pick up, dry van 53, right now it’s 10 pm and still didn’t get a dock to back up, endless awaiting and it’s seems that nobody know what to do, show must go on…. Awful ? The people were kind and nice though

Check in sucks! They should keep a person in check in who knows what he’s doing,needs to keep a person who has knowledge about trucking and freight. Sometimes I felt like they don’t know what they were asking…. At least there should be a person who understands and speaks well.

Good job by the employees! The shipping office is well organized, everything is on time, fast, and clear.

Don’t come here too pick up load even power load if you booked from LANDSTAR I go there to pickup and they told me I not have any load here and I wait in parking area and I make too many calls and emails nobody responds this is my last load from LANDSTAR ????

Why cant the delivery people ring my doorbell when they leave a package. The ring bell is just beneath where they leave my packages. The truck is in the driveway so we are home! Its just a small gesture on your part to help prevent theft. No phone number for me to call so do I have to go in person to lodge my complaint?

This place closes cause they heard one thunder!?! So I wonder, when the temperature on summer gets to 100 degrees are they gonna close due to inclement weather?!? And don't bother calling that number cause it's disconnected....

Always gate issue's here, takes forever to get in. Amazon made a huge mistake adding those camera systems to all the Amazons. Huge unnecessary line to go in. It was better before when they used to check us in.

I came in as a senior with a Amazon approved service dog. There are a group of people who decided to yell at me and give me gesture saying my dog is evil, bad luck and their belief has told them to keep dogs away from them. I have continued to express concerns about these constant harressments and their discrimination against me and my service dog. There has been incident where other co workers have also been treated with the same disrespect. Housekeeping staff are made to clean up after them in a Multi Faith three rooms area that they refuse to let others use. Told they use one room to wash their feet, keep rugs unrolled which no one else is allowed to touch, so they too can use at least one of those three rooms. Also told they stay in those three rooms eating. I was talking to a co worker, when I was once again approached this way. I did get upset about and hearing about what happen with the treatment to the Housekeeping staff didn't sit well with me. They were having to clean vomit from toilet seats. Told that should have been taken care of as a safety precautions. Needless to say one supervisor decided to state that some people don't like dogs? No, it's not the real reason and I question your view on discrimination and bias. You too have made negative comments about my dog and HR had to address those actions to you. Heard you are transferring to Boston.

I was on inbound stowing. The job is easy, but training is minimal with high expectations. The processing guide on the team was nasty to women. Needless to say, I didn’t stay long. I’m a business owner and a nursing assistant. My advice is, don’t quit your day job for Amazon warehouse in Syracuse. Maybe others are better.

Drivers need to slow down in neighborhoods.. In North Syracuse a driver driving a Penske truck that works for Amazon almost hit a 4 and 5 year old while he was flying around the bend. That is unacceptable!!

I’m a carrier and have run loads out of here. The Relay app is fantastic and staff have all been pleasant to deal with. I was running cross border loads from this Amazon whse to the one in Ottawa YOW3 and even provided 3 drop trailers for future loads. I was being paid for a 180mile line haul and the only two logical ports of entry into Canada being Landsdowne or Prescott Ontario. The first 2 loads cleared fine via Prescott border but took a very long time and required many phone calls and follow ups with Cole international (amazons customs broker). On the third load I arrived at the border and waited 3hrs. Cole did not want to process via the same border I’ve been using but instead processed it at a border completely different and out of the way. The broker was rude and made no effort to correct the issue. I had to detour 280 additional miles after spending 3 hours waiting for clearance. A load that should have taken total 7hours ended up taking 2 days and 18hrs. Completely ridiculousness. After the last load I called the load broker and told them my trailers are getting pulled out and the 3 upcoming loads which were scheduled for this week are canceled

Someone there has a nice masculine Mens polished bracelet & I have an empty box. Ordered it on Amazon & it was packaged and mailed from this location. But nothing will be done about it.

Despite the nice appearance there have been numerous times employees have run stop signs and nearly t boned me going dangerous speeds. At clockout/clockin people block the bus route making employees late. Not only do the employees arriving by bus get dropped off in a dangerous location [because the bus stop is blocked by a line of cars] but these cars block a fire lane. Which when everyone is leaving is very chaotic. EMPLOYEES aren't using pedestrian paths despite them being available and clearly marked and on multiple occasions I have almost hit them because they're walking down the center of the road with headphones on and end up in my blindspot before I notice them. [At night] there is so much going on it is hard to focus on everyone when people are nearly wrecking each other to leave work. This needs to be addressed before someone gets seriously injured or killed. This is a serious safety issue in my humble professional opinion.

Constant issue with the delivery of packages from the Amazon fulfillment center out of Liverpool. Delayed due to rainy weather. They need to do the job they are paid to do or get fired and hire people who want to do the job to the fullest. When I contacted Amazon customer service. The reps attitude regarding this matter was oh well it happens what do you want me to do about it. I have been since Oct 6th trying to get my package. Keeps getting returned due to increment weather. It's been raining!!! Green grass wet bare roads. Nope no snow here!! Do your job!! Lazy people!!

Wow I'm an outside looking in With that being said congrats however the downside would be the parking lot don't go over there during changeover what a mess God bless you when winter comes and it's snowing

Human resources does not do their job correctly. Had me on suspension for a month and a half with only contacting me twice. they asked for my statement 3 weeks after the incident expecting me to remember exactly what happened then took 2 more weeks to call me out of nowhere and terminate me. they wouldn't answer any of my questions.

Since January 2022, Amazon drivers have delivered to the wrong address twice, and have thrown a package to my house. Glad I caught this one on camera when I heard a thud against the door. It’s not that hard to walk a few more feet to set something down, or look at a giant number on the house and check the address on the package. Pure laziness!! Hire drivers that care about their jobs.

9 out of 10 deliveries to my address are purposefully delivered to the wrong place as per my delivery instructions. The drivers lie about where the package is left, including stating that they handed the package directly to ME! There needs to be a way to contact management at this facility to correct delivery issues.

Please train your staff!!!! I saw the Amazon truck pull up right in front of my house he sat there for about 10 minutes never got out of the vehicle and just drove off about an hour later I received a message saying my package was delivered at door step & nothing was actually delivered!

None of the drivers get out of their vans. I live in a secure senior building. The directions how to gain access are right on the wall, next to the phone. This type of building is not novel! Each time I'm to receive a delivery, I get text and emails stating their was difficulty delivering my package. Today we watched 2 vans parked one in front of the other just sitting there. Then they drove around the parking lot in circles. One left, the second pulled up to the entrance, stopped, then left. NEVER GOT OUT OF THE VAN. We have cameras watching their activity. We see them not coming in, and the ones that do come in drop the package at the door. Our names and apartment numbers are on the package. They can call by name or apartment number. We buzz them in. They are to come up to our apartment with the packages. TRAIN YOUR STAFF PLEASE. Thank you

They took a beautiful open space and changed it to this. It was such a treat to walk by because all of the green noticeably lowered the ambient temperature. Now, with no trees or shade, you can get heat stroke walking down the road. They are now messing with a main road to add a turn lane. At an intersection about half a mile away, they changed the layout, so now you can't turn left, just to keep traffic moving towards this new warehouse. Further away, in the village, another lane was added to allow for more vehicle traffic towards the warehouse. The village has about 30k people in it. Once this is completed, it will add lots of jobs, yay! But will also add several thousand people and their families to our quiet little village. It will also add hundreds of cars onto our tiny already crowded streets. The village is a cute sleeper village. It is a true hidden gem. We were so quiet, we never ran out of toilet paper in 2020. Now, it will become just like every other industrial city and lose all of its charm. It will become overcrowded, loud, and dangerous. I am glad to be moving out while I can. Other residents are as well, but no one is buying their homes because no one wants to live next to Amazon and the new crazy. We all enjoy Amazon and their 1 day shipping, but is it really worth destroying a small village? All of the fears brought up during initial discussions are coming true. Our council made a poor choice. They traded money and jobs for the safety of the village.
