I wanna start off by saying that. Frank and the crew are the best. I've ever met. They took care of me in a timely manner and made sure that everything was back in order.Before I left one branch, frank went out, got me a new tire.Got me all set up no appointment, just called them said, hey, have a problem.He said come in and he took care of me. It was great again. Thank you, Liverpool. You guys are the greatest.

Jeff and Frank are nice persons. My Camry 2006 had a bent in the rim and a flat tire. The staff bent back, put spare tire back to trunk, pump tire with a very affordable price. I will come back to fix the oil leak here. Have a good day. Will recommend to Vietnamese friends.

Marcello was professional and knowledgable. He explained all of my options and explained the tires in detail. I purchased the tires that were best for me and my vehicle. Very pleased with the service - took less time to replace battery than expected, did a general look at the vehicle and suggested several areas that should be checked, took less time than expected and cost less - what more could you ask for.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location. They took care of both my brakes and an oil change the same day. The staff was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly. They also made sure to apply available coupons, which saved me money without me even asking. I really appreciated the honesty and excellent customer service. I've been taking my cars here for 15 years and have never had a bad experience. They don't try to rip you off they always apply a coupon if they have one and their work is always excellent. Staff there has always been so pleasant and friendly. I always recommend this place to people.

What an outstanding customer experience!! Jeff and Marcello and team at Firestone Liverpool earn my highest praise and appreciation. 1,000 stars - if that was a rating option. My college son was on Spring Break visiting from Indiana when the car sprang a major oil leak at the nearby mall. He is a good driver, but not a mechanic :), so I used google to find a service center and phoned the store. The guys welcomed my son into their busy afternoon schedule and were able to quickly identify the issue, make the fix, cleaned up the oil mess, and then continued monitoring the vehicle and then phoned him that it was ready for him to pick up. Quick, FAIR, AFFORDABLE, and HONEST!!. I wish we lived closer so we could go here for all service needs as well as refer all our friends and family. The service writer/manager Frank was great, he fit us in when they were very busy. He was very helpful, kind and patient. The technician Garrett did an excellent job with my car's alignment. He had a problem with the printer software, so he invited me back to the machine and he explained what he did and the final alignment numbers were spot on. I was very satisfied and happy with the work done and I would drive out of my way to do business at this store, even though there are other firestone service centers that are closer.

Manager and tech were extremely friendly and helpful I really appreciated their care for my car and me. The tech was very knowledgeable. It was hard to tell from the Firestone website that they did NYS inspections, but the manager caught that I needed an inspection and let me know they did them. So I had them do the inspection. Great customer service. You have a new long term customer.

These guys are great! You really feel like you are getting taken care of by family. My son wanted to know how tires got balanced and these guys were delighted to feed his curiosity. You don’t often leave a car shop hopeful to be back soon. ?
