We had a bent hinge on our door and it the door was stuck open. Other body shops were telling us it would be months before it could be seen. Chuck Taylor had us come in same day and brought our car in from the snow overnight. They were able to bend the hinge back and do the work cheaper than replacing hinges. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I had 5+ star treatment at Chuck Taylor's today! It started with a call to see if I could get an estimate on repair, Leah answered the phone on the second ring and let me know I could come in anytime to get my car looked at. When I arrived she had Anthony take a look at it right away, no wait time even though I hadn't made an appointment, amazing!! The main issue with my vehicle was a dent by the front light which pushed the panel back preventing the driver's door opening. Anthony took a look at it and offered to fix it immediately so that I would be able to open and close the door. 30 minutes later I drove out with the dent popped back out and the door working perfectly!!! The free estimate turned into a free repair. I am so thankful for these people, it's rare to find honest, hard working people with kindness as part of their business. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs. Thank you to everyone at Chuck Taylor's for your outstanding customer service and car repair.

I took my car to Chuck Taylor’s Body Shop in Liverpool today for a repair, and once again, they exceeded my expectations! I first met with the owner, Brandon Taylor, last Thursday. He was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and gave me a date to bring the car in. I dropped it off this morning and was able to pick it up this afternoon—such quick and efficient service! Anthony called me right away when my car was ready, and when I arrived, he walked me through exactly what was done. He was professional, pleasant, and made the whole experience seamless. This is actually my second time working with Chuck Taylor’s Body Shop, and both times have been nothing short of excellent. Their service, communication, and attention to detail are outstanding. Honestly, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! If you need any body shop repair—big or small—I highly recommend reaching out to them. They are amazing. Thank you!!

I recently brought in a car that had paint, scrapes and scratches along a good portion of the passenger side of the car to Chuck Taylors Body Shop . We discussed a course of action and a price; the owner suggested a low cost solution. The other option would have been over $5000 . I opted for the simple solution. So I left the car and he would fit it in . To my surprise he had it done the next day . Wow it looked great. He buffed out all the paint and got out a good amount of the scrapes and scratches . Even a dent or two . Everything he said he would attempt was achieved. I was very pleased with the job and highly recommend them.

I had an awesome experience with Chuck Taylor’s Body Shop. The whole team was super friendly and very communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process. They did an amazing job when they repainted my bumper, pulled out my dents, and now my car looks good as new. They completely fixed my rusting sliding door rails and repaired locks that had stopped working, and now everything works like new. Quite an unexpected bad experience. Yes they took my vehicle, but they had it for a day - I need to now interior detail because it was returned dirty. Left it for a day expecting at least communication, received none and had i left with a competitor i would have gotten the job done. I guess this 1,000$ job will go to a competitor that can earn my trust and communicate more effectively. Disappointed

​I took my truck to Chuck Taylor's for scratch repairs on both sides of the door in May , and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Upon return, I discovered a broken license plate frame, a nail in the tire, and small splatters of white paint on the passenger door. To make matters worse, they had removed the "SOGAN" lettering from the passenger door but failed to replace it. When I called to inquire, they claimed to have no record of it and denied any knowledge. It then took a month and two weeks for them to finally reapply the letters to my truck. The lack of communication and attention to detail at Chuck Taylor's is truly unacceptable.

Truly would give zero stars if I could. Someone scheduled me on a holiday when they were closed. When I called back the next week to understand what happened, I was told I wasn't in the system. The part they ordered for me was supposedly "broken" and I never received a call back. Horrible communication.

I came here to get the paint chip touched up on the hood of my car, and they did a phenomenal job! A guy named Anthony handled my car and he was fantastic. The customer service at this place is hard to beat, I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends!!

I have such a high regard for this business I couldn’t wait to write my review. Last year I backed up onto a freshly hot tarred unsupervised road, my car was a mess! Chuck Taylor came to my rescue . They not only did a great clean up job but they also contacted the business responsible and made sure they took responsibility, and they did, 100%! Now just two days ago I drove over a pot hole that completely flattened my winter tire. After waiting 4 hours at a local Dunkin'donuts for road service I took a chance and call Chuck Taylor's auto body shop to see if they could change my flat. And by the way we were just over a major snow storm!! Chuck immediately said he could help and within 5 minutes they arrived to help!!! Chuck Taylor goes way beyond the call of business!! He does exceptional auto body work and a real outstanding member of a village!

This body shop is amazing! Not only are they personable, they are easy to talk with in regard to my repairs and did not treat me differently because I am a female. I had some minor body damage to the side of my truck and tailgate. A competitor wanted to repaint the side etc and it was going to cost over $3,200!! I took it to Chuck Taylor’s for an estimate and they looked and looked and suggested buffing first for $300 as he thought this would take care of the issue. Sure enough, a little buffing and their magic man dent puller who pulled a very small dent from tailgate and my truck looks brand new. Best $300 I ever spent. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for body work. ( in fact, already did to a friend). Best local business around!

Took a 2013 Silverado to Brandon to repair rust spots on box and cab. He took my truck apart and repaired the rust spots. My truck looks brand new. He even detailed inside and out at no extra cost. My estimate is exactly what I paid when I picked it up. Brandon also rented a 2024 Silverado for me while the work was being performed. He also kept end me informed on the status of the repair. I would highly recommend him.

About 8 months ago someone tapped my bumper in a parking lot, nothing crazy but definitely noticeable cosmetic damage. I ended up calling Chuck Taylor’s and they told me to bring my vehicle by and they would take a look. A half hour later I pulled in, they assessed the situation and gave me an estimate and less than an hour later they were done. It ended up costing less than they originally quoted me for. Most places are quick to try and take advantage, or price gouge but these guys are so professional and courteous (the owner especially), not to mention the work itself was amazing. There are some places you go to and you feel like exactly what you are, a customer. Others, like this one - you feel like you were just taken care of by a friend. Thank you guys for your work!! Brandon was absolutely wonderful, communicative, swift and helpful. I had 2 inches of water on the floor of my car and no idea what it could’ve been. This was the only shop to kindly offer to help immediately. I went in and they quickly diagnosed the problem and vacuumed my car out for free. The price of the service that followed was very reasonable and was done extremely quickly. Will be coming here for all my auto body needs!

Brandon, the owner of Chuck Taylor’s was great to work with. He was patient and respectful, answered all my questions and made things easy for me to understand. I’d never been in an accident before so I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do. He gave me solid advice on what I should do to move forward. The work they did to restore my driver side front and passenger door was top notch. It looked perfect and I couldn’t be happier. He’s a really decent person and I’m glad I used them, would recommend and would definitely go back.

I have had collision work and undercoating work done here for many years. Each time has been a 5 star experience. When talking to my insurance company about the repair, they ask who is doing the work and when I said Chuck Taylor's. The response was "Great!" and no more questions were asked. Undercoating? - My Florida purchased 2006 Accord was undercoated twice since I have owned it. I invite you to find rust on this car. The Corrosion Free system they use and the skill of the technician means I will be driving this car, rust free, for another 50k miles. For $230 per application - that is cheap insurance.

Glad to be a loyal customer. I have for years been more than satisfied with the undercoating product , as advertised it clings to all the components treated. It doesn’t drip like other treatment products out there ! I believe in this technology. But, this is not why I decided to contribute a “ review .” Actually I am so impressed with the manner in which I am treated that it caused me to step up and do a review. They consistently return my vehicles to me with pride in their work. I’ve never had a reason to complain. Whether it was my truck or cars….. each and every time I get them back looking better than ever! They take time to explain what was done in detail. … and last but not least to mention they never fail to be professional in the way they conduct themselves. They set the bar high for their industry. All others should take notice.

Recently had my daughters car in for repair and they did an excellent job. Everyone was polite and courteous and answered all questions quickly. I was most impressed a month later when we brought it in due to the heat shield coming loose and hanging under the car. They told us this was not part of the repairs they had completed, but brought the car in and fixed it for us free of charge [even though we offered to pay]. Problem fixed on the spot and excellent service, we will definitely be bringing our cars back for any body work needed. You do not see customer service like that anymore...thank you Chuck Taylor's Body Shop !!!!
