I want to express my gratitude to Jai! Jai is a total professional who did not make me, an adult man, feel embarrassed that I don’t know how to change my own windshield wipers. Not only did Jai help me find my wiper sizes, he personally went outside, in a snow storm, and helped me change them. Jai went above and beyond, and is a true asset to NAPA.

I even bought my daughter a Napa hat because the deal had to be 3 items to get the discount. The manager at Napa in Liverpool was fantastic.

Ralph went to get a new starter for our SUV, and the service that the manager give to myself and Ralph was exceptional, and the funny thing was the weather was 90 degree outside and a lady was driving by and she stop and said to Ralph, you need a hat, it's too hot for you to be walking outside without one. God provided a hat by using you Sir. Thank you for your Hat and your Bag, your smile said it all to us and if we ever need any part, you can vouch we will be back. So guys you're looking to get parts for your vehicle, just drop in and he will take care of it for you. That's what customer service is all about and it was top quality.

Good knowledgeable people who work here great place for auto parts if they don't have it in stock which quite often they do they can usually get it within 24 hours or less good solid store

Abysmal. 3 trips for one part. Every time they were completely unprepared. Like it was everyone’s first day on the job. Six hours to find an item that was in stock. Should have gone to the dealership first.

Napa is still the best auto parts store. If you need something for your car they'll have it. Knowledgeable staff.

Always a pleasure to come in this location. It's not a big store but usually has what I need. The service is excellent. There is a nice parking lot and is located right off interstate 90.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. She told me what the solution was and how to get it fixed. She did a great job.

Went to top off the coolant, discovered a crack in the radiator. Super helpful and concerned employees got me fixed right up with what I needed and even let me chill in the store while the epoxy set. Very friendly and knowledgable. Would break down here anytime!

Purchased two 5000 series halogen headlight bulbs to fit a 69 Chevelle. After going all the way home and opening one of the boxes I saw that the bulbr was broken. Brought it back for replacement and they didn't have one. They, and I, decided that having a replacement "shuttled" in from another store was the quickest. I stopped back an hour or so later and my replacement headlight was waiting for me! After driving back home with the replacement and finally getting it installed... the end result was that I was able to repair the headlight system to satisfaction!!! I was also pleased with the counterman and his professional attitude towards me and my problem. He was genuinely concerned about how I felt about the situation and how fast he could get my problem corrected. Thank you. I will definitely shop there again!!!

They have great prices on pretty much what ever you need for your vehicle no matter what the year is or model

This location is one of the best I have been to. The staff is knowledgeable and will help you with anything they are allowed to do, without you feeling like your a burden. The store manager Joe is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone has a go to parts guy, and Joe has become mine.

The person I dealt with was kind courteous and very helpful. He wanted to help me fix the problem even though they did not stock the type of fuse I needed! Nice guy great place!! Store was clean and nicely laid out.

This store is run by horrible employees. Not a single one apparently knows anything about cars. My fiancé was looking for rotors and no employee knew which ones he needed. He eventually ordered rotors from this store (after much confusion from the employees) and after a week of waiting, they were not the right ones. When he brought them back, the employee did not apologize or try to fix the problem at all. He refunded his money, but the problem of not having rotors was still there. We will never return to this horrible place.
