Had recall done last year. Cleared all the codes being thrown on dash. Same recall and codes. Brought in. Same codes still on dash. Was told $270 to diagnosis test it. I declined. Having this done just a year ago and still failing??? Notes state software up to date. But still having the same codes flash on the dash. First and likely last ford.

They were very professional and courteous and held to the time frame i was given in the beginning. Repairs were much less extensive than what I was told it would be by other shops prior. Was very pleased with the service and updates I received throughout the process. Thank you Davidson Ford

I was never initially credited with Ford points from purchase of Maverick and the service writer made the extra effort to talk to the general manager to get them on my account which led to a no charge service appointment. Everyone I dealt with were very courteous and not pushy at all.

I had such a great experience at the dealership. The team and sales rep, Ed, were extremely helpful, wonderful, and knowledgeable. As someone who walked in there blindfolded other than knowing what vehicle I was looking at, they helped guide me and took care of the process of getting everything that I needed for the car. I highly recommend stopping by and looking at joining the Ford Family!

What is the point of booking an appointment online if you're only going to have Tiffany go in and cancel it? This has happened to us more than once. It's getting very frustrating. Our time is valuable. There's always excuses as to why the time we selected needs to be changed or canceled completely. When we purchase a new vehicle from a dealership, we expect top notch service and the older the vehicle gets, the more we have to bring it in, the less the service worth bragging about. The excuses are getting old. We won't be buying our next vehicle from Davidson Ford of Clay based on our recent experiences over the past year.

The comedy act at Davidson Service rates only one out of five stars – they lose all the points for general sleaziness, and the “ick” factor. After a customer declines your unrealistic quote for a straightforward repair, you DON’T call them back and make a second offer, negotiating a significantly lower price for the SAME repair suddenly. Yeah, That’s not how this works. You don’t get multiple turns to fleece people. Why would anyone trust anything the Service Department says, after a shady maneuver like that? Why not offer us the lower price FIRST? We paid their $260 diag fee, took the car back, and will have it repaired here by someone back on planet Earth. They saw us as big sucker Dollar Signs$, then suddenly want to negotiate like Pawn Stars. Ick, and sleazy. Lesson learned on this one.

Best car buying experience of all time. Dealt with Jordan H., was able to work numbers and a deal over the phone from home! Saves hours that could’ve been spent at the dealership. Hands down, best experience all around. Definitely recommend!

The sales manager, Doug Jean and the sales person Matt Rupp that I worked with are tremendous individuals. They provided excellent customer service and support at every step of the process. I was able to special order a truck exactly how I wanted it, it came in in a timely fashion, they got me a great finance structure with a very low interest rate, and they had the vehicle ready within 24 hours of it hitting the ground. I couldn’t be happier. High-quality establishment here and very professional.

I took my RV in for an oil change and some advice on various things. Davidson Ford was very professional and delivered on time. Moreover, they were both courteous and understanding, answering all of my questions. I will definitely be using Davidson Ford for maintenance and repairs going forward.

I purchased my Ford Focus from Kevin in 2018. Kevin was honest, kind, and helpful. I am still driving this amazing car to this day, and I have put essentially 0 money into it. No problems, always reliable. I am eternally grateful to Kevin. As a young female, I am so appreciative of how reputable and honest this place was. 20/10 stars.

I worked with Karen Wheeler and Ed Perra on purchasing a new car unexpectedly. While the experience of having to purchase a new car was stressful, Ed and Karen made this process seamless. Ed listened and cared about what I wanted as Karen helped me decide on a vehicle that would work best for family. Ed was accommodating in helping meet my needs and helped me purchase a vehicle in less than 3 hours. He helped with a financial payment plan that worked within my budget. Overall, Ed made me feel like I was working with someone who actually cared about me as a person not just another customer. Honestly, I would recommend Ed and Karen to anyone. The entire staff in the Sales Department were helpful and honest. They even brought my new car back to have the oil changed and tires inflated when the Service Department had failed to do so prior to leaving the day of purchase. They got me in immediately and corrected the mistake. It showed their honesty and care. I highly recommend Davidson Ford of Clay.

Dan at Davidson Ford was amazing to deal with! He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, never haggled with the price for our trade in just gave us a good fair offer right off the bat. He was very helpful with whatever questions we had. His response time is very quick. The process was quick and seamless. I went to Davidson Ford in Clay for a heat problem and a rattle noise. They fixed the issues the first time. And didn’t try to up- sale me. Billed warranty company without problems. Would definitely go back to them. GREAT SERVICE

If you like waiting, this is the place for you. Then after hours of waiting get ready for a price that makes no sense. 5k they told me to fix my car when I got it fixed for $600 at another dealership. Also workers there couldn’t care less about your car or your financial state they just want your money.

Our salesman, Jordan, was very nice and not pushy; however, the Certified Pre-owned title at Davidson Ford is a joke. 2022 vehicle: -The left rear muffler was dangling at time of delivery; I had to purchase a mounting bracket myself for $75. -Even after initially seeing the vehicle on their lot and pointing out how dirty it was, when I went back to take delivery of the vehicle, it had only undergone a simple wash. When I lifted the third-row seats, crumbs of all kinds were left on the cushions. -Fuel tank was empty when taking delivery (dealer did fill it up before I left). This just emphasizes the lack of attention to detail. -The dealership had listed the vehicle with 31,xxx miles for sale. However, an autocheck report shows that Davidson received the vehicle with over 32,xxx miles, and when I took delivery it had 33,8xx. - False advertising -The dealership had listed the vehicle as having hands-free navigation. This vehicle does not have navigation at all. Plugging in your phone and using your map app is not the same as advertising that the vehicle has navigation. -The vehicle had 2 tires that have significantly less tread than the other two. When I inquired about this, they said they put tires on one axle only, and will not be replacing the other two, which is not a good practice with a 4WD/AWD vehicle, compromising the drivetrain. -The large sport brakes are less than 50%, but was told "they will pass inspection". Again, they listed this as a "certified pre-owned" again showing what this title truly means to them. -The sales "management" team consists of a few pompous individuals who would rather sit behind the glass, than come explain why they are not doing squat for someone giving you thirty-five thousand dollars for a vehicle that needs work. -Sales would not budge a penny on price, even with all of this brought to their attention. -I was never given any paperwork on the vehicle's "warranty". -They tried to charge me for new plates when I did a simple plate transfer. I caught this before signing that paperwork. All in all, our Salesman Jordan was great, but the whole experience with this dealership left a real sour taste in my mouth.

I recently had my car serviced by Davidson Ford’s Mobile service. The service was outstanding! They arrived sooner than my scheduled appointment time, kept me updated on the status and at the end, went over the services completed. I only had to walk outside to hand over my key! SO convenient. I would highly recommend this service!

I recently stopped in to look at a newer vehicle and was completely blown away with the staff! Just got the new 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor, This vehicle is ridiculously fun to drive and is probably the coolest purchase I’ve ever made vehicle wise. Davidson Ford of Clay was excellent all around, Probably the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with as well. Highly recommended.
