If I could rate Platinum Auto Sales a 0, I would. About a year ago, I purchased a 2015 BMW in cash from this dealership. Within weeks, the red flags began. Their in-house “mechanic” appears more skilled at temporarily clearing codes than addressing real issues — conveniently until the 30-day lemon law expires. Less than two months later, a nearby shop discovered a major coolant leak and significant undercarriage damage that had clearly been overlooked (or hidden). Despite verbal assurances from Andy that tire replacement would be covered as a courtesy, when the time came, he outright denied ever making the commitment — only agreeing after I confronted him directly. After spending $11,000 in good faith, I put an additional $3,000 into repairs trying to save my first car, only to eventually trade it in for $1,500. Platinum Auto Sales are scammers who take advantage of trusting buyers. Thankfully, I am now driving a 2021 Chevrolet from a legitimate dealership with zero issues — a stark reminder of how business should be done. My advice: do not trust appearances here. If you plan to buy, insist on a full independent inspection before handing over a dime.

This dealership was great they stuck with me through the whole process kept in contact and got me the car I wanted. Unlike bigger dealerships where they run your credit and ghost you after. This dealership was completely great at the POS. Reverting back to my original review. They did go out of their way to help me out and even got the downpayment lowered as well as giving me time to make the money to pay them the down payment. Great service and great cars.

I cannot say enough good things about this car dealership. The sales manager Jake made the entire experience effortless. They were upfront, honest, and respectful. We were able to get into my dream car, a white Tesla, in less than one day’s time. The care and detail that they put into the detailing was top notch. Quite possibly the best experience purchasing a vehicle thatI've ever had. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly...but not over the top to where it's annoying (you know what I mean.) I purchased my vehicle from them a month ago. I waited to do this review because in a months time, I should be able to figure out the lies and misinformation and put it all together to do a fair review. I got nothing but praise for this crew, they're genuinely good people. They gave me an amazing deal on a Tesla and this car is awesome! They went over the car with me because I'm new to the electric vehicle world! The salesman Jake stayed till 10pm to make sure I was comfortable to drive it home. I can keep going like, I even got a check for $17.50 Because they overcharged me for registration. I would have never known. Check them out, you won't be disappointed !

Worked with one of the owners, Aman Singh on a used car for my daughter. They were awesome to deal with. The car she wanted was sold once we decided to reach out, but they contacted us as soon as another one made it on their lot. No pressure, honest and fair. Would definitely buy from the again.

Made my car buying experience a great one. Got my wife and daughter a Honda Crosstour. I went in on my break at work test drove it and they got me approved on the spot.
