I set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The mobile unit came to my house, changed my oil, and rotated my tires. Marc was very professional, efficient, and did a great job! This service is very convenient for me to to get service done on my vehicle,

I just used Ford's mobile service for an oil change. The whole experience was great. Marc was very polite & knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was great about explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. In addition to the oil change he performed an inspection of the vehicle to ensure everything else was working properly. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I will definitely use the mobile service again. They come right to you, what's not to love?

Left another dealer after they sent me home with an F350 4H/4L system that wasn't working. Davidson Ford not only fixed it, but found a few other major issues that the previous dealer overlooked. They fixed my truck up just in time to make the cover photo of CNYCentral's news coverage of the most recent snow storm. Great people tow work with and for me, worth the 45-minute drive (in 2H during another blizzard).

I was so very excited when I was offered the mobile service. Frankly I didn't know if the wiper arm had been damaged when I tried to put new wiper blade on, or if it was something I was doing wrong, and didn't know if it was worth a drive to Davidson, and then realized I couldn't drive over because it was snowing and I had no wiper! So the mobile service came out, it was a simple fix, and I was ready to roll. This is a great option for service. Thank you!

Set up the mobile appt at a time that was convenient for me, Davison Ford contacted me and arrived early to my home. The technician took care of my truck and called me to confirm that the work was complete and there were no other issues to be addressed. Will use this service in the future.

I’ve had a recall on my Ford explorer that I’ve been putting off doing for lack of time and the hassle of having to wait at the dealership to get it fixed.. I recently got a call stating that Davidson Ford now has a mobile technician that can come to my house to complete the recall.. I signed up right away!! My appointment was for Tuesday morning however I got a call from Nate asking if he could push the appointment to the afternoon I work from home so no big deal He then called to let me know when the technician was 30 minutes out. Marc showed up 30 minutes later.. Marc was very personable and explained everything that he was going to do and then explained the outcome once he was done.. He was very professional and polite… Thank you both for excellent service!!!

The Ford Mobile service is very convenient. Tech came at the time that they said they would service is done right in my driveway of my home. Best part is I didn’t have to leave my house to get the service done. Would use the service again in the future thank you.

Marc came out to service my Toyota RAV4 and he was so friendly and efficient. He arrived right on time and finished a little earlier than planned and took the time after to go over everything with me. It was also incredible that he came straight to my work and serviced my car in the parking lot so I didn’t have to miss any work or waste time. After Marc gave me back my keys Nathan, the advisor, called me to go over everything again and make sure I understood everything. Both Nathan and Marc were exceptional and went above and beyond to give great service. Neither were pushy or tried to pressure me into anything, which is rare and so very appreciated.

Had a good experience with Marc the technician who serviced my mobile. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained the steps he was taking and what to recommend next. Overall, great attitude and helpful service — made the process much easier and less stressful.

My 2024 Mustang Mach E GT had a safety recall for which it needed a software update. I also needed to get the service done (tire rotation) as I reached 10,000 miles. The dealership Davidson Ford of Clay, NY sent over a technician to my workplace. She did the software update which took care of the Recall safety issue. And she also did the tire rotation right there in the parking lot of my work. All of this in less than an hour. Great service!! The technician Kayleen was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have liked Davidson Ford Of Clay from the day that I went there and bought my Mustang Mach E. They gave me a great deal, were very helpful and the customer service is top class!!

Just had the mobile oil change/service done. Marc was very professional, respectful and friendly. Great job and a huge bonus to not have to drive out to Clay and wait.

This mobile service call was flawless from start to finish. When it was offered to me by the service advisor I was unaware such a service even existed. The technician, Kayleen, called to let me know she was on her way and arrived on time. She explained completely what she was going to do and how long it would take and then proceeded to perform the services. Kayleen even showed me the cabin filter and stated it did not need replacing. I am completely satisfied with the mobile service and would use it in the future as services are available for home performance. Thanks to Kayleen and to Davidson Ford for this valuable service. As a retired 70 Year old disabled woman this really met my needs!

Marc was excellent, not only a gentleman but very precise in his work. A true benefit to the company. He even continued to work in the rain. Extremely!!! Courteous, helpful. There was a mixup with address- immediate updated address and arrived as scheduled. Even returned to address unexpected recall. Marc was great! I’m sure Kathleen was too but I didn’t have the opportunity to speak with her directly. Davidson Ford in Clay has been VERY helpful through all my MANY recalls and concerns. They were even helpful with another issue I had and were able to direct me to the appropriate place for assistance and included the information in my service notes to the dealership for further follow up.

Brought in our family farm Ford F-350 dually for service and it was the first time I was serviced in the new facility... Not only am I always super happy with Davidson service, but I used to have to bring my truck elsewhere for alignments because of its size.. no more as it's a Ford Pro Elite Commercial Center! Apparently they can service vehicles as big as f-750 and their mobile lifts can lift up to like + 70,000 lb!!! Not to mention it's so clean and bright and new. Facility so big I didn't have to take off my 7k gooseneck dump trailer for them to get into the building! Thanks! I took a photo of their new mobile lifts! So cool!
