Bunch of lazy people everytime I go there to get me inspection done for my car they tell me come tomorrow I ask them y they say because and just walk away the worst shop I have ever been in please if you value ur self respect don't go there it's not worth ur time ur money
We've been using Mike at M&M Repairs for over twenty years (even in their previous location). Mike is very honest, and takes every concern seriously. He can fix the latest model car, and even the "station" cars that we drive. We highly recommend using Mike!
8/2019, My first time at M&M a couple of months ago. Air conditioner suddenly started blowing warm, and car needed an oil change. Step 1: Get air conditioner recharged, then see if it leaks. Couple of months later, air conditioner was still blowing cold. Price was average, a little over $100. I appreciate the honest service.
10/2022, Update 3 years later. M&M is still good & honest.
A few months after the recharge, the air conditioner went warm again. The dye in the recharge refrigerant showed there was a leak in the condenser. (Not the compressor.) A different shop had replaced the condenser a year previously, and I was bothered that it needed to be replaced again. That’s what brought on my first visit to M&M, who chose a new, factory original part, which was not expensive. The, original-old-one lasted 18 years, so a factory part was probably a good choice. They said that some after-market parts hardly save any money and are problematic. They showed me how the year-old replacement was made of cheap metal, the failure wasn’t in a connection but inside the replacement condenser itself, and you could visually see how the new factory part they got for me was a higher quality steel. They also fixed the surrounding hardware around the engine-radiator that was not put back together properly with the first replacement condensor. AC is still good 3 years later.
Another repair I had done a few years before I met M&M was to get a regulator replaced in the driver’s power window. Then it broke again, soon after getting the AC repaired. M&M saw that only the motor was replaced, but not the whole regulator unit, or something like that. They got the whole assembly, factory original, for only a few bucks more than just the motor, and repaired the window for good.
If they ever choose an after-market part, I’ll know they’re familiar with the part and they know it’s reliable.
Call to see if scheduling is necessary. "Friendliness" does not come across with the guy who answers the phone, but he gets the job done and it's worth going through him.
Parking lot is really small and tight; the system is that you drive in, park where you think might be best, get out of your car, and then someone will tell you where they really need you to move your car, so you get back in your car to move it move it... You get used to it.
Also, the only receipt you get is for your credit card. If you're keeping service history records for your car, you'll have to keep your own notes. It's weird, but since they use quality parts, do proper service, and the prices are good, then even if they're atypical about providing itemized receipts, I get used to it.
I have been going to Mike and M&M Ventures for more than 20 years. It’s all about trust. They provide all customers w quality and affordable service, i would never go anywhere else. The community appreciates what they do.
My brakes started feeling soft the other day and a neighbor recommended M&M. They took the car right in, found the leaking brake line immediately, fixed it quickly while I waited and charged a very reasonable fee. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work fellas!
