The worst experience of my entire life. What did they not do wrong, messed up my bumper, my sensors, fried my computer, and then took over 2 months to fix. When I was told it was ready, I showed up my car was dirty inside out, the seats laid back like it was taken out for joy rides and there were wires still visible as they didn’t put the panels back on. Not to mention I found a hat and other belongings that were not mine in the car. Then I finally get my car back and start receiving tickets from when the car was in the shop from both the Village of Valley Stream and Nassau county. How unprofessional, illegal, and immoral practices are they running as an auto shop.
Very bad experience about their closing timing google says they close at 8pm and today is my fourth visit everytime they close around 7 and today i came before 7 and still guy told me tomorrow. Please update your timing on google thank you
Take my phone # off of your sign. I've had this number for over 20 years. Tired of getting phone calls about auto repairs because of your typo. I'm a mom with two young children. Have already called and spoken to someone, but it's been years of this. Thanks!

Went here to get an oil change. First, I waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Older indian man sitting reading a news paper and 2 other guys just talking to each other and staring at me. I asked for an oil change and no one answers. Then finally one of the guys told me wait 10 minutes. I waited 15 and the guy then told me to pull in. As I'm driving into the oil change spot, another car comes in and blocks me. Turns out, it's one of the mechanics and he told me to move my car because the car he came with has to be done first. I told him I waited 15 minutes and the other mechanic told me to pull in my car. He said "too bad, i need to do routers and brakes on this car first and you will have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes." That's so disrespectful. Not going back there again.
Hasan and team are great they completed the work promptly and at reaonable price.

I loved the place! My car isnpection date was ending today and i had work, they efficiently inspected it and i wasn’t even late for work. Hassan ali helped me and it was a pleasure talking to him. Overall, i recommend them to everyone.
Went there this evening and saw a bunch of Indian guys sitting there. I asked who was in charge and one of them spoke up. I asked if he could have an inspection done because it failed a couple times and I had replaced the parts needed. He started asking me questions where I had them installed. I told him the answer. He said go back to them and let them do the inspection...um what? I've never heard that before. He then told me to come tomorrow at 9 since they will be closing soon. (I showed up at 7:22pm. They closed at 8pm. an inspection doenst take that long) . Listen if you couldnt do the inspection just say that, instead of giving me the run around. Poor business etiquette.
Amazing job by Hasan. My engine smoked out. Hasan accommodated me with a reliable vehicle for my daily use. And put a brand new Engine in my car at very affordable price. Highly Recommend. Hasan treat every customer like a family. No over charging or hidden costs

Was on my way to work, but had a car emergency and eded up coming here after a quick Google search for nearby shops (and after reading all reviews) and the service was great. Like the previous reviews stated. Friendly staff, and they really kept it honest.

Amazing Service at this location. I come to this location all the time for all types of things. Every time I’m greeted with spectacular customer service. This repair shop has the most fair prices in this area. They work on vehicles with extreme care and caution. They get the job done very fast. Every time my vehicles are returned in pristine condition. The employees are very friendly and nice and they always help me get what I want. I’ve been to many different repair shops in the area but this one is the best by far. I highly recommend coming here for any vehicle related problems.

By far the best experience I’ve had in auto repair work, the staff is amazing and work very diligently. The prices are very fair and actually quite low compared to other repair shops. Definitely going to come back here for any car repair I need in the future!
I went to this particular location based on the reference of a close friend of mine. I have no knowledge of cars so finding a repair shop that I trust is the hardest challenge for me. I dealt with a gentleman named Faheem who explained the situation to me. I still felt a little confused and was surprised when the owner himself came to clarify the problem for me. The owner Sohail invited me to his office serving coffee and going over a payment plan that was amicable for both of us. Before I left he assured me that if any problems were to arise I should come back whenever, I left feeling confident that my car was in good shape. I highly recommend this mechanic and definitely ask for Faheem and Sohail.
This is a really great auto repair shop. The guys are honest funny and do great work! They never hit you over the head with the price and they're willing to show a customer the prices of their parts and you can literally sit and watch them install it. They are a patient, fast, hard working Crew! They are efficient and are willing to help at the drop of a hat!
