Came for here for a valve replacement late in the afternoon and they took my car in. I realized I did not have an appointment but they got me sorted by the next day. Highly recommend this shop
I recently visited Gregoris Subaru’s Service Center and was unfortunately met with poor customer service. When discussing a missing tire valve on my vehicle, the service representative I worked with was inexplicably rude and seemed upset about the issue.
I genuinely didn’t care what the problem was—I was going to get the car diagnosed and pay for whatever the issue turned out to be. That’s obviously why I went there in the first place. Apparently, being a willing-to-pay customer still warranted an attitude.
I’m not sure what caused their attitude, as I had every intention of paying for the repair. It’s frustrating when you’re willing to address and pay for necessary work, yet you’re treated as if you’ve done something wrong.
I’ve always appreciated good service, and this interaction fell well short of what I’d expect from a dealership. I hope this was just an off day for this particular employee, but it’s left me reconsidering where I’ll take my business in the future.
I’d recommend management look into their customer service training, as how customers are treated matters just as much as the quality of the repair work.
What a truly bizarre experience. I hope they get the help they need.
Thanks to staff, Javier for your concerns and help in getting parts. Thank you Steve & crew for slapping on my moon, side windows Deflectors & silver FORESTER lettering. Car looks so legit. I love it. Parts were slapped on alittle dusty & smudge BUT HEY! you know what? My Car now & i proudly cleaned up the stuff & muff, no damage after the clean up detailed i took upon myself. No biggie people work hard & we all forget the minors. Anyways I try returning SUBARU floor mats & weather mats. I had already ordered weather mats myself. No one wants them back. Now I have 3x mats on floors, rofl. Expect driver side can only fit 1. Anyways I desperately could use weather cargo mat & perhaps floor cargo mat if there is one. I like stay consisten. Also just wanna know why no Car jack & iron? Appreciate an answer on this please I'm just curious. Only cause I thought was tradition. Also props go to DORON for your service. Everyone was a pleasure to meet.
My 2019 Subaru outback had two splits in the driver's seat. I called them up they took my VIN number and ordered the exact color I needed to match the rest of the car. The seat covers came in and they did an excellent job installation and turnaround time. The end product is just beautiful in my car. The intention to detail buy everyone involved was just excellent. They have my business. I will not go anywhere else
We have been coming here for years- with each vehicle we have leased and now the one we own. They are always so helpful and don't try to convince you of work you don't need or don't need yet. Their waiting area is really clean and comfortable, with desk areas in case you need to do work while you wait. There's coffee and a few snacks, plenty of comfortable seating, and a clean bathroom. They are the same staff for years, which means they must enjoy their work environment and are respected. I bring the kids, we each do our own thing because there's wifi, and there's a great diner across the street in case we get hungry and it's super early in the morning. They're always ready with a joke and a good morning. I really recommend this place.
This is the WORST place to have your car serviced. My husband spent over 2 hours and they never did the inspection and oil change. Their excuse was their wifi is down and they arent able to service cars in order. The car was purchased from Gregoris last year. Such a shame they don't know how to take care of their customer. Really was not happy when my husband purchased his car from them. My son and I purchased through other Subaru dealers who know what customer care is!!
Great overall experience. Scheduling the maintenance that was needed was easy and dates were available within the timeframe i needed. I was told they would need to car all day and finished within 2 hours so that was also great. My only complaint is that they close early for people who work longer hours, that isn’t very convenient. Didn’t affect me today but only because they got finished earlier than expected.
Parts Counter review: Elviss and his team have always been awesome to purchase parts from. The online site is easy to use with great pricing. Place an order and the team has the parts available for pick up the next day. The parts guys here have been a great asset to keep my old WRX running strong. Super friendly, courteous, and professional too - no order or customer is too small! Wish other parts counters would take a page out of Gregoris' book.
This locations customer service leaves so much to be desired. There is no actual empathy for your issue. This advisor..not even sure what her name is stopped short of suggesting I go back to my previous dealer who worked on the vehicle in regards to a reoccurrence of an issue due to problem with their “credits and billing and warranty reimbursement “. Then proceeds to tell me, we can’t work on your car because we can’t test drive it due to tints being present on the front passenger and driver windows. She did not ask about the depth of the tint or perform any test to deem them illegal but could tell me from behind a desk having never actually seen the car that my tints are illegal…I BOUGHT THE CAR USED FROM SUBARU IN 2022 WITH THE TINTS!!! Really??? This was an epic fail and I will never go back to this location.
I brought my Subaru for a regular oil check and annual NYS inspection here. I've been to at least 6-7 different Subaru service centers in California and New York, and the service reps here are not friendly. I will be looking elsewhere for another service center to go to next time.
I don't like how staff deal with people. They always trying get me spent money on things I don't need. Than try get smart with you if you don't take their offer. That whole customer service needs to be shuffle.

I have a tire and wheel warranty that I got when I purchased my car from a different Subaru dealership that can be used at any location. I never had issues using it at the other dealership but it was a bit far and my current schedule was too full to drive over on a weekday so I decided to go to this location instead. My front passenger tire was leaking air and I wasn't sure if it would be a simple plug or a replacement.
The visit was a huge waste of time. They tried to charge me $180.00 for labor even though the warranty would have covered the service. That is insane. It's crazy they're trying to double dip and get more money out of this. I cancelled and drove out of there so quickly.
I booked an appointment with Mavis Discount Tire instead. They fixed my leak for $30 and gave me a free tire rotation, all done in roughly half an hour. I'm never coming back to this Subaru service center again.
The only place that I know that does an oil change in one hour and charges more for the labor than the actual service.
Not to mention the secretary needs to learn some customer service or hire someone who can hear.
Peter the service representative was excellent the service on my vehicle done within the time promised... The service team discovered a safety issue ( Crack engine belt) suggested time frame to have my vehicle fixed. No pressure but stressed the necessity. Stress free services.
Ordered parts several times and was able to pick them up before 6pm like Google and their own website says. Today, I show up ten til and they're closed. I go ovelr to ask service if parts closed early and was sassily told that parts has closed at 5pm everyday for 19yrs. Just go anywhere else for parts and service.
Duran is quite possibly the most incompetent service advisor ive ever worked with in my long driving career. He purposely didn't call in the issues to my warranty company because "they're a but though to deal with" and costed me $3,600 for work I later had to get redone cause of their shotty craftsmanship
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE

If you want honest people with great work ana results, this is where you have to go.
They didn’t charge me for job not covered under warranty and serviced it under a “good will” initiative costing me $0.

Let me start with, this service center is very accomodating, clean and very knowledgeable. dont get me wrong all of these qualities are great for a service center. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my Wrx, the specialist that I was with was Peter I believe and he offered me some services that I did not scheduled but anyways I took it because why not right ? multi-point inspection etc. He even called me to show me that my front brakes needed to be changed, so he offered me a “discounted” price but little did he know I know the price of the OEM brakes and he offered it for 390+ tax with just front brakes. I already bought aftermarket ones not even 300$ for all four brake pads. And would only cost me nothing for labor because Id do it myself. So I dont know what you’re trying to pull with that price point. and they look at me like I dont know what im talking about. dont get me wrong this place is good for a simple service. but the prices they have for different service is just outrageous, even the ones I did. but hey, would probably find a different service center.

out in 35 minutes for an oil change I used to go to Island Toyota on Staten Island They are horrible They stole 35 dollars in quarters out of my console

I purchased my 2021 Subaru Outback in NJ but have been going to this service dept for maintenance and a recent no sound issue in the car because its closer to work. All the staff have been extremely nice and helpful especially Peter. They resolved the no sound from the infotainment center by replacing the amplifier in a timely fashion. This service station will be my new service place from now on. No complaints.
This is amazing service center. All the way from buying the vehicle from Mr. Levi at the sales office and years of service. Pete, Maria and even the gentleman owner, are so understanding and patient and go out of their way to accommodate late appointments/arrivals.
Please keep up the honest, good, old fashioned service and the true, amazing customer service. Jesus loves you and your souls are priceless!!!
When I picked up my car I saw something sticky on the mat. I asked the worker how did this happen. The worker said it was like that. I asked for a water hose and he said they didn't have one and walked away. I didn't bring my car in with a sticky mess on the mat. I also know that a service center has a water hose. I'm really ticked off at these people. They don't even try to pretend to be accommodating.
I’ve been visiting this service center since my first car a 2012 Nissan Altima, my second a 2014 Maxima and now a 2018 maxima and they’ve taken stellar care of my vehicles and great customer service with through & through. Go to Maria and she will take solid care of you.
My issue with them is their ethics. I went in there for a class C vehicle service which means 15,000 miles service. Service cost well over $300. I was told that the cabin filter was dirty and would need to be replaced for an additional $80. Why not just tell me since I'm already there sure we can replace the filter now because you're here the part cost $20. I'm already being charged for labor so why rake me over the coals for another 80 bucks. Aren't you getting enough money out of the already overpriced C Service. Bottom line Look for alternatives, Google, read the reviews, go on the Subaru website or better yet Subaru pages on Facebook. Find out if you need to be trapped by the local Subaru service department. Analyze carefully what service you really need because this service department will only try to charge additional expenditures without customer service in mind. You shouldn't take your car in for service and feel like you're being pressured or on the spot. They also asked me to give them a good review when Subaru sends me the customer satisfaction survey which is unethical also.
This place just looks shady ... Always have an Eerie feeling when we come here.
Purchased the 2019 outback a year back car at Gregoris so came here for service - Today my wife went in to get an oil change done and while she was there, I had asked her to get the drain plug replaced ( generally costs $3-4 at their own parts shop ) which they would have had to take off anyways for the oil change.
The service Manager had the audacity to come to my wife & tell her it was going to be an additional $134.99 to "INSPECT" the drain plug on top of the overpriced $80 synthetic oil change. (Probably had to make for the fact that we had a "FREE" oil change coupon from when we purchased the car)
When she refused and asked for the car back, she was told she needed to sign a release because the car had not had an oil change since last august not knowing I had (2) regular & timely oil changes done at another location since we were at this location last.
I would recommend STAY AWAY !!! Plenty of Genuine dealers that charge a lot less and provide Excellent service on the Island.

This service center is really good. The service at the desk is welcoming and honest. The mechanics are also open and upfront. I actually enjoyed the waiting room, free coffee, free wifi, a clean bathroom.
I bring my 2016 outback for all its service appointments. I would recommend getting here before 7:30 am if you're looking to wait for your car in the morning. Overall fantastic service.
