I bought a vehicle from this dealership Sept. 2024. I asked the sales person to send me a video of all the imperfections of the car, since I lived two hours away and didn’t want to make the drive unless it was worth it for me. The guy managed to send me a video hiding every single imperfections of the car (there were so many dings and dents, the car is a 2024). I got the vehicle delivered to me under the idea that there were only very minor scratches as he had stated in the video. I was shocked and disappointed to say the least, however, my fault for not going and checking it out in person. I’ll take that loss as my own doing. Prior to me buying the car, I saw it online advertised for a good price, but when speaking to the sales person, he jacks up the price by $4,000.00, and then proceeds to explain that the online price is after a $4,000.00 dealer fee.. lol We managed to get into an agreement over the price and I subsequently bought it. Now aside from all this nuisance I had to go through, the sales person informs me that the car has already been pre inspected expiring 10/2026. I get an email in January from the DMV that my inspection is about to expire in February. I go check the inspection sticker, it’s not even the same VIN of my car. How unbelievably unprofessional can you be to put your customers in jeopardy like that? You just slapped someone’s inspection sticker on my car and called it a day. Needless to say, buy it at your own risk.

I visited Stream Auto Outlet today to explore the possibility of having my lease bought out. I met with Chris, who quickly realized he couldn't assist me, but he dedicated almost an hour to discussing my options. He explained everything in detail and provided valuable advice, even encouraging me to reach out if I needed help in the future. His kindness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. When I'm ready to lease again, I'll definitely return to speak with Chris.

My review of Stream Auto Amityville. I usually deal exclusively with dealerships. I have to admit, these guys were phenomenal. Fredo in sales, Craig in finance & the entire team were total pros. They processed my deal in record time the day I arrived from Connecticut. In and out in an hour. Most of the work was done over the phone and email regarding insurance, loan and registration. They took care of my DMV documentation & registration. I only needed to get an emissions test back in Connecticut. The MB GLS 450 I purchased was just as mint as advertised. Everything they placed online was an accurate description. These guys play no games and talk an honest game. I really appreciated their professionalism. Not to mention a great group of individuals. They had the car detailed and washed the day I arrived. Fredo in sales walked me through the car and made sure I was comfortable before I departed. Bought one of my dream cars, couldn’t be happier with the car. Had an overall solid experience at Stream Auto, they have a great inventory of cars and are easy to work with to get you rolling with a new car. Lots of beautiful cars in the lot as well.

EXCELLENT!!!!! I’m glad I couldn’t find what I was looking for in another dealer, I ended up stopping at Stream Auto and even better my guy Dewan was a super star, excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He’s vibe is different. I’m glad he approached me and helped me since I stepped in there. i had Dewan and he’s amazing!!! I just turned 18 a month ago and I have no credit score yet they still approved me to get an AMG. Al is so nice as well! he helped the banks approved me with such a low down payment!!! definitely referring my friends and definitely recommend to everyone.

I went to see a car after seeing the high ratings on Google reviews. I recommend that those considering this place do not go. The salesman was very dishonest. These high ratings are unbelievable. I had informed them in advance that the car I owned was not in good condition, but after signing the documents, I was forced to accept a change in the trade-in amount. Regarding the car key, they said they would order a spare key, but when I contacted them later, they claimed they had never said such a thing. You should not trust salesmen here. I gave one star, but if zero were possible, I would give zero.

Sarah was awesome during the entire process of purchasing my new Tundra. She was very attentive from the moment I made the first phone call inquiry about the online advertisement. Sarah had excellent communication and immediately answered all of my questions. I had a very smooth online transaction and was able to arrange delivery of my new vehicle directly to my home and they took my trade in directly from my driveway, extremely convenient! Would highly recommend!

I was really interested in buying a car while I was driving around the neighborhood. I saw this dealership online listed as the most closest location near me. Reviewers… I must say compared to many dealerships in queens, this is one of the most efficient and hardworking dealership I have seen. The staff is very patient and enthusiastic about their customers leaving with a car. My mans, Tamer, who is one of the sales associate there, had a very positive attitude, very attentive and quick!!! If you guys need help, HES THE GUY!! I went inside and spent about an hour and left with this beauty. Highly recommended!!!!

For those saying they were charged more, they did not read the disclaimer right on the price on the website that says “assumes $3,995 down payment”.
