I purchased weathertech mats at Valley Van and the passenger side mat didn't fit properly. I returned and was told they would get a replacement set and to keep the ones I had in my car until then I returned there this morning and was told they got me the higher grade mats at no extra charge. They fit beautifully and made this a quick and painless exchange. This is outstanding customer service and I highly recommend Valley Van. The gentlemen are all personable, efficient and professional!
so it’s 2023 and i bring my new F250 in for a 5th wheel and these guys (Rob) grand slam it!! now it’s 2026 and i got a new 26 F250 Tremor. i bring it in for a front light bar (under grill) and rear (under bumper) lights and lastly a puck light.
grand slam is understatement - holy he:: these folks are beyond the top of their game from start to finish my truck was handled as if it was the owners. i do not have enough good to say about this place. yeah there’s a guy there that’s a bit rough around the edges but so what the end result is what matters and i’m thrilled
I called and spoke to Richard who was extremely INFORMATIVE on how to convert my cargo van into a camper/passenger as simply as possible! For anyone wondering: 14” Portholes on the left, right, and back doors of the van and a flip out passenger seat will qualify! Thank you!!!
Very unprofessional Bill told me in morning take 2h I came 8am and I left 3pm but the point is they didn’t install properly portion and came Rob hi make another holes and still not fixed properly also installed two door looks on also scratching doors when I open and close , when I drive van back home I got ow noise from partition is not tied and installed properly I never going back in this shop and I don’t recommend .
they don’tknow how to do the work they work for Crown ford screws up the people with the worst job ever for commercial vehicles highly not recommended this place they waste my whole week and overcharge Crown ford
The one stop shop for all of your van and SUV needs. Valley van has been customizing all of my vans since 2007 and they have always done an outstanding job. MOST IMPORTANT THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Neil and Mark are very entertaining and will keep you laughing while you wait.
Update 2/28 New gas tank installed, window completely reinstalled
Update 2/26/24
Spoke with Ronnie and told him that Mercedes said that the gas tank would have to be replaced. He said he would order a new one and have it replaced.
Update 2/23/24
Went to the shop and they inspected the vehicle. They clearly saw that water was completely filled on the inside of the window track and water was splashing up . They said they would call the window manufacturer bc this is the second window and he’s sitting on more inventory. They went under the van to inspect the leaky gas tank and I saw that the patch that they tried to put on the tank was peeling off. I told them I need a tank and not a patch job. I will have to call Mercedes corporate and get them involved if they do not replace since they are approved upfitter. Waiting now until 2/26 for them to call me back.
2/21/24 update. They tried to patch the gas tank but it’s still leaking you can clearly see the patch is peeling off the tank oh guess what. That window that they replaced. Water is still getting into the vehicle. Smh . I left a message for Ronnie to get back to me but I was told to call back 2/23. So now I have to demand a new gas tank to be replaced and this window to get replaced again. Honestly I just want them to do the right thing and make me whole and replace the tank and not a patched hole. I’ve been back and forth too many times over the multiple issues. I will update after I speak with Ronnie and with towards a solution.
2/9 Update: Installed seats and they drilled into my gas tank . My Driveway was covered in diesel fuel. Brought the van in and Ronnie over saw the project and fixed the leak by patching it up. He says I shouldn’t have any problems with it and ensured he would take care of it.
2023 awd Sprinter. I Went first thing in the morning before they opened and they were able to take me on the spot. They inspected my seats and parts to ensure i had everything I needed. 2 x 3 person benches with rails and bolts. They started at 8 and were done by 1. Was told it would be about 600-700 but it came out to $860. I wish it would have been a flat rate to take the guessing out of it. Overall I’m happy with the service and work. I plan on going back to get my windows and fan.
Update: got a chance to drive it a few days and I noticed that the seats they installed were not bolted down all the way causing a hard clacking sound when getting on the gas or brakes.
Went back to the store to look at some windows and told them about the issue I had with the seat. They kindly took it in on the spot , tightened up the bolts , added a second locking nut and added some rubber washers to the seat base hooks to help with the dampening no charge.
Update :
Just installed slider windows for both sliding doors and big bay sliding windows in the back. Finished the interior, added 2 light strips by the back doors and 4 spot lights for passenger rows. Installed my owl van sidesteps. The craftsmanship could be better with the screws and lining up of the joints but maybe I’m asking too much.
There was an issue with the relay for the passenger lights making a loud buzzing sound. I called them up and they diagnosed, replaced and relocated the relay.
I saw some water on the inside of a sliding window so I thought there was a leak. Called them up and they took me in the same day checked it all out.
Update 1/17/24
Water was coming in through the slider window. They did not fix the issue. They tried to fix it by using black silicone in the gaps. Said they have the best guy working on it. Check the quality of work through the pictures.

Called up yesterday and asked to speak to the owner. I wanted to share my experience I’ve had with the back and forths about the leaky window and their lifetime warranty. Mark took note as he was in the loop the whole time. They said to bring it in and they will replace it with a new window. Besides the whole inconvenience with the window and the bad relay. I would like to say they did the right thing by me and replaced the faulty items.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took a deposit on invoice and when we came to drop off the van wanted to change the price. Were willing to pay the difference, but Carlos (I think the owner) had an attitude. BAIT AND SWITCH.
I called Valley Van this morning to get a part # for a job they did on my 4Runner 3 1/2 years ago and they were able to give it to me in no time flat. Great customer service, organized record keeping, and a good operation that my dad trusted before his passing. Thanks Valley Van!

Great job repairing my truck, it looks like new. They were very efficient and easy to work with and their customer service was beyond expectations and more. They were so helpful with my rental car and the whole process over all, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend!!!
Had a spray in bed liner installed. They did a fantastic job. Everything looks great. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up by 1pm. Quoted for a more affordable price than all of the other shops I asked. Highly recommend!
Just wanted to take the time and write a review for this life saving company. My father has done business with them for many years and they came through for us when our original plan backfired. My husband and I were preparing to move cross country and were in need of a hitch. Our first contact fell through without any explanation or communication whatsoever about five days before we were supposed to be leaving. Every store we called had said it would be at least a week to get it in stock. My Dad called Valley Vans and they said they could get the part over night, no problem. Without this company I don’t know what we would have done! Thank you so much for your amazing service!!
I brought in my NV200 for "factory looking" glass in the rear quarter panels. Price was right, got me in and out in about an hour and a half. I was stoked. Tuesday before Thanksgiving, out and on my way. Everyone was nice, too.
Two days later, I close the drivers side sliding door and "pop" , the new window spiders all over. I check other slider/ window combo while opening and closing it, and it's hitting as it glides by. That window is going to break, too. I think, no big deal, I bought it from a reputable establishment they will do the right thing.
They did the right thing, it took an extra trip but my windows are in and fit correctly. I would recommend.
I was there to have a plow installed and lights they went above and beyond. I mean there price was high and they took a few extras days but worth the wait the truck was put together better then they took it in I was very happy and the boys there have a fun working personality. Thanks guys
I have had 2 vans "outfitted" by this company. Great service and no complaints in regards to the work. They also have great pricing on having specialty locks installed. Will definitely be back.
Giving 1 Star because NONE is not an option. Got the roof rack installed on my brand new van and the next day rained and van got flooded because they won't use any type of sealant. They are also very rude and unprofessional, to say the least.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
