This store is a godsend when you are in a pinch for parts. The lady up front helped us save a couple hundred in food by recommending a different relay kit for our fridge. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the setup and go the extra mile. You guys rock!

My new go to for appliance parts. Trish the manager is super knowledgeable, very personal. I needed a part that other places said they did not have and or not able to get it. If they could they said it was on backorder and had no idea when it would be in. This store was the only one that could it and it was in 2 days after ordering. Highly recommend them for get part.

Came in right after open with an AC capacitor and they had a multimeter ready to go to test it, and they had new ones readily available, at about the same price I would have gotten anywhere else. A great place to go!

This used to be the best shop. They were honest & were very knowledgeable. The original owners sold the shop & retired. I'm not impressed with the new owner. I purchased a new ice maker for my Whirlpool refrigerator 7/31/24. I had it put in by another company as this shop did not have a repair technician. It stopped working 7/14/25. I contacted the new owner that told me the warranty is "just under year". I told her it's just under a year. She then said it's around 9 months she thinks. I no longer recommend this business.

Appliance Parts Etc. is the kind of business every homeowner hopes to find—one that genuinely cares about solving your problem. I’ve gone to them twice for help, and both times, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, even when it turned out that no parts were needed. Most impressively, on my latest visit, they correctly determined that a bird’s nest was blocking the vent—without even seeing the dryer! Their honesty, expertise, and dedication to finding the solution set them apart. If you need help with an appliance, this is absolutely the place to go—you’ll get knowledgeable service from people who truly want to help.

Garbage return policy bought a part for $50 part didn't fix my appliance tried to return it three days later and was offered $18. Have bought multiple parts from them and was always helpful so for anyone that isn't sure about the part they need just know you're going to get less than half your money back. And also treated my wife like she was trying to scam them because I had her swing by there to return it as it was on her way home from work.

My washers lid lock mechanism broke and need a new one in a pinch. Walked in and they were busy, but the gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable, fast, and helpful. He even remembered my name while speaking to me. If you need a part, check them out. They are great to work with! Thanks, again!

Awesome store with great service! Take a picture of the model and serial # before coming in, and they'll get whatever you're looking for. She even gave me a diagram of the belt, and labeled it for me! 10/10 would recommend!

Great service. Trish helped me diagnose the problem with my dryer. They had the parts in stock and I had my dryer fixed in one day.

(2024) Our oven igniter went out right before dinner. A quick call to the shop and they confirmed they had a replacement in stock! Picked up, installed, and the oven working again in less than an hour! (2023) I wish I could leave a second review. I needed to go back, for a heating element for a dryer this time. I called ahead and talked with Trish who confirmed the make/model of our dryer, the part, and that they had it in stock! If they don't have the part(s) in stock, they can usually order it in faster than any of the online stores. (2017) I called ahead to see if they had a part in stock for my dryer. Lonnie was super helpful and took the time to make sure they did have the correct item I needed. When I picked it up, he was just as friendly and offered several suggestions and tips to help me with the repair. I'll definitely go back!

I have bought through this place on a handful of occasions... several of the times with the initial intent to buy online. However, in every instance I found out ordering from them was right about the same price (compared to the cheapest online price I could find) and sometimes even a little cheaper and the lead time was better because it was always the next day or two. Even if they were a little higher in price I would still buy through them because I love the brick and mortar stores and having somebody available for FRIENDLY advice if need be.

This place has the best customer service and advice. They will bend over backwards to help you. I’ve been dealing with them for 20 years with all of my appliance issues and they point me in the right direction whether it be a replacement part or advice to not waste money on fixing something.

Definitely the place to go for any appliance parts! I was able to get in and out pretty quickly with just the part I needed along with some advice on making the repair versus the time I would have had to spend waiting for delivery if I went with other home improvement stores. They were also able to help me verify some other parts I had were still good and did not need replacement.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and good prices. I went in with a picture of a broken dishwasher part and the appliance model number. 10 minutes and under $50 later, I had the part for a quick fix and a web address for step by step video instructions. Thank you to this business for saving us time and money. Highly recommend you give them a visit if your appliance needs a part before you try calling a repair person!

Needed a part for my dryer and nowhere local to me had anything in stock. Called as soon as they opened and they had the exact part I needed. Even offered to hold it until I could make it there to pick it up. Very friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back when I need another part.

100% recommend! The handful of times I have needed to shop this store, she has always had what I needed in stock and fairly priced. What I appreciate most is the information and advice she gives, very easy to tell she has been doing this for a long time.

The customer service was amazing and Trish gave me ideas to check on my washing machine prior to spending money on parts. The ideas she gave me were helpful but I still needed to purchase a couple parts which was the backup idea. Both Trish and the owner new exactly which parts I needed and all parts were in stock.

The gentleman at the counter helped me find what my actual problem was rather than sell me what I thought I needed. We talked through the issue and when I got back to the house I was able to get things back on track. This saved me a hundred dollars and significant frustration and got things taken care of for me much quicker. This has made a loyal customer. I happened to use them because they were open on Saturday, but now they will be my first stop.

I'm fairly good DIY guy and needed a dryer motor. I called and talked to Lonnie to order the part. To save me time, trouble and money, Lonnie made sure I checked other suspect (cheaper) components first. No luck and still needed a motor. I really appreciated him taking the time to confirm. This place is my problem solver. They usually have the part I need. If not, they can get it soonish. This time it was dryer tumbler support rollers. I've done the timer previously. If you think you're appliance is done, hit the internet and diagnose it, get the part, and try to fix it yourself. YouTube is a life saver, but only if you can get the parts. These guys have the parts! My washer and dryer are over 20 years old! Support your local shops!

Place is awesome! Ordered a part yesterday & came in today! Very knowledgeable staff all around, everybody in the shop knows what they're talking about! They've helped me fix my washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Saved me a ton of money helping me troubleshoot the issues vs calling repair companies. I'd give 10 Gold ⭐'s if I could. Thanks!

Called at 11:45 on Saturday. Owner told me he would wait for me to get there even though I was going to be there a little after closing. When I got there, he checked the part I pulled off my dryer to be sure it was bad before he sold me a new one. Then he checked the part he sold me to make sure it wasn't defective before I left. He said "it's extremely rare that a part is defective", but he didn't want me to get home to find out if it was...it was not. He also gave me a few tips on a little more maintenance to do on the dryer to prevent it from going bad again. That's 5 star service in my book!

Very helpful in finding the correct lid switch for my washer when I didn't have the original part and provided them with the wrong part number I found online. Had the part in stock and I was able to fix it and do my laundry that night. Really nice people! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with these folks. My dishwasher was leaking and I needed a gasket and two hose clamps. I'm glad I looked locally as Appliance Parts Etc got my parts the next day (online would have taken several days) at a very competitive price. I wish I'd called them for the first order, and will be calling in the future when the next thing breaks.

I called regarding a gas dryer heating issue and spoke to Becky and Jim. They told me the part to pull from my dryer, and how to access it. I took the part (thermal fuse) to Becky and she tested it. Dead! Took the new part home, installed, and voila! What great service. I was calling to schedule a service appointment. Instead I fixed it myself for $17. Many thanks.

This place is by far the best around when it comes to appliance parts, service, and that good old fashioned knowledge that so many other places don't have. After calling about a dozen places looking for a no longer available transmission for my GE washer, I called Appliance Parts. They were extremely friendly and took the time to listen to my problem I was having. A short time later, the lady called me back and said they had a rebuilt transmission for my washer! I was elated! This was after calling many other places, many of which were rude and didn't want to be bothered by someone looking for old or used parts. Appliance Parts takes the time to help people locate parts for older appliances and they seem to genuinely care about their customers. I haven't had to use them for a service call but I would imagine they are top notch too in that field. In short. I highly reccommend Appliance Parts. They are helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen. I will definitely be a returning customer for any appliance needs I may have in the future.

My dryer quit getting hot. I called and gave me a few tips to make sure I had real issue before needing a service call. Once we determined that it was malfunctioning they came out within an hour and fixed it right up for a fair price. Great honest service. I would recommend to everyone
