I've been using this Advance for years. There is always someone present who is both helpful and provides genuine human conversation. Most recently, Aiden helped me with parts and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

I had an amazing experience at Advanced Auto! Kaden and Aiden went above and beyond to take care of my car and make sure everything was done right. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly — no upselling, just honest advice and great work. The service was quick, affordable, and top-notch. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.

I keep hoping I will have a good experience. Went in to buy a battery for my car, the kid working said they were cheaper at Walmart. Went in again looking for a hidden key holder, kid told me to go to auto zone. Went in a third time to buy license plate screws. Employees were standing at the doors smoking or vaping. Bought the screws...they were too long and the plate was going to rattle, the kid said do you need help? I said the screws are too long. He said oh...I handed him the pack back he didn't say anything...just took them and went inside. I will not be returning and now I need to go somewhere else to get screws for my license plate.

Dave is the best delivery driver there is. Always friendly and taking care of us at our shop. We get to talk about motorcycles and always has a good laugh for me.

Best staff in an auto parts store I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Big Dave is amazing. Eric is always so helpful. I miss Kerri, she was great too! Only place I buy my auto parts from and I drive down from Kirkwood just to use them!!! Still a great place!!!

Daylight. -5 degrees today. Of course weak batteries die. Spouse is running errands and car begins loosing power. Told her to pull into the store and get a battery. (Foot note) Been going to this same store routinely for over twenty years. On the phone with spouse when she enters and she asks for a battery. The associate quickly states because of the extreme weather he cannot replace the battery on her small compact, not let me check to see. That reaction from him to her shocked me. States the boss told him not to go outside. Like I said I used this store often for over twenty years and without a doubt this place has done a complete 180 since the former manager Mike left. The long faces in this place when you walk in sometimes are very telling of this job is not fun nor satisfying. Can’t just be me, Tip for the boss who was not there. Instead of telling your employees from the comfort of your home today not to change wipers or batteries because of the temp, let them decide if it can be done or not. Let them take the trash out or maybe you forgot to mention not to do that or take a smoke break. I guess boss, you did them a huge favor and they are thankful that you care for them so much. Hope you don’t believe that. Maybe Sonic and other retailers who have a mission of going to the parking lots for 10-15 minutes at a time infrequently should shut down today because today is a little more challenging. However we bought the over priced battery for 200.00 plus dollars. I installed it and didn’t die. I will never trade again with this store under this management team. Two of your competitors are with 1 mile of this place. I will call this exceptionally long review as “ The Straw That Broke The Camels Back” Alan Tolliver Arnold MO

Needed a part to fix my 2009 Cobalt. Bought it here cuz nobody else had one like the one I needed. Had to redesign the positive battery cable mount because Chevy discontinued the OEM and I had little hope of finding one in a salvage yard. They're usually cut off when the yard removes the battery.( What a waste of resources).

Arrived to get my battery checked. Although it checked out OK, I decided to buy a new one. Very nice employee installed it. Very happy with the service.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Walked in the store with 2 customer already at the counter being helped. Waited for my turn, while I waited more customers came in behind me. One of the workers let the customer jump me in line so I waited longer, no big deal but by this time there were many more customers waiting. Finally my turn and asked the worker to scan my vehicle, I was told, well that's a free service and That all the other customers in the store needed to be served first before he would scan my car. Its a free service setup with the expectation that I will learn what's wrong with my vehicle and buy the parts to fix it. They were just plain rude about the situation, I will never buy my parts from advance auto parts again.

I never thought I would be leaving a review for anything car related, but my experience here was so good that I couldn't help but leave one! The customer service here is phenomenal, and they have simply the nicest employees. You can ask any question and they'll answer it positively without making you feel silly. I had an incredibly kind employee, Angela, who simply made my experience at this store testing a car battery very memorable. She even made me crack up a few times which is not something I expect at a store for car parts! Thank you for hiring such wonderful, service oriented employees, and keep up the fantastic work guys!

Great location. But their employees. Need some training and they are extremely slow. When you ask for something they look at each other like whats going on. How you do this. Finally get to counter they look up part. I go get it. When i come back i have to wait in line again 15 minutes to check out. Sundays are the worst. Only two people working and no good help.

Great experience. Needed a new battery for my Chevy Cruze.donnie was very friendly and installed the battery in about 8 mins ,this after store manager at autozone on Richardson and Vogel refused to install it ,telling me it would take 30 mins .thank you advance auto parts and donnie .I hope I am spelling his name correctly. I wont go anywhere else for auto parts now .

Scott and Bob are excellent. There are other employees there is well I just don't know them personally. Every time I come in Bob or Scott always take care of me.

Sent my daughter in to the store because her tail light went out and I wasn't available to help her. Guess I should have sent her to Auto Zone. This store refused to assist her with putting it in. This just happened 12/7/18 at approx. 4:20. I will not use this store again.

Some of them are rude like their too good and others are so sweet and help with ur differences but the part i ordered didnt fit even after i paid 6 dollars shipping when i could have just ordered it off another website and it been cheaper but they dont even consider giving the shipping fees back to sum it all up.

Excellent service and friendly staff. After calling several competitors, Advance Auto had just what I needed. Other auto parts stores gave me the wrong part numbers and argued with me about my vehicle because, "Why would a woman drive a Chevy Express 12 passenger?" They asserted that I was quite obviously mistaken. Advanced was the first parts store who took me seriously, acknowledged my understanding of what I needed, and even held the part behind the counter until I arrived.

Stopped by to pick up a part for a friend. The employees were nice & friendly. They even helped me carry the parts & put them in my car !!! Very nice.

I bought a jump box from advanced a few months ago kept my receipt and due to the thermal printer they use the receipt was not readable after a month and a half. They replaced it after the person who sold it to me remembered selling it. So I charged up the replacement and went to use it to start my motorcycle it would go dead within a 60 to 90 seconds of being hooked up so again I take it back and get the run around by the store manager telling me everything they sell gets put into the computer when I know that is a lie the only parts that ever get put into computer are the parts that actually go on the car. So I was told I stored my receipt improperly because it was in my wallet. Yes I got mad and started getting loud because I was getting screwed over again. As a customer service professional his job is to make sure the customer is taken care if its not rocket science when you ask for windshield wipers and they ask if its for a 2 or 4wd. So at least put some effort into being a customer service rep. This is the perfect example of employees not being properly trained to deal with the public and a system that does not work. So I was told to leave his store and lost out in 80 bucks because they have a system that only works for them. There is no customer service at this store at all I'll be going to O'Rileys from now on
