Great service. I came in for a vibration and found out my tires were rotten and cracking! It sucked to pay $723 when I wasn’t expecting it, but my car rides perfectly now and they solved my problem. Tyler was extremely nice

Got tires there last year, love them! They had time to inspect my vehicle while I waited, in that same morning with 10 people ahead of me!

Lucky me, I picked up a nail. The lucky part came when I stopped at Plaza tire and they were able to remove the nail & plug the tire while my wife & I waited in the lobby.

I've been going to plaza tire for the past four years for a reason, trust professionals I've never had any issues. They've always taken care of me... My vehicles are well inspected and safe and Road ready for all my long hauls. They don't have revolving doors there.They've got great Technicians Familiar faces that's what I trust. Experience was great. Great deal on all 4 tires to be replaced with protection plan, alignment and emissions done. Got the Falken ST80 A/S. Great tires for a great price.

It’s a busy tire store and they got my car completed in a very short time. The waiting room was full of customers waiting for their cars. The people at the service desk waiting area were very helpful and professional to deal with. Car drove great on the way home. Everything was great. Thank you.

I always receive great service at Plaza Tire. The staff members that greet you at the sign-in desk always seem welcoming and act happy to see you. If you haven't considered Plaza for the servicing of your vehicle, you should do so.

I've been using PTS for many years and have always found their service to be first rate, reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

Communication was terrible. Led us to believe we were getting new tires since they had very low mileage, and one failed. Instead, when I came in to pick up my SUV, that's when they sprung on us. It was prorated, and I needed 2 tires, since you can not just change one. An expense I did not expect! Also, according to Suntrup the wheel alignment was not done properly; therefore, I paid Suntrup $200.00 to correct it. Another expense I was NOT prepared for!

I called last minute for a safety inspection and they told me to come on in and they would take care of me. They fit me right in when I arrived. My car didn’t pass so they were nice and told me to bring it back after I drove it more miles due to catalytic converters not registering due to battery being disconnected over last month while body work was being done. Everyone at Plaza was very nice.

Went in for a safety and emissions test. I asked for a quote on tires and some were on sale. Terry hooked me up and was out the door in just over an hour. Really great service!

The tire repair man found the screw immediately. He removed the screw. He patch/ plugged the puncture. I wanted 38 psi in it after repair. He did his job satisfactorily.

I came for an alignment and they were able to get it done properly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The people seemed honest but I’m giving 3 stars because I had it scheduled I had my alignment scheduled for 3:00 and my car didn’t make it into the shop until around 5:00. Once the car was in, everything was good.

Got brand new tires for my daughters car also tire pressure monitor sensors and a alignment. They did an excellent job except for the fact that when she left three tires were at 45 pressure and one tire was at 27 so now she’ll have to go back again.

Although they weren’t able to complete the job on my modified car, rob and josh tried their best to get it right, I truly appreciate them trying to do the best they could do with the little workspace they had. While waiting in the office the staff was amazing, took great care of me and even offered a charger for my phone. This should be the standard of service/care across the board.

Terry and his team at Plaza Tire doing an excellent job and provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner. I need a tire same day and I had them on my car within two hours. I would recommend Plaza Tire to my family and friends. Keep up the good work, Terry.

Plaza Tire did a great job finding leak and repairing my Tire. They were very quick to complete the repair and cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I am never disappointed when I go to Plaza. They are polite, and very very fast. They always do a good job AND advise me of things that need correction without pressure to do it that day. There may be places that are less expensive but it doesn't matter...I'll always choose Plaza Tire Service!

Excellent transaction today. Online appt, showed up, desk guy was busy but nice. Took about hour longer than his estimate(was a drop-off, so nbd). Good service and car drives great.

Good price and they said they could get me right away and they did. However they didn't have enough staff to check the alignment. Ended up taking almost 3 hours.

A tie rod and an alignment I was told would take about an hour and a half and then up taking 3 and 1/2 hours because they pulled the mechanic for my car to work on another car. And then I still have clunking sound coming from up in the hood area which I had a mechanic ride with me after they did the work and they said they think it's the struts that need to be replaced. So the car drive straight which is good but it's still clunking and I wish that they had discovered that before returning the car to me and having me find out.

Had a leaky tire, they patched it up right about as long as they said it would take! (About an hour) They didn’t try to up-charge me for any extra services or anything like that. Even gave me a new valve stem cap because I was missing one! Costed about $28, and overall I’m glad I went here! I’ll be driving up here first for any tire services I might need in the future!

I sure hope you don’t need it at a certain time. I always drop my vehicle off the night before for a rotation and oil change. Give them plenty of time as I get off work at 3pm.They NEVEr get it done on the time I put. Oil all over the vehicle and rundown the side of the motor. I will never return.Terrible mechanics

Went on the website and did a quote for tires. Went to the Armold location and got the final price and found they were located in the warehouse so they had them shipped in. Went Friday morning and within a couple of hours had them mounted and balanced. Did a GREAT job. Price was really reasonable. Will use them for our other vehicle, and RECOMMEND them HIGHLY to everyone that needs thier services.

This shop was able to get in (from afar) for us exactly the tire we wanted when we needed it — when I was left stranded with a flat tire. I had only a couple days’ wait. The people I spoke with on the phone and in person were all friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to this shop, although our son-in-law and daughter come here regularly, love it, and recommended it.

As hard to admit as it is I had somewhat of a negative first impression of this shop, really due to misunderstandings and a simple mistake. (Which was swiftly made right!) Ever since that first impression the service I’ve gotten here has been so good I’ve felt guilty. These guys always take care of me, and always as fast as possible. They know what they are doing, they are extremely efficient. I recommend doing business here with them!!

Excellent customer service, fast and knowledgeable staff that got my tires in and mounted quickly for an abnormal size. Didn't butcher my wheels like a competitors shop that I've went to in the past. Will do business with them again, highly recommend!
