This is the worse O'Reilly's store I have ever dealt with! The staff is completely incompetent, it's rare to find someone who knows what they are talking about let alone who wants to help. This store seems to forget of the "never say no policy" and to offer O'Reilly equivalent products, and lack of mentioning things like core charges. Seems like O'Reilly's needs to upgrade their hiring process and require and pay for having standards of their staff. Videos are NOT good training tools either. Seems like this store has forgotten all the "standards" this company has attempted to set. Your team is only as strong as your weakest links and there are some damn weak links. Keep the rare older guy who actually has knowledge over this stuff and wants to help. Get rid of everyone else and re-start with knowledgeable people and build on that
Felt like I was just sitting in a shop getting advice from my dad. Not only accurately read and explained the code my car was throwing, but explained to me what the consequences were, the involved repair costs, and pointed me in the right and best direction for a repair.
Stopped in to replace my car battery. Sam helped me out by showing what options fit my vehicles best and made the process quick and easy. Thanks again!
We came in to get a car jack and a lug wrench because of course our tire popped while going down highway 55 without us having one in the trunk. (They were taken out and never got put back in) not to mention we are an hour away from home. So we went inside asking where those items were and we told the man at the counter what happened. He was very nice, giving us all kinds of advice etc and then he even ended up changing the tire for us. And being two 17 year old girls, we definitely needed the assistance. We didn’t get his name but he was very kind and helpful, thank you again.
Mira needs a RAISE!!!! She took her time went the extra mile for me waited on the phone helped me out and made sure I had the right details to everything I need, she doesn’t even kno me but she treated me like she did 4 sure tanks so much you really made my day!!!! 10 Stars ⭐️
This place is awesome. They have parts people who care and are very knowledgeable. The manager, Jesse, keeps a tight crew, and his assistant Heather is remarkable. They definitely know their stuff.
Beat one I’ve been to. Even let me in a few minutes early cause I was headed to work and needed something urgent. Very friendly and helped me out a lot.
I’m giving this particular O’Reillys three stars because my husband ordered parts online to be picked up that evening and when we went to go pick them up, we were told they weren’t in stock And he would have to return the next day for his parts. My husband was OK with this, but I was critical. The website should’ve said that the parts are not in yet and when the parts would be in. Which is not the workers fault, but the website needs to get their stuff together, and maybe do an update. Other than that, my husband has had a decent experience at this particular store.
Extremely nice employees! My car needed a jump down the street and they helped me out. I offered them some money for there help, but they wouldn't take it. I've also always had better luck with their parts compaired to other stores. O'Reilly's will always be my go to parts store. 👍
When I bought a new air filter for my car, the salesperson offered to install it there in the parking lot gratuitously! It was a great experience as she explained how I can do it by myself in the future.
Check your parts when you buy them I should have removed the power steering pump at the time of purchase, or they should have pulled it out and checked it so doesn't matter it was used and didn't know till I already removed broken one so, I had to walk back to get the right one after they ordered the correct part. It was an ordeal. I've been back since and everything else is fine.
There are not enough good things to say about the 2 young men that were working last night 8/25/2021 around 8:15pm. I called then came up to exchange a battery that was under warranty. From the phone call through the exchange and changing of my battery they were the ABSOLUTE BEST! These 2 guys went above and beyond, very friendly and professional! I am not sure what their names are but I wish I did because they deserve to be recognized! You don't find this level of customer service very often anymore, it was SUPER REFRESHING! THANK YOU!!! 😊
O Reilly's is the oni auto parts store that I go to they always seem to have in stock what I need and are all truly very helpful even when it comes to a single woman needing help they have no problem coming outside and helping me
The guy I spoke to Steve. He was very respectful and helpful with everything I needed when I went in. He was also very knowledgeable. It was a very good experience when I went to this o'reilly auto parts
Not very enthusiastic in wanting to help, I may be a female but at least I know the year, make and model of my vehicle. I expect to be treated just like anyone else when I walk into the store! I will take my business elsewhere.
Not willing to install a new battery even after I paid for it. Made every excuse why he couldn't install even after saying they would when I called first. Not helpful at all.
Worst service ever. I approached the counter to have the man disappear. Never to return (20 minutes). The "lady" sat on the stool and flirted with a customer. Totally ignoring us. Walked past us and did not even acknowledge our presence. Never going there again. Abandoned merch at the counter. Total joke.
