Stopped in looking for 2 items . First one was a 7 way trailer cord replacement connector end , and they did not have one , had a spot for one , but they were sold out . The second item was a 1/8" pin punch . Inventory showed they had one , but it took them a while to locate it , but they did have one . This was good , needed the punch . The store was very well laid out , easy to locate things , just looked like there were a lot of sold out items . The staff was very polite and very professional . Store was very clean also . Signage on front of building was missing .
Well they tried to help my lost cause but at least they tried .... It's all good I was looking for a part that is apart of a bigger assembly so not there fault
Overall good experience with this location. Order a part online to pick up in store everything went smoothly even found a couple extra things I needed on sale while I was there. Ended up not needing the part I ordered return was as easy as it gets minus that this is a corporate location and I couldn't return it any of my local napa stores being that they are a franchise and none of the ones out by me are corporate.
I went in needing 2 brake line fittings. I'm still relatively new to brake lines, and wasn't 100% sure what I needed. After giving him my samples, he asked all the right questions to figure out exactly what I needed. They really do have the know how!
I orderdered brakes for a car and the order was wrong, so I had to return them. Since I paid with debit card they said refund is only on debit card. After so many unsuccessful attempts to return money on the debit card they gave me cash back.
We actually went in here looking for tools for my son who is starting the automotive technology program at the local community college. The store manager spent a couple of hours with us figuring out the best way to purchase all the necessary tool the school required. I really appreciated the personal service.
Had to take truck back twice to get the same thing fixed.manager was not going to replace at first for free but did it after tech told him he was going to anyway
Sam was a great help. I normally go to Auto zone, but I only wanted to have to pay once to change this part if it didn't work. I don't think it was to pricey and it worked great. Thank you Sam.
Poor Customer Service. Called to order some NAPA PT oil filters and was blown off. Actually this was good for me, cuz I just ordered the WIX equivalent from R0K Auto for less than half $ that NAPA charges for their PT line. :D
