This guy's going to ruin someones car. I went in for coolant looking for orange zerex. They first tried to sell me yellow peak instead. I asked if you can mix that with orange zerex, he said "I don't know probably not". Then I asked him what I can mix with orange zerex and he told me to Google it. I think he needs retrained before he ruins someone's car.
This place very good care of us. Any time we need anything for our shop, every person on the commercial side will do everything they can to help us out. These guys and gals are professional and knowledgeable too. They are my number 1 call in arnold for commercial. Plain and simple.
I'm not sure how Jason is a manager. I asked him if he could help me determine what the check engine light was for in my car and he started walking out without grabbing the code reader. I asked him if you wanted to grab the code reader he went back and got it. When we got out to my car he plugged in the code reader after fumbling around with it for a bit and told me it was because I needed an oil change. Jason came to this conclusion from watching a YouTube video not from the code reader. I tried to tell him that I knew how to reset the oil changed due and that this wasn't the case. However Jason insisted it was and headed back inside. An AutoZone manager used to mean something. I guess all that means now is a gray shirt and upgraded name tag. AutoZone should consider changing the name. I suggest they need to remove ASC certified and replace it with YouTube diagnostics associate.
This place has really went down hill with change of staff. Only 1 guy in there know what he is talking about. They have woman manager who i never see do anything except stand outside and smoke and talk talk talk. No help to be found when looking for something just a regular debacle 90% of the time
Kim was so helpful helping me get the right headlights for my car and the right wiper blades. She explained everything to me so I could understand instead of just pointing at something and walking away. I so appreciated her help and guidance! 5 stars for Kim! :)
My car was making a humming noise. Skylar came out and looked at my car no questions asked. He was able to give his opinion on what it was! Skylar was awesome and so thankful for his help.
Absolutely excellent service. To be quite honest, I mistakenly thought that they caused damage to my girlfriend's car. Although I was pretty upset, Tom and his staff were amazing in explaining what was actually going on, and as a man I can admit when I am wrong. Despite me being less than cordial, these guys were still willing to help, and that says a lot about their character. Excellent service from Tom and the younger guy with blonde hair. I would recommend them for their great service and patience.
We noticed our oil light flashing on. Neither my husband or I knew a lot about vehicles. But we spoke with such a sweet young male employee and he helped us get the right oil and even came out to check our oil as well. Very helpful young man!
Answered my questions respectfully and helped me find what I needed. Gave me options of cheap, in between and high quality bulbs instead of just saying buy this one. Matthew also helped by changing my headlight in the parking lot.
This trip wasn't very great they got two of the parts wrong that they were supposed to give me. They did return them though and give me the correct parts but it was kind of a hassle. Normally they do better.
Jimmy Peskar was Outstanding! I asked him where the car accessories were and he walked me to the location verses pointing me to where they were located. He showed excellent customer service skills, and Skylar was also very friendly. Thanks guys for making my visit easy.
Just wanted to commend you all on excellent customer skills , everyone at this location is always very professional and helpful . I needed to return something today which I always feel bad for doing in the first place as I love to support business in my area. Stephen or ( Steve ) helped get me taken care of expeditiously with full explanation . If you are ever in need of anything that this location offers I would highly recommend them just solely based off of professionalism , store cleanliness , and the way they treat the customer. Five stars , will definitely be back for my automotive needs , thank you.
Always get fast and friendly service here! I wanted to write this review because Skylar was extremely helpful and went above and beyond expectations. I thought I would have to do a lot of work myself (I hate watching YouTube videos), and he not only helped me fix the issue quick but he went out of his way to help me with another issue I didn’t even notice! Crew stands up front talks, laughs, and use profanity while customers are shopping. I do not want to hear that while I’m shopping in the morning. Does not greet customers upon arrival. Does not offer help until you’re leaving. I had to ask for a bag for my items. I would just use Amazon or a different parts store honestly. Selection isn’t very big either. Good luck staying in business.
Just visited Arnold, MO location and staff refused to help me install a headlight on my Jeep because it required too much effort. Walked out as a result and did not purchase the headlight
Every time I have called auto zone in the past month, the employees have been rude and they talk to you like you have no idea what you are talking about. I called today (march 13th) and the lady I spoke to made me sound stupid for losing a bolt. She laughed and continued to talk to me like I was a little kid. Will not be giving this store my business anymore. Absolutely ridiculous!
Sheena is the absolute best salesperson I've experienced in an auto store. My brother is a mechanic but he has so many big projects I hate to bother him for the little things and I always feel stupid not knowing basic things. She made me feel so welcomed did most my shopping with me while being patient as I did call my brother to double-check our purchase. She even went out in the cold icey grounds and helped me change my wipers! She is so freaking amazing and deserves a raise! Definitely recommend going to see her!
Needed my battery tested ; with it getting colder and the employee wasted no time getting outside and checking it out for me . He let me know the battery was charging and working properly.

The staff here are awesome!! I needed a battery replaced in my key fob. They got right to it, and replaced it so quickly. Great, great customer service. 5+ star service. Thank you guys!!
I cannot give enough praise to the young man Skylar who helped me with my brake lights. Auto Zone has always been my favorite parts store and will always be .Skylar your professional, know your cars and have a fresh sincere customer service commitment. Hard to find these days!!!!
I started going to this store because of convince or through price shopping. However, since visiting this store semi-regularly I've become impressed by how the staff genuinely put the customer's interests first. There have been times that I have bought parts and the staff helped me get a better deal and other times that I have had complicated returns when they were very busy and they patiently worked though my request. So 5 out of 5 stars because I trust that the people working there are more interested in helping me out as a customer then upselling me.
Steven is Great! If you have questions or need help finding the right parts he is your guy. He was extremely helpful and polite. He showed a genuine interest in why I was there and how he could help me.
TERRIBLE employees are rude an judgmental and even the manager! I've had issues here twice an im no Karen but the extent of the arrogance hateful and just insulting experience the 2 times was enough i assure you i will never go here again. It was enough for me to call corporate after the first incident! I threw my oil down and walked out corporate apparently was going to speak to them next time was worse called again an i am not that person
I've spent thousands on parts at this store over the years. I always get the right part never had a bad expirience at this store and they have gone above and beyond what any reasonable person should expect in a retail transaction for me multiple times. Great group of employees and management at this store. I just wish more companies would maintain as high of a standard in customer satisfaction.
Nice, friendly place to get most of your auto parts fast. When you walk in, they greet you and ask what you're looking for and are very knowledgeable. If you're in a rush and only need one thing, they can have you in and out in 5 minutes tops. Really great place.
This is the third time I've went here since I moved to Arnold. The first time, I met an old man and he was very friendly, helpful, thanks to him. Last two times really were awful, they gave very poor customer service. Not sure about the names but this was the worst Autozone I have ever visited.
I am in total disbelief in not only the absolute pitiful customer service but they're lack of knowledge and treating me like I was in no way shape or form correct( of course maybe because I'm a woman) However when they finally agreed( after much coaxing) to come look under my hood and see I was right gonna tell me that I needed to go and take ALL 5 other spark plug wires off( no fault of my own) due to incorrect packaging by Durlast comp. Then I could get new ones. Well as I only needed ONE wire I wasn't excepting of that answer so finally I got ONE right wire. I will never go there again and will inform coworkers peers friends and family of my HORRIFIC experience. Never have I had to go 3 times to get the same product 3 times. Very Poor Rating from me
Tonya is a wonderful woman. She is always kind and knowledgeable. Always been very pleased with her service. The rest of the staff however is not as friendly. Even the commercial staff is less than! There was a kid named Chris that was pretty helpful and kind aside from that useless. And rude to boot.
these guys gave me the best service ever and helped me to replace my alternator by myself, they told me what to get and how to do the job. A guy came outside and helped me and hand me tools. 100% recommended.
