Had a flat at 6:00 p.m. and couldn't get to them for about 20 minutes. Got there and they were extremely friendly and helpful and not upset because it was so close to closing. So grateful for fast friendly people

Had my big work truck towed in after a highway blowout. I had previously had this truck at Don Brown Chevy for the brake noises and a noise in the front left tire. They replaced the rear brakes and assured me the front ones were fine and there was something rubbing the front tire but couldn't figure it out without replacing the entire tire. This was 3 months before I brought it here. The brakes never stopped squeaking and Firestone found they were not good and through the rotors. They also found the noise was a blown piston and broken caliper. Their price was $300 less for that plus 2 tires than Don Brown was for just for rear brakes and rotors. These guys are the best and will definitely have my future business after this experience.

I went in for a tire repair. They got me in and out in about an hour, which was faster than I was expecting, as they were pretty busy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Jeff is always very knowledgeable and honest. Rita always fits us in the schedule conveniently. I’ve been a customer for over three years at this location and have always been very happy with the service. All employees have impressed me here.

I made a last minute appointment for a tire change that they were not able to make happen - they did, however, get me an earlier time slot! Then, when they only had two of the tires I needed, they got them ordered and an appointment set for less than a week later to have them put on.

They were kind and I didn't have to wait long. Price was cheaper than Walmart and my tire was real nice

Quick, easy, and less than what I thought it was going to be. Had my alternator changed in a pinch. I typically hate dealing with car stuff but this one was gravy.

This shop is amazing. We had a flat tire and needed it plugged and changed quickly I called at 6:34 pm and the amazing staff said if we could get it to their shop by 7 they could help us out. We pulled in at 6:47 and they were true to their word!! It’s the small act of kindness to stay a few minutes after closing to make sure we got our tire repaired.

They are always a pleasure to work with. It seems like my tires are a nail magnet and Firestone is quick and friendly every time I need help. They get me in as soon as they can and charge a fair price. The warranty on their tires is 100% worth it, especially when you run over as many nails as I apparently do haha. I will always take my business to Firestone, they are one of the best auto care companies out there.

I have been to other Firestones and this one by far is from my own experience the best. Very friendly and if you have to wait they do let you know they haven’t forgotten you and thanks for your patience.

I came to Firestone in Arnold because, let’s be honest, they’re cheaper than Christian Brothers—and I’m glad I did. Waiting room is 100% sunlight and an AC blower that takes occasional naps, and you’ve got yourself a sauna experience included at no charge. The TV is permanently locked on Discovery Channel, which is surprisingly effective at lulling you to sleep—I now know more about Alaskan crab fishing than I ever thought possible. The chairs are straight out of the Men in Black egg-chair scene: stiff, awkward, and designed to make you question your life choices. But here’s the kicker—the people are great. Friendly, kind, and working non-stop because the place stays busy (which means they’re obviously doing something right). My car got fixed, my wallet didn’t cry as hard, and despite the furniture, I’ll definitely be back.

We came from out of town and were greeted with amazing and professional service. We received our car in a timely manner, Rita was especially helpful and made our experience enjoyable.

Dropped my car off in the morning not long after they opened with the expectation it might be finished late in the day or the next morning due to not having an appointment. They were so great about calling and giving me updates and my car was finished before noon. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and helpful!

Called for a tire rip emergency and they were able to squeeze me in and do a new tire and patch my other one with a small hole .nice efficient professional helpful customer service all around. Would definitely give raises to keep the people working the shift this evening around for long.

Irnes went above and beyond to not only find a tire at another store but coordinate a delivery to this location and install on my car in an expedient manner. Nate from Lemay store was nice enough to deliver that tire! Awesome people!

I’ve used this location for years. For 4 different sets of tires, vehicle safety inspections, oil changes and other services. I would highly recommend this staff and location. Even their bathrooms are clean.

I came in for a brake check and they took me into the shop and it amazed me a shop I was in a few weeks ago and asked about a suspension noise, said it was not a ball joint that was easily moved, but something else.. yes. The brakes were needed. but if the ball joint failed while driving, what good are the brakes? I'm a poor Disabled person. I wish I had all it takes to keep up my 2003 Accord w/ 227K miles. But, I have to say. they did all I could possibly ask at Arnold Firestone.

Excellent service! Needed a valve stem replacement in a bind, and they were able to squeeze me in last minute on a Saturday. Only took less than an hour too! Very pleased with my experience, thank you guys so much!

We were able to get into the shop on the day we needed to for our schedules. Jeff was able to get an oil change and state inspections completed for my daughter’s car without difficulty. Jeff and his team were able to let us know if something needs to be fixed now, or if it can wait. He is super honest with the tasks they need to complete. Jeff is super trustworthy, and his team always does a great job.

We have always had the best experience at Firestone. Jeff is our go to guy when asking questions and knowing we will be taken care of. No matter if it’s an oil change, new tires, alignment etc we know we are in good hands. Cannot recommend them enough!

This Firestone location was absolutely. They kept me well informed of what was going on with my car, kept in contact with me every step of the way, provided me with options and there were no surprise changes or charges.
