The bakery is a total joke. They messed up a gender reveal cake with the label clearly stating blue and the filling was pink. The manager did not apologize and was no where to be found. It took over ten minutes to locate a store manager to ask for a refund.

Apparently this is amount of frosting they think is acceptable on a slice of cake. Approximately 2 tablespoons.
Usually a decent place. They've been slacking on produce lately.
Veggie trays have unwashed or prepped vegetables and/or rotten food in them. Hard pass on anything that isn't prepackaged
I just moved close by. And now ive been in there 3 times. And its been clean and employees are amazing helpful and Curtius. And even thr bathrooms were clean .Awesomeness ?. Definitely worth going in to grocery shop.

Went to Schnucks on Vogel and I swear the aisle lights greeted me like old friends. Found everything I needed—fresh sushi (yes, sushi at the grocery!), plenty of parking, and a beer aisle just wide enough to stage a dramatic encore. One Redditor even says: “Vogel Road Arnold Schnucks is the true best one… Great donuts, pretty empty.” 
Staff were friendly enough that I half-expected someone to offer me a snack on the house (they didn’t, but I didn’t mind). Fresh produce gave me hope for my salad dreams. Some Yelp users mention hiccups (flowers delivered late, or a manager not thrilled about a receipt check). 
Bottom line: If you want a grocery run that’s 90% practical and 10% “I might accidentally buy three kinds of cheese because life’s short,” this Schnucks delivers. Go for the ease, stay for the donuts, ignore the mild receipt drama, and happy shopping!
The standing in line having to wait to be called to a register just doesn't work well, sorry but that's my opinion. Because of that reason I don't go there unless I absolutely have to.

There was a sale on the price tag on meat, and the cashier named GAGE very rudely and abruptly was saying there was not a sale and I quote what he said “I have never seen meat prices go down” and when he handed us a sale paper that showed all the sales he said with so much attitude and with so much discourtesy “tell me where you see that because i have never seen that” and mind you we have been VERY polite, just trying to figure this out, and at the very beginning he was saying “I don't get what your not understanding” when the price tag and signs literally had sales for the item we were buying and he was saying there was not one, obviously we would be confused, so we just bought it at full price so we could get away from him. im very very very dishonored and ashamed of these workers if all of them act this way. thus i will be calling and complaining to the manager to get this worker fired.
Schnucks isn’t my go to grocery store because I find most items to be priced higher than the competition. They do offer some more niche products and sometimes they have some good deals if you buy more than 1 of the item.
Service is terrible.Sunday afternoon not that busy, but took 2-cashiers forever to check out people with very few items. Leave from there to self check out. Miss scan something and wait 10-minute to not get help as an a capable person not doing much of anything. Had time to rescan all items in my cart and proceed to checkout. Finally, employee comes to ask for help. “Do you know where this person went?! I jumped over to the other register to have time to complete a total rescan of all items. #1 grocery chain? I can see why just not willing to pay to have help on your store.
Charged my 8 month pregnant wife for 2 items on a pickup order that we didn't receive. What 2 items? Why, only the ones for her lunch so she HAD to go in the store to get something else. Behold: both items she wanted were in stock
I was just at this store a few minutes ago and this has happened to me before, which is why I'm commenting on it. I was at the fresh fish counter and there were 2 men behind the counter. One of the men men wandered into a back room and the other remained at the counter. I approached the counter and was waiting for the other guy to help me, but he did'nt even acknowledge
me. I continued to wait and finally rang the bell and he did'nt even look at me. Finally, I asked him why he did'nt wait on me and he nodded toward the back room and the other guy finally came out and waited on me. I guess Schnucks has so much business customer service has become a thing of the past, so sad.
Gotta love schnucks. Not much to say other than the fact that the organization is great and the workers are kind too. I respect that they allow fun. When me and friends go we enjoy pushing each other in the carts for fun even though we are grown and since we aren’t disturbing anyone they let us do our thing. I love the potato salad in the fresh section!
Decent liquor selection. I go here on my way home from work and can do small shopping trips to find whatever basics I need. Their deli and meat sections are very well stocked.
Management should be ashamed. 1 young man working his button off in deli with a minimum of 10 orders waiting. Why does he not have more help. Posting sale prices in the wrong places with the wrong oz items would be called bait and switch. Then 2 rude cashiers at guest services that could not have put less effort out for customers. They should take a lesson from the young man in deli.
This place is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I'm giving it 4 stars because 2 different times recently, I went to purchase meat(chicken once and hamburger the next time)and noticed it was a day past its due date. Actually, the self checkout caught it for me, which was cool that those machines dont allow expired meat to be sold.
1st I'm not from MO so I'm basing my opinion on this store vs every grocery store in NC
I personally like Schnucks better than what ice seen back home. Workers are knowledgeable and very friendly. The shelves are stocked fully, and prices are about on par with afforded places. Their Flower shop is very nice, drug store is def well lit and stocked. Has huge fresh bakery dept as well as dairy and meat. When visiting up here in future will continue to shop there.
Always stocked, super friendly staff, decent selection with variety. I really can't say anything bad about the store even the older cashiers move pretty fast. My go to spot. If you look closely while walking around someone puts googly eyes on products and it's the best game to play trying to find them all. Just saying best place to take kiddos to have a Lil fun while you shop, they forget to ask for things at that point

Just needed help getting into the liquor case tried using the new call button 3-4 times and after a good wait I went up to an employee to get some more help and I was directed to go to customer service so I did and they said they would send someone and a good bit later still no one to help us so my wife went up there again and the people at customer service said that no one came up and asked when I was just up there a moment ago and then one of people from customer service came to the register to make sure we didn’t do anything and made us feel like we did something wrong when the mistake was on your customer service is that your guys version of good customer service to piss of a customer then come around and piss them off more? Oh and to add to the lovely experience the lady from from customer that came over was just throwing the items into the bags and then slamming them on the counter and it looked like she may have been a manager which is sad
Schnucks is a local chain that sells almost all the groceries you could need. Florist, pharmacy, the whole deal. I do wish they sold more vegetarian or vegan meat substitutes like Impossible.
Stopped in today for donuts. They were fresh and the selection was huge! I also love the cupcakes and cakes available for last minute purchase. The arnold location is clean and the employees have always been friendly. The pharmacy is convenient and affordable.
