Went to the the location on 1/20 well before closing and the location was closed. Went back the next day and they turned me away at 4:15. Terrible customer service.

Even if I didn't live in the Worcester area, I'd still make the journey to Northeast Precious Metals as they're simply the best in the business.
First time there relatively easy to find. Dealt with John the owner my opinion really decent individual. Down to earth innovative did a decent deal. I will definitely be back when the silver market loosens up a little bit to unload a lot of Sterling.

I brought in two chains and received significantly more than the offer from a local jewelry store. I am pleased with my decision to seek a more advantageous option. This is the highest paid place I have ever gone to I will never ever ever go to any pawn shop ever again. I brought a ring to a pawn shop. All 3 pawnshops offered me $99.
