After being overcharged by a local repair shop and the battery not being the right size and they refused to fix it properly, knowing the battery was not secured. we went over to O’Reilly‘s, and had the excellent service of Edwin Who told us to come right down and he’d Help us out. He worked on our car and removed the battery and installed a spacer that allowed the battery to be secured in properly and tightened everything down and it fit Perfectly. Assistant manager Joe looked up the information on the battery and made sure it Had the proper cold cranking power. These guys went above and beyond. We would definitely purchase parts from this place in the future.
I in faith-cannot say enough about the kindness, respect and service Edwin gave to myself and my brother. He went way beyond what we needed. We are so pleased-Go see him.
I always receive excellent service when I visit this O’Reilly Auto Parts. Just the other day, my car needed coolant. When I told them the make and year of the car, they knew exactly what the car required and what I needed to do.
This is my husband's favorite auto parts store in Worcester. Edwin consistently offers professional, attentive, and friendly service. It's a great advantage to have someone who is knowledgeable and speaks Spanish.
Manager or supervisor whoever is in there as a supervisor is a horrible person, my mom went there to buy a car battery and the “white”manager refuse to send the other kid who was willing to help to change the car battery mind she is a woman and as a woman needs help to do something like this…. But no this manager was very arrogant, the car need it a battery change immediately and on the way to get to autoparts the car die in the middle of the road putting her in a dangerous situation. The folks that run this place are such good people. Knowledgeable and helpful as hell. Got a great price on a battery that the dealer was trying to charge almost double for. The battery on my Mercedes also has super inconvenient screws and one of the guys took the time to come out with me and give me tools and extenders so I could reach it to dislodge, and even waited to see if it all worked once replaced. I noticed after the fact he was actually clocked off work at that point too and that was the last thing he was doing before driving off. Just shows the kind of character of the folks running this place, thanks I will def be back for anything else I need!
Today I came in and needed brake pads. The two gentleman that helped me was such a joy. Not only did I get customer service right away but Joe was on deck the minute I said I need brake pads. He was quick to find what car I had and exactly what I needed. The service there was professional and beyond expectations! My new brakes are on and Again, thank you Joe! 😊
I was looking for 2001 corolla fog lights relay, I could not find it in the local stores. Visited O'Reilly and the staff helped me find the part and asked me to try it out before buying, nice. It worked out for me.
Went in there to get a quote and grab a couple of things and Joe was the man helped me out put a smile on my face and made my night. Great service good people.

I had to get my taillight replaced and my trunk has been jammed so they had to open the trunk first. They didn't get it, but the guy helping me spent like 20 minutes trying. Very appreciated and good service!
Great service and very friendly. Joe and Claude stayed late on the day before Thanksgiving, right as the shop was closing, to help with a headlight issue that I needed to fix before a long night drive. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to help out.
Absolutely great experience had Jason the assistant manager help me with a code for check engine light and then installed a back wiper for my girlfriends car after I was told at 2 other auto parts stores that it was only available at the dealership, Jason was like no I got you and saved the day, O’reilly Auto parts just gained a life long customer, thank you so much Jason for saving the day and as for O’Reilly auto parts, you should consider making Jason Manager and not assistant manager
Waited at advance auto for 20min. Some guy behind the counter was on the phone and another just looked at me and walked to the back so I decided to go to O'Reilly's and as soon as I walked in I was greatest and helped right away. Friendly people.
Jason, the assistant manager, threw my receipts at me; had no intention in helping me out to provide a customer service satisfaction. He did not explain any of what needed to be done or tried to help me resolve my issue. I left in tears & felt discriminated.
I arrived at the store shortly before it closed, and yet the staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Highly recommend this store for your automotive needs. Bright, clean and well stocked.
The battery i bought was 60 dollars more expensive than what i was quoted on the phone. However the 2 gentleman working were extremely kind, and one even put my battery in as i didn't know how or have the proper tools. I will be going there again, a big thumbs up

Jason was awesome gave me exactly what I needed ! Which was windshield wipers for my Acura RL 2006 ! He put them on for me and made sure it worked perfectly fine! I will be coming back if I need anything else for my car! Thank you Jason! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely incredible service, I went in for a battery check and left with a brand new battery installed by them on the spot. They were extremely helpful and nice and they saved me a lot of hassle. Definitely gunna be going back there for any car needs.
Went in looking for a relay. Wayne and Shawn were a huge help. After actually leaving the store due to the price of the original relay I found, they came out to the parking lot as I was leaving to inform me that they had in fact found a cheaper option. I ended up purchasing two of them. Thanks again guys you've made a customer for life.
Update:
I went in for some oil and a filter, not knowing exactly what I needed. The assistant manager (hopefully Store Manager soon!) was able to point me in the right direction. He also made a recommendation on the oil drain pain that was very helpful. Every time I go in this place the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Again, customer for life.

Perhaps the "Elementary school parents " should be teaching their children to follow posted rules. Its business parking. There are dozens of parents dropping off kids every morning. Great Idea. Lets have all of them block the entire parking lot. That way actual paying customers can't get in. Maybe plan your day a little wiser, show up a little earlier, and wait for a spot like the rest of the parents I see dropping of their kids every morning as I drive by. Spread the word...
This is my go to auto part store in Worcester. There is a kind man named Jason he is an amazing employee and very helpful! Always smiling and very professional. Great personality and very knowledgeable. I will always choose this store for auto parts.

this place is great! Excellent customer service! The assistant manager is very helpful and friendly, as is his employees. New store very well organized, have all the products you could ever need even parts for my Harley! Skip advanced auto parts, definitely skip auto zone on Grafton st (they suck) and head down to oriellys!
