Sam's Pull-A-Part JunkYard in Worcester (MA)

This is the third time in the last year I did business with Sam's the guys working the desk have went above and beyond treating me with kindness,helpfulness,and everything else. I just wanted to let the powers at be to read this and maybe give them a well deserved RAISE !!!!!!!!

I paid for an E40D transmission 8/31/2024 and now cant get a return call and no one replies to my emails! Still NO transmission. Inv #1250 for $460.00. Maybe this post will help

I needed a tire and a rim for my daughter's car. I'm an old man and not as spry as I used to be, which limits what I can do on my own. A gentleman named Scott was extremely patient with me and very helpful. He found me a beautiful tire, the right size rim and charged a fair price. I'm very appreciative of his kindness and service. He represented Sam's very well and I thank him and highly recommend them.

Really inexpensive for good used parts. Only con is you have to locate your car type and remove the part yourself which is a plus as you will learn how to remove it and instalation would be somewhat the same.

Had to junk my son’s car. Looked online and after a number of calls settled on Sam’s. Wow! Was I pleased with that decision. I was cert stressed as i drove in the lot. However i was met by a VERY friendly and engaging person (i didn’t even get his name). He listened well to what we needed and took us right in to the office. We met Robert De La Cruz who took us the rest of the way. He was patient, knowledgeable and caring. Both gentlemen helped me to lay aside all the stress and anxiety of the situation. They walked us through the process and all ended up well. I would highly recommend them as well as Linders across the street where we needed to finish up.

Great place for cheap replacement parts. Found all of the little parts I needed for the finishing touches.

An absolute great place to source auto parts. Bring your tools, change of clothes and boots. Management and the people that work there are very helpful.

Big yard,many types of vehicles, it’s a pick and pull service obviously, some items are a gamble some aren’t to get from here, prices aren’t too bad when you consider new on a lot of items nowadays. Added benefit of getting the part you need on that day instead of having to wait for shipping.

this place is a scam! Isaiah Hudson or Zay Hudson took our money after we paid the invoice and won't ship our item and stopped responding to messages and blocked us.

FYI THE PLACE IS A SCAM I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF 406 DOLLARS . BENNY AMANI.

Will never come to this location again arrived to early so decided to wait underpaid office staff expressed there anger of me bieng on the property then calls me retarded have been going to this location for years never have been treated as such minimum wage worker seemed to be disgruntled he was having a heated conversation with his gynecologist.

2 bucks to get into and try and find what you're looking for. Pretty crazy at first seeing everyone pulling parts but once you get use to it it's kind of cool. Didn't find what I was looking for but definately would go back if needed.

Very clean and professional definitely not what I was used to in a junkyard (auto parts recycler). Also had great prices.

This place is hot or miss..... Not many pick your own parts places left. $2 cover charge just to walk in, but most makes are separated and there are literally thousands of vehicles. Seems like all the parts that are common replacements are gone though. Worth the $2 to look though as most part prices are pretty cheap compared to place that picks them for you.

First time coming here; impressions were great. The staff was awesome knowledgeable and very much freindly. The yard itself is one of the cleanest and most organized yards I've been too. And a great selection of parts available from engines, transmissions to even the smallest of things like clusters and fenders. Cheap price aswell and hopefully anyone with a decent brain can look over the $2 entrance fee. Had a great time in the yard itself, was amazing to even see what they had in stock and available for picking. Wanted to pull an engine or exhaust? They would help you no questions to put it on a stand for easy access. This is a great yard for any car enthusiasts, or your average Joe trying to find a bumper or taillight from hitting a mailbox. I never leave reviews unless it was a experience. It was one no less.

Great prices on miscellaneous used parts and they have a large selection of tires here. Don't like the $2.00 entrance fee, but many "Pick and Pull" yards do this now. Saturday hours are nice.

Best place for parts. High end experience but we'll stocked. The drive is over an hour for me. Yet. If they don't have it. They will get it.

The guy was helpful knew the layout of the yard. I got the 10 pin female plug I needed and he guy didn't charge me. Granted It was just a plug with 6" long pieces of wire. But if it was any other place I would of been charged crazy money. Next time I need a part I'll be going to Sam's.

If you have some mechanical ability you can save yourself a lot of money. The guys were easy to deal with and it was just a cool experience!!!

They have most items to pull yourself, don't forget to wear work boots and bring your own tools... Be prepared to walk... A lot! They also have tires of all models, they mount, install, and balance for you. I recommend calling ahead to see if they have what you need

This place is so well organized it's amazing. You will not be spending all day trying to find the car you need. The staff have a sense of humor and were very nice when we visited. You have to try this place. You will be impressed and pleased.

Got everything I needed and more for my car. It is organized very well. Domestic vehicles(GM Ford Dodge Jeep) are towards the right as you walk in the yard, imports like Honda are straight ahead and to the left side. Fair prices

Sam you pull it it's the best cheap parts great quality parts use come to Sam and pull it out yourself or you can hire somebody right there in the spot to do it for you I bought it again transmission k friend for a 1995 Toyota Celica GT convertible for only $450 not bad motor only had 167,000 mi with the transmission April 6th 2021 Tuesday 🚗🚓💯👻💸💨🛒👸🤴

Greàt services if you can't afford brand new parts and great services and better prices for sure! Make sure you wear boots.
