My 2022 Mazda CX-30 was involved in a rear end collision that required replacement of my rear hatch, rear driver side panel, and the rear window. After getting a recommendation from a local mechanic, I reached out to Kris Dallas at Northeastern Auto Body to inquire about how soon they could schedule my repair and how long it would take.
Kris was very professional and helpful right from the start. He took a look at my insurance claim & estimate paperwork and looked over my vehicle and gave me confidence that he would do a thorough job repairing my vehicle. We agreed on a time for dropping off my vehicle and Kris offered to coordinate with a rental car company to have a rental available for me when I dropped off my vehicle. This was just one example of Kris going above and beyond to provide a smooth experience for an otherwise stressful situation.
It took a few days longer than planned for Kris and his team to complete the work on my car, but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it felt like the accident was a distant bad dream. My car looked showroom fresh. It had been washed and detailed, and any sign of the previous damage was completely gone. Kris and his team did an incredible job of repairing my vehicle's damage. To me the extra couple of days were well worth the wait.
Kris spent time with me going over what work had been done and also offered some advice for keeping rodents from building their home in my vehicle's engine compartment. Kris also advised driving for 100 miles or so to let the safety systems get re-calibrated after the battery had been disconnected for the repairs.
Over the course of the next week I noticed that my blind-spot safety indicators were firing very frequently and much more often than they did prior to my repairs. I contacted Kris and he arranged to have me drop off the vehicle for a couple hours while he inspected the installation of the safety sensors. After a couple hours Kris called me to come pick up the car. Kris reported that he first drove my vehicle to check the status of the blind-spot warning and agreed that they were too sensitive. He then double-checked the sensor mounts and found them to have been installed incorrectly. He made the necessary corrections to the sensor mounts and made a couple of test drives to check the results before calling me to come pick up the car.
I'm very happy to report that the blind-spot warnings are back to normal now and I could not be more happy with the work that Kris and his team have done. They have all been very respectful, professional, and thorough in explaining the work, and offering additional advice and tips on caring for my car. Thank you Kris and everyone at Northeast Auto Repair for a really great experience in what is normally a terrible situation.

These guys are great. The work is high quality. Chris was super friendly and appreciative of my business. He was looking out for me as a customer. He managed changes along the way with the insurance company and the rental car company. He helped me out on pricing with an additional repair I asked him to do for me outside of the covered work too. There was excellent communication throughout the process, and they were a huge help in resolving a mechanical issue that surfaced after the body repairs were complete. Highly recommend!

Had two trucks hit by a fallen tree branch leaving quite a few big dents and scratches, reached out to Northeast and they were able to fix up the dents and scratches as well as many others that weren't from the tree branch too ! Couldn't recommend these guys more, huge fan and will be using again in the future!
Such a great experience from start to finish. They were quick and responsive by email and phone, they helped me get my rental car and return it as well. I couldn’t be happier with the results! They do incredible work and after an accident when someone hit my car, my wife and I looked at the car next to where we parked and I said hope my car looks as good as the car we were next to and it was. It was my car looking brand new. They even cleaned the inside which was a chore in itself. They never disappoint with their work. Highly recommend them and I don’t recommend businesses often.

Let me start by stating my father does this type of work and he is retired, but still has a eye for this. He and I was very impressed with the work northeast did on my mercedes benz. Also manage to get some other thing done to my car while it was there with them. I would definitely recommend this place to other and also continue to do business here when needed. Short Review: I have worked with Chris and the team here on two occasions. On both encounters they took care of me quickly, communicated well on time tables, and offered an extremely fair and honest price. There is no one else I'd take my cars to, or suggest my friends or family to go to.... If you want the full reviews read below:
Long Review: First one was an unfortunate accident related to ice and my bulk-head, our car slide forward, and the bottom of the bumper, and engine shield took a lot of damage. I took it to four different auto-bodies for review.
1st Shop: They didn't want to get wet as it was raining that day and just did a quick glance, told me they could get the parts in a couple weeks and let me know.
2nd Shop: North East Autobody, got on the ground, in the rain to look under my car with me, identified some minor damage that I didn't see on my radiator shield, said they could fix it with a little elbow grease, and gave me a clear expectation on the price. Offering me both painted and non-painted prices. (Great experience)
3rd Shop: They went outside with me, took pictures, also identified the shield on the radiator like North East, but told me that it was a major danger to my vehicle and I NEEDED to replace it, said it would be an additional 500$, but totally worth it, as it is SO dangerous.... safe to say I rolled my eyes at that. They said they'd call me with an estimate the next day, and they never did, never heard from them.
4th Shop: The phone experience wasn't great they didn't seem knowledgeable, they mentioned delays, and I didn't even both going to see them.
Safe to say I went to Northeast, they got it done quicker than we originally discussed, they got it done for the exact price we talked about, and did NOT push me to paint the bumper, they even told me the bumper looked BETTER WITHOUT THE PAINT!? That cost them money, yet they didn't push me, talk about honesty!
Second interaction, I got rear ended, it was completely the other drivers fault, I immediately thought of these guys, when I told the insurance adjuster from Travelers insurance that I picked them he said "That is amazing! They are trustworthy, I love working with those guys" BOOM! Another great testament to them.
I brought my car in, they had it done quicker than expected, and guess what!? I came to get my car and they used the paint from the back bumper and painted my front bumper for free, even touched up some scratches for free.
This is the place to go for all auto-body services, it is the whole package, affordable, honest, and quick.

These guys are awesome! I took my car in to get the side of the rear bumper tightened. Not only did they tightened the bumper, they also repaired some scratches and holes and even painted the bumper. It looks like new, and the price was more more than reasonable. They went above and beyond what was expected.

Recently brought a company fleet van down there to be repaired after a pretty serious accident. Everyone was extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. A timely turn around was very important to us as it was a company vehicle. They exceeded my expectations. I have my front bumper and left headlight replaced here. They fished the job nice and quick with a reasonable price! When I picked up my car I noticed they also buffed out my right headlight cover to make it match the new left light. GREAT WORK!
Northeast is my "go to" for oil changes and repairs. Mike (and his crew) is always friendly, timely, honest, and true to his word. You don't have to worry about these guys over charging you or trying to "fix" something that doesn't need fixin'.
I brought my Mazda CX5 in last week and received great service at the drop off. I was given a week time frame for the repairs and they kept true to their word. Picked up my car and it was like new. They went above and beyond the repairs. The interior of my car looked amazing as well as they cleaned it as well as vacuumed (not like a dealer wash and vacuum with your oil change...). There was no back and forth with my insurance company either. What was submitted is what was charged. Very happy I went here and would recommend them to friends and family.
