There’s not enough words to express how awesome these guys are! I will 100% recommend these guys to anyone! I was stranded and in a rough situation with my car, I had been calling around for hours without any luck and they came to the rescue! I genuinely have nothing but gratitude and respect for these guys! The owner went out of his way to work with me and to get my car to a safe place. You would be making a mistake to go somewhere else for a tow!
I have never had to be towed before and was very stressed about my circumstances. They were so lovely and helpful over the phone and during the towing process. So highly recommend!
Driving home to Upstate NY, my wife got a flat. Jim's was prompt, helpful and pleasant company. He waited while she checked at one shop. Turned out they did not have the tire she needed so he towed her to another.

Horrible!!! Towed my car to "help me" and told me it was totaled lied to me and fixed my car. Sold it for over 20k. Sold me a DANGEROUS p.o.s. car that was never even put in his name so when I got pulled over no names matched anything they towed it and I lost that car too. Bad business and I will be looking into the legalities
If you ever need any sort of tow service definitely reach out to JIm he provides an amazing service, I was stuck on the side of the turnpike with my company truck and couldn’t get anyone to bring us a part even AAA so finally I called Jim and he went out of the way to go pick the part up for me and drive it 40 mins to give it to me on the side of the high way! Amazing service and good guy!
