I went to autozone this morning not sure about my battery. I had immediate service with a smile from Claudia I described what was going Claudia grabbed her meter and gave me options. I took her advice and purchased a new battery it was installed it and has a 4 year warranty. Her customer service was level was above and beyond but I so appreciated 👏🏾 her and her professionalism. Thank you Claudia 😊 🙏🏾

Staff was well informed and eager to help with a good knowledge of their inventory. Store was clean and orderly. A pleasure to shop.

Went there to try to purchase an item for my car the cashiers would just ignore me while am trying to pay not helping at all when I was talking to him to ask questions I would get ignore I try talking to someone else they did the same seems like they don’t want to sell or do their job . Really bad employees they got working at that store .

Went into grafton st Autozone to return an item and the manager there Tristan has a nasty attitude and very unprofessional. Told he wouldn’t return my item cause it wasn’t done at his store and cause it was a cash transaction I needed to go to the location I got my stuff from. Where in your return policy does it state that? I won’t ever visit grafton and whoever thought that your store manager Tristan was the a good fit to your team needs to be evaluated along with him. Extremely disappointed with your store.

I just went to the AutoZone at 983 Grafton st. Worcester Ma and the guys took care of my headlights issues and I am glad that I upgraded the bulbs, much better. I really appreciate the help from them, the manager Tristan went above and beyond, great job. My store from now on. Thanks.

Tristan and his crew were the best. My car was parked over at stop and shop across the street. Tristan and another guy (I forgot his name) literally walked over to help see what is wrong with my car and ultimately fixed my issue. Those guys are the best!

Service is absolutely sub standard !!! You shouldn't have to beg the pre Madonna professional auto parts people to buy something !!! Questions are met with true ignorance and it's so aggravating I just won't go back ever !!! If I could give a negative 10 I would !!! Bye 👋🏻 Auto zone good luck

The Autozone on Grafton Street was extremely helpful. My battery died in my vehicle and was still under warranty. I had purchased at the Park Ave store. I went there to have it switched out and was told by the first person that they wouldn’t do that because it was too cold. It was over 35 degrees that day so yes it was cold but my battery was also under warranty from them. The next person there said he would do it but they didn’t have any replacement batteries for me in stock and the store on Grafton Street did. I drove to Grafton Street and Lorenzo helped me without any problems at all. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got the part number and called the Park Ave store to see if they had any in stock because I felt like they were lying to me. Turns out they had 7 in stock but just didn’t want to change my battery. Great experience on Grafton Street. Terrible on Park Ave

The people at this store always seam bothered that you walked in to the store. They had a great group of staff last year and they let them all go. Bad management. Go down the st or even next door if you want good customer service. If only 0 was a option they be well qualified.

A few weeks ago I came in with my 1995 Honda Accord that was having an oil leak and was blowing smoke out of the hood when the car was hot and out the tail pipe. Lorenzo came outside during what I would consider a rush hour and diagnosed that my pcv valve was clogged and rather then just telling me to buy a new one like most parts store employees would he was able to suggest some DIY fixes that he learned and even cleaned out the whole PCV valve for me and reinstalled it. On top of this he was able to find that the smoke coming out of my hood also had a blue hint to it indicating oil was burning and due to his expertise in cars diagnosed that a leak in my “cam shaft seal” was causing oil to hit the “headers” and burn on the hot metal. He then told me he would be happy to do the job for me and it was very simple to do but due to company policy he wouldn’t be allowed to. He showed me a couple of his favorite youtube tutorial guys that have done similar jobs and since then I was able to get it done and all of the cars problems are dealt with. I am very impressed with the knowledge of such a young kid and now have a go to spot for when any of my families cars have issues.

Had great service from Brannon S. the store manager. My audio in my Yukon Denali was not working and l thought l needed a new fuse. Brannon was not sure what the issue was because my car was not in their system because it’s a new model but he went above and beyond and did a google search and found a solution to fix the problem and now l have audio. They had what we needed. Many air filters in stock and lots of car batteries on hand. They even got us the washers and grease in one little pack that we would have forgotten.

Contrary to popular belief in modern day times there exists a rare breed of man known by most as; "The Gear Head" or "Hot Rodder"! I love high performance and making improvements and modifications to my car using the best parts available on the market! So, I guess that qualifies me as one of the aforementioned men...ha-ha 😅! I was recently in search of brake rotors that are head and shoulders above the typical off the shelf brands and with a little bit of research I ended up locating some High Carbon rotors - The Gold Series by Duralast 👍! Which are carried by AutoZone, the Grafton Street location in Worcester, Massachusetts! Because these rotors are made out of a higher grade of steel and infused with a higher carbon content and heat cycled to form stronger molecular bonds far superior than other lesser quality rotors, making them stronger, more resistance to brake fade and can handle repeated highway speed braking without fade or warping - should the rotor suddenly gets immersed in water or snowy conditions after heavy braking applications...! Because these rotors are not typically carried at the store front, I had to special order them. And fortunately for me, I was lucky enough to work directly with the stores manager Brannon. S and his District Manager Jail, who took the time and effort to order these high carbon rotors and delivered directly to their stores location! Brannon, was extremely helpful and his District Manager Jalil, who has a ton of confidence in Brannon, worked together and delivered the highest possible customer service I've experienced in a long time! If all stores are created equal than the difference at the end of the day is in having the best customer service - and in my opinion and experience the team at Autozone at the Grafton Street location delivered 👍! And although, everyone's experience is different...it is my hope that this genuine, no nonsense review will help someone make the decision to choose AutoZone, before going any place else! Brannon was incredibly helpful and respectful. I wouldn’t have known what to do without his input. He’s a great employee, I would come back to the store because of him!

I recently visited AutoZone to replace my rear window wiper and headlight, and I'm beyond pleased with the service I received. Zachary and Brannon made the experience seamless from start to finish. Zachary was extremely helpful in guiding me to the right parts for my car. He took the time to explain the differences between the various wipers and headlights available, ensuring that I got exactly what I needed without pushing me toward the most expensive options. His knowledge and honesty made me feel confident in my purchase. Once I had the parts, Brannon stepped in to handle the installation. He was quick, professional, and clearly experienced, making sure everything was done perfectly. Watching him work gave me peace of mind that the job was done right, and I was back on the road in no time. I recommend this place because you can clearly tell they love their job.

The store was clean. The staff was friendly and patient, answered all of my questions. Assisted me with a return after buying an incorrect part through the mobile app. Totally my fault, the app was super convenient. Daquan, helped me out snd gad god suggestions for my project.

Came in real quick for windshield wipers got helped immediately was shown various options but not pressured into getting anything specific and they installed my windshield wipers for me so 10 out of 10

Needed wiper blades on my CRV, was waited on by Ja’Quan and offered a different selections. I opted for a medium priced blade and looked forward to the struggle of getting the old ones off and installing the new one. Without a word, Ja’Quan installed them in less than two minutes and I was on my way. Thank you Ja’Quan and Autozone.

The guys on Grafton Street always awesome willing to help you put something in your vehicle if they have the time thank you guys? Lou goes out of his way to help you with everything you need even help you put it in Lou is great person, always and a happy mood even when customers can be so miserable

I don’t know who was working at 8 o’clock March 23rd 2022 at the grafton street shop because the girl didn’t bother to tell me. I had tried to call about a question that she could’ve been way MORE IMFORMATIVE about it and was giving an unwanted amount of attitude for working in customer service. When I had asked her what was her name and who her a manger was- she instantly hung up on me. So I tried to reach out countless of times and she just had kept hanging up on me. Then she had picked up a call and said you’re “harassing me and I already spoke to the district manager”. She had also stated that she was the manager to the shop and then turned around and said “why do you want to speak to the manager”. If I could be reached at this email that would be great. I have NEVER in my life encountered such pour customer service.

I Went into this store this past Sunday 11/28 And the worker there his name was Ray he help me so much that I had to ask his name. He was friendly and his communication with me made me feel that he was confident at his job which made me trust in his service. I was at ease and happy with my purchase for my vehicle! Thank you Ray!

Not sure what is going on but it doesn't seem like employees at any Auto Zone wants to be there. They weren't helpful at all when we walked in to ask for a battery. Gave us 3 different priced batteries and never offered assistance like they have in the past. We asked for the tools to remove battery so we could replace it. Two of the guys working looked at one another and finally one left to give us some tools. Not returning here again, especially in this state.

Very knowledgeable staff willing to help us out. I was looking for a part which was not in stock at that store, the staff called up another location to make sure they had it on stock and reserved for me to pick it up.

I was helped by Derek in the Grafton Street Worcester store, his customer service and knowledge was pristine. Will be coming back again. He helped me on the phone when I called and he helped me put the battery in my car no questions asked was very very respectful and polite, truly loves his line of work and shows it to his customers. Thank you

Earlier this week, I was lucky to have come in while Derek was working. I was desperately in need of a battery, but I had no clue what one to get. Derek didn’t waste any time to approach me and explain the differences between the batteries and helped me pick out one. He wasn’t aiming to sell me the most expensive battery, he sold me the best one for my needs— good quality, long lasting and affordable for my budget. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated his time to help me with something I know nothing about. Thanks for the great service and for helping me choose a battery and install it so my car would be safe and reliable once again!

Last night I purchased a battery for my vehicle and was helped by Jose. He was very helpful, patient and professional. He also helped with removal of the old battery and installation of the new one. It’s obvious that customer service is a top priority in this store, which is a rarity these days. I did call the manager Derrick to complement Jose, because all to often people only hear the negative. I was turned away from Walmart earlier that night, claiming to be understaffed and unable to help me. It’s good to see that some franchises still prioritize staffing and encourage good customer service. I will definitely return for future needs and I highly recommend !!! Thank you Jose and Auto Zone !!!

They are a chain auto parts store with a good reputation. They offer competitive prices with other chain stores. The employees are helpful with questions by phone or when shopping inside the store. They have a fair refund or exchange policy as long as you keep receipts.
