Love popping into crompton and walking around a couple times! You never know what you might find. I love all of the different vendors, there is such a variety. A local gem
Such a great shopping experience! The staff is super friendly and there is an eclectic range of items for sale - from handmade to vintage to themed gifts (e.g. beach decor). There's something for everyone.
AI generated "art" everywhere sold as overpriced prints. There's a lot of fun stuff here and I always enjoy stopping in, but selling AI generated images as artwork is shameful, and seeing it around the store left a really bad taste in my mouth. Would love for them to put a stop to this ASAP.
I’ve shopped here for years, always found something I liked, and even recommended it to others. But on my last visit, I was followed around the store by two police officers for no reason. As a person of color this was especially uncomfortable and upsetting. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

A great suprise for a rainy day or any day. We had to park down the street, though. Very 60' s plants , crystals & other assorted things. Book store & a full downstairs of heirlooms. Fresh bread & coffee finished off the day!
I’ve been going to Crompton ever since it has opened. Their selection is consistent, and the vendors are really well-stocked with high quality, unique items. Their prices are fair overall, don’t expect a super sweet deal.
Some of the booths that sell white-washed painted furniture and decor need to be switched out. Lately, it’s been too “Chip and Joanna Gaines” heavy.
I appreciate the booths that actually sell legit antiques rather than up-cycled painted wood furniture. But alas, that’s what their clientele like nowadays, unfortunately.
The Crompton building businesses and the Worcester Public Market are definitely a great half-day outing. There is plenty of parking around, folks that complain about lack of parking are used to big suburban parking lots. Yeah, you may have to walk a couple blocks, but you will be just fine Nancy, use your legs.
I never write reviews but I had an extremely upsetting experience at the antique place downstairs in this building with the woman at the register with the glasses. She accused my husband of stealing because he had his hands in his pockets. When he emptied his pocket and there was nothing there, you would assume there would be an apology. Didn’t happen. Instead, she was extremely rude and gave us an attitude. Because we were all incredibly uncomfortable, I cracked a joke to LIGHTEN THE MOOD. I truly joked thinking that her and I would laugh and bond over a silly moment. Instead she called me a smartass. So she accused us of thievery and then swore at me. I could not believe it. I understand her being on edge - trust me I GET IT. But this whole situation was ridiculous and ruined our experience. I even have a friend who has a booth there and I was excited to see it. It’s a lovely store with lovely things and if I ever go again, I’ll make sure my husband and I hold both arms up above our heads for the entirety of our shopping. To the girl - chill out and maybe apologize when you make a mistake.
I LOVE coming in here to shop for antiques -- I always find something cool and unique. There are a wide variety of vintage/antique vendors (from mid century modern to rustic). I personally love shopping for cute vintage sweaters and skirts and usually find a great one when I'm here. They also carry a selection of unique, local handmade artists.
Tired of getting clothes from name brand stores that lack any sense of character or originality. Unique clothing finds, fun home decor and vintage goods! Me and my SIL spent a whole afternoon in here and felt like it wasn’t enough time! Staff is so friendly and helpful!
I've visited Crompton Collective whenever I've been to Worcester. Actually, I discovered this place when I went to Worcester Public Market. Even though I grew up in a different country, I could find many objects related to my childhood. Antiques or handmade objects, books, postcards, you can find unique gift ideas here. The building architecture, the book café inside, the Haberdash store selling clothes made from wonderful fabrics, and the fountain in the backyard make it a must-visit place in Worcester. After a lunch break at Worcester Public Market, you can grab your coffee and enjoy watching the birds drinking from the fountain in the courtyard. Conveniently located on Green Street, it's easily accessible by public transportation or by car. This place is a hidden gem in Worcester.
The Crompton Collective is the most quaint and eclectic little spot tucked away in the Canal district. The shop is filled from wall to wall with vintages, antiques, and handmade goods, and there's something for everyone. There's always something new to discover there!
Their collection is pretty cool compared to other antique stores I’ve been to in other small towns. There are some new items made by local businesses on display which were a great addition in my view. I was surprised that a lot of items, especially some old cameras were in good working condition (still haven’t tested it with a roll so we’ll see).
The garden right outside is a must visit since it’s very beautiful to hang out in on a good weather day! My only qualm is that a lot of items are overpriced for their quality and antiquity value, and some cashiers are quite intimidating.

Such a cute store with TONS to look at! Antiques, collectibles, local art, trinkets, jewelry, decor and more! There’s something for everyone here. Super friendly staff, great music, and a pleasant environment. Definitely coming back!!
Vintage and Handmade Heaven! This place has all my favorite things! Vintage stuff, plants, handmade items, home decor, and great vendors! Reasonable prices and imperfect stuff(they way I like it!) Overall great vibes!
An amazing collection of different booths with different vibes, vintage, antique, and new! Things are usually slightly more expensive but there are always hidden gems if you look hard enough! Definitely best suited for people looking for little household nicknacks, although the collection of vintage clothing has been slowly growing over time! They have an excellent and HUGE collection of jewelry as well if that’s what you are looking for!
Lots of different items and styles. Sort of expensive but all very unique items and looks. Totally worth giving it a look through, found this super cute birthday card, if i had lots of money i'd go here to furnish my apartment.
