I want to start this review off by saying This place should not be judged based off the first impression walking in the door. I walked in today, looking for a loan towards my jewelry. The vibe was a little dry and unwelcoming kind of like a checks cashed place, But don’t let that stop you. I was called over to The service window and Gabriella, who is the store manager was very thorough and straight to the point giving me a clear and honest explanation She was very helpful and I got exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Empire Loan of Boston if you’re looking for a place to get a cash loan towards your jewelry without being underappreciated or undervalued. I’ve been shopping at empire loan in Boston for years and have purchased some lovely pieces of jewelry. If you buy a piece that down the road you no longer want you can trade it back in as long as you buy something of greater value. You never know what they are going to have in the store which is part of the fun. New items all the time. Prices very fair. I even got a discount today for my birthday! Worth a visit.

Man I love Empire alone they make mine and other people's lives easier because when we don't have the money or whatever we need to pay but we have valuables gold silver diamonds electronics all that good stuff and they take it and they'll give you your money and you need to do pay make your payment get it done stack app the money that you had to make that payment for and make sure you go back and get your stuff okay Don't let it lapse you know the good people I know they would per to have the custom get the there Cause obviously later on down the road they're gonna need to pawn something again because I'm in I'm an investment grade coins and I needed $10thousand$ buy a coin and lucky me I had I had 22 carrot gold ball yawn beyond I had a 22 carrot PF 71 oz American gold Eagle slab PF 70 I saw the bunch of bowl on silver bowl on 15 oz I think I had but I got my money and I got my coins and that's all that matters in this month tomorrow I'm going back to Empire loan and I'm getting back 2 of the items I put in cause I can't live lapse I cannot lose that coin if I lost that Coin I would lose it from the whole set it would ruin me Engineered to $5000 coin did I only got 600 bucks 4 so I take a mass of loss but it's not gonna happen cause I'm good and Empire alone is good too they help you out they work with you if you're a recustomer a take care of you God bless them cause if they didn't warn here to help people like us low-income people on S SDI who would really Thank you and pie alone really really mean it thank you for helping me get what I needed and I'm still able to get back what I gave you to get what I needed so you guys rock I hope this message let's all the people know that they're trustworthy they are amazing they got nice people to work there

I’m super happy with my ring purchase and I had seen it a couple months before and it was still there so it was meant to be. Both times I’ve been to the South End location I’ve had excellent and attentive customer service. Angel was super patient and helped consult us on ring sizing and sizing adjustments. He devoted all his attention to my group of friends and doesn’t even make commission!!! He deserves a raise!!!

I think Empire is one of the best jewelers there is. If you want to go there to buy, or just to bring your goods to bargain with them. They work with you and always keep you updated on when it’s time to pay. I love them. My sister also used Empire as well as friends of mine. I just want to personal say Thank you. Bernadette

One of the best Pawn Shop experiences I’ve ever had. Michael assisted me in processing a loan/repayment. The way he handled our interaction, you just don’t receive that type of service anymore if you understand what I mean. I recommend working with Empire Loan, they won over a customer today. Took a loan on my braclet.. forgot all about it. My payment was over due and instead of empire scrapping it. The value had increased so they renewed the loan with out me knowing and a few days later i came to pick up. Talk about a second chance. Thank Brandon at empire ?

Rob who is the manger, was traing Camila. They were both excellent. Polite, friendly and welcoming. The price of Gold has gone up, so I was super happy with the $ they had offered me. I would def go back.
