Junkluggers is great! I had assorted items I needed to get out of my garage - including some HEAVY stuff (like a giant treadmill) that they were able to lug away no problem. They were on time, professional, fast and most importantly took the junk away and some of it they thought they could recycle or rehome, which I also appreciated. This was my second time using them and I'll use them again!

It was much more expensive than I budgeted for but the guys that came were personable, careful, quick and overall fantastic and made it so easy for me that it was worth it.

Great team. Have an accurate estimate and easy to schedule a pick up. I think it's great that they try to donate and recycle everything they can as v post of the service. Guys were friendly couldn't ask for better service so around.

The first crew that came out was nice, however they could not take it all. They couldn’t fit a few pieces through the door. The second crew consisting of Steve and Mike (magic Mike) came the next day and brought the pieces out through the back porch and they perfectly fit!! They then came in and swept! They were awesome!!

Junkluggers was excellent. Very professional. We didnt have very much and they gaves us a very good price. My mom just needed help getting rid of a few things and they were excellent. I would hire these guys again in future. Brandon was excellent, I didnt get the other man's name that was with him but they both did a great job They were on time and answered all my emails beforehand very quickly. I suggest if you are cleaning out and need someone to take your stuff away to hire this company.

I appreciate the service Junkluggers provided and the hard work their team put into cleaning out my apartment. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed a large job quickly. That said, I wish there had been more care in how some of my items were handled. I chose Junkluggers because of their eco-friendly mission and commitment to donations and recycling, but a few pieces were treated roughly—bed frames were bent, and kitchenware like pots and stoneware were tossed into trash bags without much care. I understand the team was working fast, but the eco-friendly approach seemed to take a back seat to speed. Overall, they did clear out my apartment effectively, and I still believe in their environmentally responsible model. With a bit more attention to handling and sorting, I think they could truly stand out. I appreciate their effort and hope this feedback helps them continue improving.

We had the best experience with Mike F and Andrik! They were communicative, efficient, kind and flexible, especially given the busy neighborhood with tight streets and two flights of stairs. We had cleaned out much of the apartment, but there were still a lot of large items to be moved. Brandon and Junior showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job. They maximized their packing to be as efficient as possible and to keep the cost down as much as they could. They were courteous and respectful and very, very hard-working. They moved everything in less than an hour, and the price was very reasonable. I have already recommended them to several friends, and will definitely use The Junkluggers of Greater Boston again. 8/8/2025 I was very pleased with my first experience with Junkluggers Of Greater Boston so I used them a second time yesterday. This time my team was Mike and Andrick. They were courteous, professional, friendly, hard-working and very fast. I knew before committing to the job what the cost would be, and it was very reasonable for the amount of things that were removed from my basement. I will continue to recommend this company to my friends, and I am already planning the things I will have them take away for me next time. The customer is always kept in the loop if there is a delay of any sort. I also like the things that can be donated will be donated. Based on my experiences with this company they are a 10 out of 10.

We hired Mike and his trainee to help rid our store of unnecessary clutter. He was prompt, kind, and broke down prices, which were very reasonable. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I booked on line ~9:30pm. I received a delightful call before 10pm and confirmed my time. The guys showed up at 8:30am. My donations removed; they were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I'm a repeat customer. They will not disappoint!!!

Awesome experience. Junkluggers cleaned up a bunch of construction materials from my yard. The overall cost was definitely less than what I would’ve paid for renting a dumpster, and I would have had to load it myself. The team was in and out in under than an hour. Scheduling was easy too. Highly recommend.

The guys were absolutely awesome. This was a huge job and originally thought it would take 2 days but it was completed in 1 day. I would recommend Junkluggers to anyone! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because some of the guys left their cigarette butts and lunch trash in my yard. As far as the job, it was well done and they all showed compassion.

We found Junkluggers by accident and what a find it was! Their ethos appealed to us (donating usable goods to partner organizations and disposing of junk in an ecologically responsible way). We've used Junkluggers three times and have been satisfied every time: good managers and workers who are courteous, efficient, and responsible. We highly recommend them!

Junk Luggers cleaned out our packed 10 x 20 storage unit. They were able to schedule within 2 days of my calling them. They arrived on time & finished up in about 4 hours. They carefully sorted books, electronics & other useful items to be brought back to their warehouse for repurposing. Made it easy for me to see and grab any family photos & any important paperwork that probably shouldn't have been in storage to begin with. It was very satisfying to see the completely empty storage unit when they were done. Thank you!!
