These guys are great. Booking was easy, tow man knew what he was doing. He even asked me about competitors pricing to make sure they’re offering the best deal. I’ll definitely go to these guys first next time
Overall very nice, professional, and honest folks! I was in an interesting situation where I need my car towed from a mechanic shop in Needham, all the way to one in Somerville. However I was at home, not with the vehicle. I called around and every other tow company either did not answer, or would not do it. Then I called A Affordable.
Initially the man on the phone said they would probably not be able to since for tows you need to pay on site, and I was at home. However he told me he would check in with his manager and see what they could do to help. He was able to pull some strings and actually drove all the way to my house to take payment and then from my house all the way to the location of my vehicle.
All in all my vehicle was delivered safely. He even sent me a photo of it after he dropped it off. I would highly recommend giving these folks a call should you ever need a tow. I can attest that they are very upfront, honest, and accomodating!
They said they will call me back and they never did. The man I talked to was nice but I never got a call back so this review is not for their services but the unreliability.
I was frustrated with the service yesterday but communication makes a difference. I appreciate the company reaching out and addressing my concerns, apologizing and explaining what happened. A tow truck was sent this morning in 15 minutes, the guy was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful. Thank you!!
