Crooks. Insane fees on top of towing. They damaged my car by towing it. In the photo you can see my muffler is on the ground. Make sure you sign up for towing notifications if you move to Boston because they'll jack your car as quickly and often as possible. I was towed again today 8/29, walk all the way to the lot to get my car, and their systems are down and I can't pay to release it. Why on earth would you tow cars if you can't release them when people show up to pay??????? Walking to an ATM now to get cash. Total waste of over 2 hours of my time.

Car was towed when it was clearly was not in a tow zone and had no reason to be towed.

My car was towed right behind this sign. Even though the red car behind me was there for two plus hours. While I was there less than thirty minutes. Then there were cars parked there with no tickets or towed.
