People who work there are very helpful and try to get you what you need at a decent price

Two stars is being kind. NAPA is like stepping back into the 50s or 60s, along with the people who work there who are in their 70s. Lol Sure. They have computers up on the counter. Butttt...they're pretty much for decoration. If you ask them for something, chances are they are going to go look for it. Which isn't a bad thing...unless you're in a hurry. To get back to the future. And get home before dinner. 😎🤗😁

Not what I expected. Got an old destroyed box item at full price. Looked like someone returned it. They didn’t seem to care.

I purchased a gas cap with a tether. The woman working there,who also looked up which one I needed, said to me before I left.... "Go get someone to install that for you." Are you kidding?? What an insult!!!!!

Super polite knowledgeable staff. Will do business again.

Sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable. This is usually all you can ask for in a salesperson but I have to say they were genuinely nice personable people that added to my morning in a Positive light.

Only know alittle bit about this one in Elkton so use to going into Newark on Cleveland Ave,but they both can get any part you want.So try the NAPA Auto Parts Store in Newark or Elkton

It sucked there was one person there an he making a hose, no one out front, an I don't think it's safe with 1 person in the store, just my opinion, plus autozone will match prices,

Great deals and very helpful staff! It's a smaller store compared to most in the area but i don't need to go to a warehouse just to get parts etc for my vehicles. Had a couple parts which needed to be ordered, but i was able pick up before lunch the very next day. Not too busy there hope they don't end up closing. It's very convenient location but could be easy to miss. Hidden gem!

What a good place to get intelligent help and advice. Prefer this to any of the Big Chain stores like Advance Auto Parts. Ask for Maria!

Needed a radiator for my wife's jeep, checked the big automotive parts stores out on rt 40, No Luck. Then I remembered Napa, went in thinking I was out of luck. They not only had one but the employee was extremely helpful and the final cost for everything I needed was $22 cheaper than the others.

So far, so good - they hooked me up with a good deal - Buy 2, get 2 free. Hank & his partner TJ are good people

This is the only auto parts store that I will use they're friendly professional and the prices are good

Found out picking up some parts they make up hydraulic hoses there. Had them do 4 and they were very well done and reasonable price. Dropped them off at lunch and picked them up later in the day. Saved a trip all the way up to Benz. Will use them again.
