The only body shop I use always great service

This is my second time using Rogers. I hit my left front fender on my garage door. They did an excellent job again! They are always very professional and finish the work in a timely fashion. When I picked it up it was clean inside and out. Thank you Rogers!

I had a very good experience when they worked on my 2017 Sonata. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The work done was excellent.

As a local businessman I have used Rogers Collision for over 30 year to handle all of my body shop work. There is simply no better shop around. They just completed repair work on one of my vehicles. Any car, any situation, I will choose Rogers Customs. My 2018 Dodge Charger was hit by another car while I was driving to work. I had my car towed to Rogers Customs, and it made a really bad situation much much easier. Their communication, calmness, kindness, detail, efficiency, ability to answer all my questions and work with my insurance company were so outstanding, I just knew that my car and I were in the best hands. Every single person went above and beyond every step of the way. I am beyond thankful.

A year ago I was in an accident and called several places before finding Roger’s who was the only one with a shorter turnaround. After several weeks we found out from insurance that my car was totaled. So while no work was done, my experience in speaking with everyone was so good that when my husband’s car was hit by a deer (yes the deer ran into the side of his car!) I knew I would call them again. From the first phone call to the final pickup, we could not be more pleased with our experience with Roger’s Customs. The ladies we spoke with were always kind and very helpful. There was some waiting for insurance to approve certain things and they didn’t let that delay their progress. Everything was done very timely and the car repairs turned out perfectly. We hope to not need their services again but should we need car repairs again we will absolutely be back.

Had a dent repaired on the bed side of my truck along with a detail. The estimate was very affordable.The staff was very professional and Helpful. The body work, paint and detail was done in less than one week and looks amazing. Would recommened them to anyone.

I've had two cars repaired here and they've always done phenomenal paint work. I hope I don't have another reason to come back but if I do I know I'll be in good hands

Two bad experiences with Rogers. First time, they burnt my paint on my SUV when buffing. The second time, they took weeks and weeks to replace and paint a hood on my Jeep. Handed it back to us but they forgot to put on the trim. Went back to them 3 separate times to get the trim put on, each time, leaving without the trim complete. After the 4th trip out there, we finally had to take the trim home and complete the job ourselves - paid full price for an incomplete job. Never again.

My 4Runner got smashed by quite a few deer over the Winter months. From drop off to pick up, great commication big thanks to Laura and crew behind the scenes. Truck looks great! Thank you to everyone involved! Jeff

Roger's Customs is an independent family business that does great work and provides top-notch service. Trust them with your car. I'm usually hesitant to use the shop endorsed by my insurance company. But after I was backed into and left with a driver door that could no longer lock, Rogers was the only shop who said they could have the repairs done in fewer than 3 months. They were professional, courteous, and really on top of everything. They communicated with my insurance company to bother me as little as possible with logistics, provided constant updates, met the estimated date they gave me, and when they were finished they provided me with an exhaustive, itemized statement detailing all the work they'd done on my vehicle. They also cleaned my car. A truly excellent garage. Will use again.

Recently had damage repaired at Rogers Customs. Laura and the staff there were thorough and professional. I was kept updated on the vehicles status via text. Great quality work! There’s no doubt that they are my guys going forward!

****THE VERY BEST - DON'T GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT FOR ROGERS **** I truly recognize there is a broad range on how people feel about their cars. I tend to be one who values my car because I spend alot of time in it. I am also a returning customer to Rogers Customs....Not by fault ;) Rogers custom is by far the best collision center around. Their ability to ease you with a seamless stressless process at a time that is often chaotic and sometimes painful b/c of injuries is priceless. From start to finish Rogers will go above and beyond to make your car whole again and their communication through that process is second to none. Laura and her team up front are kind, compassionate, informative and quite frankly super nice people. They will keep you in the loop at all times and never hesitate to answer any questions. The un-named miracle workers in the shop that we don't often meet due work that is incredible. They have done an excellent job in thoroughly figuring out what the exact damages are and fix them with a keen eye and attention to detail. Above most, Rogers also recognizes sometimes they may not get it 100% right all the time or may miss a tiny detail so they guarantee their work and stand behind it. After I received my car back which looked BEAUTIFUL, there was a small issue. I called them, without hesitation they said no problem and was fixed without a hitch. If you take your vehicle anywhere else, I truly think you are missing out at an exceptional dynamic and caring team both in the front office and the shop taking care of your vehicle. Top Notch, won't take my car anywhere else.

Wonderful and positive experience during unpleasant experience. Laura handled all insurance communication. I have my car back as if nothing ever happened to it. Beyond thankful for their professionalism, expertise and work quality. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend Rogers to anyone. My car was held for 47 days. I never received a call back when I left a voicemail I would only get a text the days my car was scheduled to be finished stating it would take longer. I received two calls in total the entire time and that was after I had my fiancé call on my behave because I wasn’t getting a call back. A total of 10 text msg is what I received rescheduling my pickup/completion date. Rogers lied on my insurance company stating it was them who held up completion of my car. Rogers claimed my insurance adjuster wouldn’t come out in a timely fashion to approve repairs. After doing research I found out in fact it was Rogers who dropped the ball, every time Rogers reached out to my insurance company they came out the VERY NEXT DAY. I came to pick my car up my back seat was full of mold. Now this could very well by my issues because I left a can of soda in there that probably exploded during the heat in the extended period. You would think they would’ve tried to clean it up especially because the clean the inside of my car. My car runs loud now but I don’t even want to take it back to them. Oh when I was in the office picking up my car I overhead another customer complaining about Rogers sub par work and the long wait, and what did the worker say?! “We’re sorry but your insurance company wouldn’t get back to us in a timely manner” she goes on to say something about they’re company being under new management but how if it’s family own? It’s time to stop lying and misleading your customers.

They were great! Very courteous, prompt, honest, and worked directly with my insurance company to get me set up for a repair and rental car for the duration.

Rogers Customs goes above and beyond for its customers! The workmanship, service, and quality control is top notch! If you find yourself needing a body shop, Rogers Customs should definitely be your first choice! The repairs make it look as if the damage never even happened.

Have known Doug and most of his staff for years. We have Palumbo's Car Care Center (tires & automotive service) were performing mechanical repairs on a customers car that also needed body shop repairs as it had rear end damage. We do not do body work. I called Rogers and initially spoke to Laura who professionally handled my call and took all of my information. I told Laura that due to the special circumstances of this being my clients car (and that it was presently in my shop partly disassembled) could she send someone down to look it over and get the parts ordered in advance of receiving the car. That way my customer would not be further inconvenienced waiting on parts delivery to the body shop. She thought that was a great idea and said she would work on sending an estimator down to see the car. The next morning in walks Doug Rogers himself from Roger's Customs . Doug looked over my customers car , took photos and we discussed the now expedited timeline. Roger's handled everything including the insurance adjuster and the result was a beautiful like new body repair completed in a timely and non frustrating manner. A Great Big Thanks to Doug and Laura and the rest of the Roger's team!!

Mr.Rogers, is the most considerate person I know . whenever we have taken vehicles in for repairs he always goes beyond his duties. Our vehicles is cleaned and looks great. He is never too busy to talk with a customer. I had taken one of our vehicles to another place long before I knew of Rogers Customs and the job was horrible.Since I come in contact with Rogers Customs I HIGHLY RECCOMEND them to everyone. We've used Rogers custom collision center for the past 10 years a few times. They're so helpful and take care of everything that you need. Went to someone else on the same road in Newark for just a small dent in my car and it was mistake will never do that again.

Great experience with Rogers customs. They quickly fit my car in for auto body repair.. kept me fully informed throughout the process and returned my car in immaculate condition. Besides doing quality work on the body they took the time to wash my car, clean my headlights, and vacuum the interior. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Fixed my truck for me outstanding work, great staff start to finish, helped us with a recent total loss vehicle we had towed to them for what we thought was a repair. Rogers staff helped us and gave us information on the process of totaling a vehicle

Our car has been run into twice and each time we took it to Roger's Customs Collision Center for repairs. They did an outstanding job from start to finish both times.
