The owners are cold hearted ! Myself along with 2 other volunteers have been feeding the 8 feral cats on their property . The owners daughter does not want us feeding the cats anymore. I guess she would rather them starve to death ! I just trapped a second cat and took her to CCAS. I also adopted the one I trapped 3 weeks ago. Not one thank you from the owners daughter...just the cold hearted response ...I just want them out of here . This company is literally the biggest eye sore along route 40...along with the other dump they own down the road , and they are worried about 8 feral cats ruining the place. Says so much about the owners character.
Three years ago, I purchased a differential from this place. The part I purchased was not correct, so I ended up returning it, and they gave me store credit. I used it three years later, and it was still valid. Thank you, guys, for honoring the credit. AJ
Called in about a specific stock number, they said they had it and let me drive an hour to their location. When I got here they had me wait for an hour while they looked for it. Then they said they don't have it an cant help me.
I think this was the opposite of the experience you would want from a salvage yard

The guy Eric who owns it now it's the biggest jerk. He recently bought the house I was living in I had minimal time to even get my stuff out. I had things stored outside that I wanted to get and he would NOT allow us to even come and get them. Mind you I was never fully served an eviction notice. This man is rude obnoxious and arrogant. I would think twice before doing business with someone who has no values to sentiment things nor anyone feelings
If i can give them a zero start or minus zero i would have given it to them,my business partner came to these people to buy a 2015 Dodge Ram 5500 from Atlanta Georgia,my friend haven’t driven 20 miles the check engine light came up and was instructed to take it to the dealership despite purchasing a $6,500 warranty but because it’s a weekend he couldn’t go back to the people because they were not opened on a weekend, he towed the truck to Georgia and went to a dealership here in Georgia but when it became time to pay the dealership they denied the responsibility and told him he is responsible for the cost,we are looking forward to file a lawsuit on these thieves but in the meantime please stay away from these scammers,had it been we checked their reviews we wouldn’t be a victim.
I was in need as most people are by the time they get to a “junk yard” but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to buy from paradise. Not only did they have what I needed and at an affordable rate with a warranty but also the staff (STORMY I believe is his name) he stood out the most he was friendly and informative his phone etiquette was great! The other staff were very efficient and I could see how busy they were and yet very attentive to everyone. They pull the parts it was as easy as pie. I would highly recommend this diamond in the rough. Thanks!!
Horrible customer service. They ran my credit which was hard inquiry and never got back to me. I’ve called and left voice mails and no one ever got back to me. This place is extremely unprofessional. Initially I spoke with Rose and and her energy was off, I should’ve known by then. Huge mistake on my part, if I could rate 0 stars I would.
We went to Paradise Motors to look at a crew cabb international. Very nice truck! Staff was very responsive, professional, polite, knowledgeable. Took the truck for a test drive, awesome truck! I see some of the one star reviews here. People need to realize you are buying a used car, it's going to have problems eventually..
Worse experience ever they sold me a 2008 honda accord on 2/24/2020 I started having trouble with my car on 2/27/2020,had to get the starter replace on 2/27/2020 I paid $180 for the starter at auto zone and had to pay for the mechanic to put it in for me.Paradise motors didn't show no type consideration paul just answer the phone, try to tell you anything just to get you off the phone. on my eleventh day I had to take it back to paradise motors and still they have my car every since 3/6/2020,my tags I keeping calling them the issue is they sold me a car with a bad engine and they need to be responsible to fix the problem
They sold me a piece of junk. Took it back three times for the same issue and they still didn’t fix it. They put lipstick on a pig and promise you they will take care of you but obviously the guys working on the vehicles don’t have a clue. I couldn’t regret my purchase any more.
I will begin this by saying it was hard to choose between 4 and 5 stars. My salesman called and asked for a review good or bad just for the feedback. So here we go. For starters everyone there was very nice and helped me navigate through my entire shopping experience. I went in specifically for a certain car but when i got there it was already sold (Hence the 4 not 5 star review) However after driving a few cars I found one I really love that I wasn't considering before my visit! Best used car lot in Elkton! I searched for awhile and did lots of homework online before actually going to lots where I found cars I liked. Once I showed up at Paradise, they were the most willing to work with me and their lot had options I could afford. They worked hard to get me a great rate and I came out of there very happy! My family and I are now back on the road! Thank you Paradise for great service and a great car! I will definitely be back!
Had an awesome experience with the folks at Paradise! Their customer service is phenomenal! They gave me a great deal on my Sonata, and the car runs great. I even referred a friend to them, when he needed repair work on his Silverado. The truck was in and out and running in no time!

Shopping around for a used auto can be scary. However, working with Paradise Motors is the complete opposite. They staff at Paradise are upfront, honest, and customer driven. The cars are reasonably priced with multiple finance options. I'd like to take this time to say "thank you" to the Paradise Team, you guys rock!
BUYER WARNING! Bought a transmission on ebay (It went bad after 60 days . They first said I could return the transmission but then deactivated their account so that I could not contact them. When I physically drove to the transmission to them they said I was out of warranty even after they (I have it in writing) said I could return it. I am contacting the BBB and will most likely take them to small claims court. Its an ordeal so I'd say you DO NOT want to take the chance with these folks.
customer service in the parts department is the worst. He will say paradise and put you on hold no matter what you say to the guy on the phone. I've seen him do it in the store to when i come to pick up the part. I'll use brandywine before theses guys again
After dealing with them a few times a year ago and Kevin actually being a very nice and reasonable sales rep I would have given this place a decent 4 stars. However, going in with my boyfriend lately and attempting to find out if they had parts for the project we have, we were hung up on, on SEVERAL accounts. Given a very hard time and told to go to OTHER junkyards even though they had the parts we needed. Was quoted $75 for a light I needed for my car almost a year ago and then all of a sudden "prices had changed" and he (Kevin) all of a sudden was charging me $100 for it. We would have spent over $2000 in parts with these jerks. We looked elsewhere and thank goodness because we got a MUCH better deal. Oh and not to mention the "brand new" light I had bought from them was broken...resulted in failing my inspection and having to disect my old light for parts to replace the "new" one. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I don't understand how there are multiple companies owned by the same people and still in business. Customer service goes a long way.
