Had a great experience here getting my truck inspected and having the tie rods replaced. The shop recently changed ownership, and the new owner Richard was extremely personable, honest, and easy to work with. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. You can tell he takes pride in his shop and customer service. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing automotive work

I was trying to make an appointment called them the person who kept answering did not want to service me and kept hanging up my calls when all i wanted was an inspection. I called and they would hang up i called twice and they said hi the first time and hung up and the second time just hung up immediately. Very unprofessional don’t recommend

In the past several months, I've taken my car to Morgan's Auto Repair 4 times for non related issues. They have addressed and repaired everything that was wrong quickly and completely to my satisfaction. They always discuss their findings and answer all of my questions. I will continue to bring my car to this shop when I'm having problems.

Morgan's Auto Repair is the best of the best!!! Any time I have an issue with my vehicle, Morgan's is where I take it. They always provide excellent service, honest pricing, and they have the most knowledgeable staff. Missy is always so pleasant and friendly. I won't take my vehicle any where else.

Right now I'm furious.. I just gave them just under a,$1000 . Told them about a noise that I thought maybe was a wheel bearing. They said it was a caliber,a hose and a rotors , which they did replace, even though it just went through inspection less than a year ago . So the charge for the caliper was $156.53 . The charge for the hose was $53.80. the charge for the rotor was

I took my 2019 Chevy Silverado to Morgan’s so they can prepare it to drive to Nevada 2,400 miles. They diagnosed a clicking in the steering and aligned my new tires. They also checked for anything els that could go wrong. They went above and beyond for us and our trip was very successful without any problems. The Truck ran smoothly at 80 miles an hour for 3 days. The longest stretch was 16 hours of driving. There was no issues I will use them again if I ever travel back.

Great place, even better people. Super honest and trust worthy, every person there has a great attitude, and super friendly. The owner is a great guy and it shows in his staff and how they carry themselves. New customer but will return again and again.

Bin a year now, and I’m not really happy. First problem I have is they forgot to put the pin in the crown nut. Later in the month my tire arm came off and damaged the rim. This was their fault and didn’t even offer to buy me a new rim. Also Didn’t even fix my windows. Even after there “fixing of it” the window still falls off the rail. I’ve had to take the panel off to fix it. Do to this my panel is now breaking. So I won’t be coming to them anymore and I’ve told everyone I know about these problems and will be seeking other repair shop.

I brought my car in with a check engine light. It turns out it wasn't the easiest issue to figure out. They did the repair but unfortunately the light came back on. However, they never gave up, they took the car back and worked on it until they figured out the root cause. Everybody there was extremely easy to work with, professional, and kind! It isn't easy to find a mechanic that will stand behind their work like this garage does. I highly recommend them!!!

They have replaced a thermostat and then towed my car and got it back on the road both times the same day. Thank you so much. I'll be bringing my car to you every time. You have been so nice. They even helped get my children's carseats out of my car and into my grandfather's truck while they worked on my car. They are great!

So I took my car in for a state inspection to get it registered and let me say this was one of, if not the best service/experience I have ever received. Everyone I talked with was super friendly and helpful. They got the car in and out, did the inspection and a couple small repairs all within a few hours. I would definitely recommend morgans auto repair if you want quality work and good customer service they treated me great and will definitely be coming back for any future car troubles.

We took my husbands car here today and within 3 hours everything from inspection to repairs were done. I got excellent customer service here. Very friendly and pleasant. And they did my final car inspection! Passed! I didn't change the one thing the previous inspection station (car first service) failed, a rotor that I had replaced, and car first service failed it because it wasn't brand new, I can only guess, or they just wanted me to pay for another inspection. I did just that...At Morgan's!!! An honest inspection station. Thank you Morgan's!!!

The customer services is great here. Prices are cheaper than any other garage and done in a timely fashion. I got one car done here that needed alot off work and I just keep coming back.

I had a great experience with Morgan's Auto. They were Friendly and professional. Safety minded due to Covid, we did transactions through a window with a table in front, it had plenty of room and not unconfortable at all. They were upfront and honest. I thought I was going to need brakes for all four wheels, but as it turned out, they called me before doing the work to let me know I only needed back brakes. Nice to get a courtesy call that saves half of what you thought you would spend. Win!

The receptionist was extremely rude. Claimed I did not have an appointment and proceeded to take 3 hours for an inspection. I dropped my car off as soon as they opened and didn't get my carback till 1pm!! . I made an appointment the day before and the receptionist yelled at me and said I did not..... Do not go to this place if you value your time Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back here.

He was able to get my car in the same day I needed it too and had it done and done correctly in in timely fashion. You didn't just do what I thought was the problem he actually looked into this situation and diagnose and fix my car. He's the only one I've trusted since then

I had state inspection here. It was fine, they checked everything and the price was fair, $79. They were also quite nice, I had my appointment at 8:00 AM, it was something like 25 degree, and Morgan gave me the key of one his cars and stayed there while my car was being inspected.

So happy I started going to Morgan's for our Auto repair. They are so professional, courteous and caring. My son's and I are very happy with the service to our vehicles, they make sure our vehicles are running great! Definitely recommend Morgan's for all of your auto repair needs!

Fast friendly service. Was short on time needing a state safety inspection. Luckily they got me in with only a 30 min wait and the process took about an hour. No scams, didn't try and get me for the small stuff as MANY do. Afterwards had my work vehicle serviced with an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection. Followed by a long due DOT inspection. Whole process took about an hour and a half. Seem honest and I happily have a go to mechanic that I feel I can trust.

Amazing people. Can always rely on honest work and great customer service. They’ll welcome you with smiles and offer you the best they can do. Bought my first car from here and after 3 months, still have not received any problems with it. I constantly recommend this place to friends/family and absolutely recommend it to whoever reads this.

Been using Morgan's Auto since I moved into the area 6 years ago. We bring our entire family of 5 cars there now. Owners are super friendly and great dealing with everything from inspections to routine maintenance and repairs. Very knowledgeable, quick and reasonable. It's not always easy finding somebody you trust to work on your car, but I'm glad I did with Morgan's.

I've owned my car for 5 years and have had the brakes done by several different shops. For the first time since owning the vehicle the parking brake holds! It's a manual transmission, so it's annoying to have to turn off the vehicle just to pop out for 15 seconds, but unless the ground was perfectly level it would roll away! Now the parking brake holds even on a steep incline. I still wouldn't park it like that - but it shows good work. Missy in the office was super nice and helpful. I didn't have a ride, and she let me hang out in the waiting room and work on my laptop while the work was being done. Prices seemed about average for the area. I will bring my vehicles back here for future repairs and maintenance!
