I have road side assistance through my insurance company. My insurance contacted extreme towing and dispatched them to assist. I needed a tow to get my car to my mechanic because my engine is misfiring. The gentleman Leon showed up within the estimated window. While working with my vehicle he was very careful and professional. He was able to load deliver and unload the vehicle without issue and pretty quickly. He was very friendly and professional.

Brian and his team are so amazing! I always appreciate the help and timeliness. They have been there for me everytime my hunk of junk has broken down and they respond so quickly! All of them have been incredibly professional, definitely worth a call if you need a tow service!

You hold your breath when you call for a tow because you expect it to cost an arm and a leg. I had to get my car towed and I called and was given a price and confined the time for the tow. Joey was there on time, extremely professional and he took the anxiety out of the experience. Hopefully I will not need a tow again but if I do I will call Extreme Towing and would recommend everyone else to do the same.

Our driver was Leon and it was a great experience. We went through our insurance company to set up a tow and Extreme was the 3rd option that finally came through. We were waiting for a tow around 7 hours and it was cold. Leon called and showed up within 30 mins. I always try to show my gratitude but didn’t have cash so please take care of Leon in some way for me!! Thanks for being there Extreme!!

Great service. A different towing company left me stranded for 3 hours waiting. Huge thanks to Extreme for stepping in & getting my work truck towed today when I was in a bind. They showed up when they said they would, towed my truck without incident & the driver was incredibly friendly. Will 100% recommend Extreme to all my friends/family.

I ended up needing a tow for my Jeep yesterday. I just want to say Extreme towing LLC was the first place I called and I was met with amazing customer service !! Within 45 mins which is what I was quoted the tow truck was there the driver was amazing and very respectful and courteous The car was loaded and and taken to the destination without any issues !! And the price was very honest and easy to afford !! Thank you for making the whole situation a little less stressful and getting myself and my vehicle where I needed to go !!

Called around 6pm with immediate response and great price to tow from North East to Aberdeen. Driver had to call because Google doesn't like my address but, by the time I called back he was at the home and about to load the vehicle. Texted me shortly after that vehicle was delivered. Would recommend and use again.

Charged me 400 to tow my car an hour away. They didn’t get my car and kept my money. I notified the company you were coming. Had you not waited 4hrs before contacting me you were leaving I would’ve been able to fix whatever miscommunication was happening. Never said you had to work for free I understand time is money. The job was to bring the car to Maryland and you failed. I made one call and whatever the problem was got fixed.

I am so grateful for this towing company! We were out of town, and our car was stuck and we were stranded when AAA decided to cancel since we couldnt move the car without a tow. This company was reasonably priced, were quick, very friendly, and actually cared about the car and included us in what they were doing. If I am ever in the area again and in need of a tow, they are the first people I am calling!

I really appreciate you guys! We were from out of state and got into an accident where my car had to be towed. We had to clean it out the same day. However, it was a Sunday, and after business hours. The owner, however, was nice enough to reach out to one of the tow truck drivers who came back right away to unlock the gate for us to clear the car out. Thanks so much for saving us the extra drive back to MD!

Once again Extreme Towing to my rescue. Top notch company. They always go above and beyond. Stranded on Route 1 with my pregnant daughter and grandson and they got us and my car delivered safe and sound. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I’ve never used AAA roadside assistance before. The driver arrived earlier than the expected time which was amazing. He was so friendly and knew what he was doing. I’ve never seen such precision when strapping Down my car. He was very thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the service he and the company provided. Highly recommend this place for further towing. Great experience. The owner was very helpful and friendly over the phone. Within 30 minutes of my initial phone call, the truck was in route to pick up my vehicle. By the time I got there, John was already loading it up and ready to haul it off. He was professional and courteous- was able to engage in friendly conversation, and also thanked me for my service which goes a long way. I would recommend this company to anybody in the surrounding area and will be using this company in the future if needed.

Awesome customer service. I believe the driver's name was John. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. We had a tire blowout on 95 and my family and I were stranded on the highway in a bad spot. We called AAA and Extreme towing was sent and we were very pleased. I have young kids and we had to also wait for the Maryland State Police to assist as we could not get a ride service to pick us up and could not all fit in the tow truck cab. They patiently waited for MSP to arrive and we were towed to a tire shop close by. Highly recommend their services based on how well we were treated during this situation.

Car battery died and keys were locked in the car, called them and they said they’d be there in 30-45 minutes and they showed up in 20. The man was great and had my car unlocked and battery jumped in 5 minutes. Great service and for a reasonable price.

Today was the 3rd time I have used Extreme Towing and the second w with Shawn tow truck operator. Shawn does a great job and friendly and polite. The cost was very reasonable. I will continue to us this company.

One request on tow. “Put vehicle in the paved part of driveway.” Instead they put it where it was easiest for them to drop onto unstable and unleveled part of driveway that’s not paved causing it to be unsafe for jacking it up and fixing it. The paved part is easy to access as it is straight from the roadway; I’ve had another tow company place a vehicle in the exact spot without issue. Vehicle is disabled and not easily moved. They claimed this was not relayed to them; but on the same hand the driver knew exactly where I left a $20 tip for them behind one of my cameras that was told to them…so clearly a case of they did not care and/or no attention to detail. Couldn’t do the one request but surely remembered where the tip was placed. Called to give company a chance to make it right. They chose not to. Hence this review. Would not recommend.

They are awesome. I have to get things loaded a certain way to be dropped into my shop for the lift. Last time I forgot to tell them. They remembered and we had no difficulty dropping the vehicle. Prompt service and a great price. 10 stars in my book.

Extreme Towing came to my rescue today after my car broke down. I have never been in this situation before and I must say I am very pleased with the whole experience. They arrived quickly and the driver was very friendly, experienced and professional. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Unfortunately for me I had to call for a tow this week. Fortunately though, they came and got me really quickly, and towed my car at a very fair price! The driver even filled out the paperwork for me at the drop box of the shop where I had it towed so that I wouldn't have to go with my car once it was picked up. The dispatcher and the driver were both very friendly. I would absolutely recommend Extreme towing!

I cannot recommend this company enough! When I was in a jam and all the other tow truck companies in the area were giving me the run-around and being unprofessional and unresponsive, this company came to the rescue and did a fantastic job! I am very grateful. Do not even think about contacting any other tow truck company - this is the one you want!

I got services from Extreme Towing via my insurance company. They told me ET would be along in 45 minutes, well, it took my tech 18 minutes. Within 5 additional minutes I was set. My driver was kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend to the insurance company to use this vendor again.

My truck broke down about 9 at night in Cecil County. I called Extreme Towing and told them my problem. Said they would be out in about 30 minutes and they were. Don was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He loaded my truck and took it and me where I asked. The price was certainly fair. I would use them again if needed and would certainly refer them. Talked with the owner the next day and he also was friendly and professional. Being in an unfamiliar area, I was worried I would get taken, but this was not the case. I was treated quite fairly. Thanks, guys!!
