Called a week ago for trailer repair. They picked up the trailer last Friday at a local T/A, a reefer that needed door seals replaced on the rear roll-up and side door, ordered the parts, worked on it this week, tested seals for holding temp to -12, completed it yesterday. 6 Days. They were ( Steve ) was/is Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, Understood our needs and handled this very professionally. We are not local to that area, and it can be very difficult to find vendors that you can trust. That is why I leave reviews. 100% worth your business. Great Hours, Great Service. From our initial phone conversation to ensuring the issue with my tractor was resolved, Steve has been absolutely impeccable. On March 19, 2023, I spoke with Steve and expressed how I had no power within my tractor. After listening very attentively he advised he would be out to me shortly. Steve made it to me very fast and upon his arrival he quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He advised me, I lost ground at my battery to frame cable, which he swiftly rectified. Needless to say, I'm very appreciative of how knowledgeable, qualified and experienced he is even while explaining the issue I was having and what it would take to resolve the issue. Unbeknownst to me Steve had worked all night Saturday night and still made me such a priority and insured my issue was resolved quickly. Steve is definitely top notch and highly recommended to service all your tractor needs, he will definitely make you a priority.
I probably would have used them if I could- I called at almost 11pm due to some car issues tonight- even though his towing company is only for big trucks he was extremely polite in my ignorance. Thank you- and I’ll definitely keep you in mind for any business I can throw your way.
Business recently changed hands when original owner retired. I have been using them for over 25 years and although the management has changed, the auto repair service has maintained an expert, professional quality all along. Mechanics are long time employees and know what they are doing. Had a problem with my Wranglers brakes earlier this week and brought it up from south Jersey (+30 miles) because of trust issues. I don't know anyone around me that I want to use for brakes (plus I had them redo all my brake hardware last year). Diagnosis was quick, service was a tiny bit backed up but I was still out in a couple hours and the price was good. No problem recommending them for auto repair at all.
Called several times yesterday morning. The guy said "MY GUY IS ON A COUPLE OF JOBS AHEAD OF YOU". This was at 6:27 yesterday morning. Never heard back, so I called again at 8:33 (same thing). Called this morning since they never responded or came to assist me an ask for a tow. I get the same response.
Extremely Poor service! I spoke directly to him at 653am today.
I waited two hours and called kia roadside again and then steve promised they'd be here in 15 minutes because someone was called away to an accident.
Now 45 minutes more! Called Kia again and cancelled Steve!
They helped me dianose my problem over the phone even though they didn't have anybody available to come out to me. I really appreciate them helping me!
Called Steve for a consult. He was very busy and did not have time to assist me, but did seem very knowledgeable about his craft. I am a business owner myself and understand that these days reviews are the lifeblood of a business. I called and asked many people nearby and they all recommended him.
Really do not recommend this guys, terrible customer service and really bad anger management, we called him to get a road side service, after send the pictures and all the information they simply told me to wait until he wants to go and get it fixed, we had to send the truck to another place.

Worst place ever called at 7am and now it's 2pm and he never showed up said he don't stock the hose my truck needs so he said he didn't think he should of called back. Worst place ever don't trust these hilljacks.
I called to see how close they were to a friend of mine, after I asked I didnt get an answer and just was asked if I myself needed assistance. Very fustrating.

I've known Steve for years from my part selling days. I switched jobs closer to home, but my company runs through Delaware a lot. He helped us out with 3 trucks at one time!
Steve always does his best to get these trucks moving, whether it's a simple repair up to and including towing. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable & courteous, yet they are extremely professional. I would definitely recommend calling him before trying anyone else.

I called Steve's when my truck broke down coming from out of town. The service tech came out very promptly and worked on my truck to get it off the road. I needed more work then could be done on the road and they were able to quickly bring out their wrecker and towed my tractor and loaded trailer to their shop in Elkton, MD. where they made the repairs on my KW. The staff was very accommodating to me and the work was done it great time and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!
