My car wouldn’t start this morning, and Heads Up Recovery was called to somehow get it out of my garage and onto the tow truck to be taken to the dealer. They were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they kept me updated on timing, arrived close to plan, and stayed in touch along the way.
What really stood out was how willing they were to help beyond just the tow. They worked with me to call the dealer and even helped explore alternative options to try to get the car started before towing it. When towing became necessary, they were incredibly careful, professional, and skilled loading my car.
Their professionalism and kindness went a long way during a stressful morning. I highly recommend Heads Up Recovery and would absolutely call them again.

I called to get a quote on a Tow, I have a speech impairment and the man who I was talking to was very rude. I couldn't finish a sentence with out him interrupting me because of my speech impairment, then he cursed at me and hung up on me. I know my impairment is tough, but damn,give a man chance to finish a sentence. I will never recommend this company to others and people with a disability should not patronize this company.
Battery died on my 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Adam was able to get out very quickly and unlocked my door in just about one minute! He even jumped my car for me! Adam is awesome, great representation of a great company! Highly recommend!
I had a tire issue with a rental car. The other vendors sent or assigned were terrible. The last tow truck assigned was Heads Up. Highly recommend using them. They responded quickly and were professional and helpful! Do yourself a favor call Heads Up Recovery and not call B.A.T.& R.
A1 service. After calling local tow companies I was directed to heads up. This is where I was met with honest pricing and fast service with communication. Adam had more respect for the vehicle the any other tow service I have used.
I have an electric vehicle which needed an emergency tow. EVs require a certain method to tow and Heads Up Recovery knew exactly what to do and how to get it to the shop safely. Awesome work.
My daughter and I were stranded on the side of I-95 with car trouble. The truck was actually earlier than we expected. The drivers were professional, kind and took excellent care of us. We were in a scary place when they arrived and they made sure we were safe and got us where we needed to go. I would definitely recommend them!
...DONT HESITATE PICK THIS COMPANY THERE GOOD PEAOPLE AND RELIABLE.....I called Cody he selected Adam to be my driver at first Cody answered we talked he directed me with kindness and all my questions was answered to the best of his knowledge wich everything was correct thanks Cody. Now for Adam he's estimated time to pick up my truck was atleast an hour he got to me before that it took 35 minutes he even directed me to the best mechanic me and him could figure out we talked for awhile on the phone very good guy has patience and took hiw time taking care of my truck and took it to its destination IF ANYBODY IS LOOKING FOR A TOW ID PICK THIS COMPANY A++ service
I would definitely rate this company with 10 stars if possible. The Tow truck Driver was on time, efficient, polite and I could go on and on !

After being stuck on the side of the road for hours dealing with incompetent insurance agents, it was great to have the "Heads Up" towing service show up earlier than promised. Adam, the recovery specialist, was super courteous and very understanding of our frustrations. He was also very efficient loading our vehicle and getting us home. His politeness and courtesy went a long way in de-stressing this 74 yo. I would definitely use Heads Up again . THANKS ADAM !!
The tow started out okay until the driver showed up. I was never told that they were sending a wrecker for my vehicle. If that was told to me when the driver called I could've saved them the time of driving out here. Instead I was met with an annoyed driver for something I had no idea he was bringing. I don't tell them how to conduct business and they won't tell me something I should be okay with something I'm not. Instead of arguing with me maybe just say ok and move on to the next customer.
Great experience! Came out on a Saturday, called me immediately and met their time+ Adam, the operator, was awesome and down to Earth. Headsup, great service is a right around the corner!😎
Adam maintained an impressive level of professionalism, offering help and insightful information throughout the entire process—before, during, and after the service. He took photographs before he left and after he delivered the vehicle to my driveway. I would definitely recommend using their services through insurance, as I had GEICO choose them. Their pricing is very reasonable.
These guys were awesome to work with! On a Friday night, my wife and I found ourselves on the side of the road on our way to dinner reservations that we really didn’t want to miss. I called a different tow company first to come out and take care of it. The scenario proved to be too difficult for the other company, and they simply turned around and left! Heads Up came out on such short notice, and simply went above and beyond, and we made our reservation! Do not hesitate to call them with your towing needs!

Hi, Jerry jumped my Ford Fiesta today, he was a delight to work with, I love that he made sure to let me know the "who what where when why and how" of my car battery. He also relieved my fears of having to need a new alternator, a new battery was all I needed.
