I had an RV on a Freightliner chassis and took it here for service and repairs for the past 5 years. Just about every time that I called, Kyle answered the phone and told me to bring it in whenever I want. I never had to make an appointment or anything else, and the work was always done fast! If I ever buy another Freightliner I would not hesitate to take it here for any kind of service or maintenance.

Told me for 2 days my truck would ba ready on the day I was supposed to be able to get it they told me it would be Monday when I was there to get it repairs that were supposed to be done before the part they ordered got here never got done now my truck is not going to be ready for 2 more days

This shop is clean and the employees are pleasant. However communication is poor and urgency is non existent. If you're not a fleet operator I'd stay away. What should have been a simple repair to replace a pressure sensor ended up taking a week due to an incomplete diagnosis on the emmisions system.

This place ordered food one day from pizza hut. A good amount of food. Ordered by Matthew. My gf delivered the food and then this place called door dash and said they didn't receive the food. How slimy is that? I wouldn't trust them if I was a customer if they are willing to do slimy stuff like that. She doesn't do door dash anymore so I have been waiting to report this on them to avoid retribution. I was literally in the car with her as we delivered it.

The tech left a plug unplugged and that was the code we were getting. He said and I quote I cleared the code and got another one. We open the tuck and the sensor was unplugged. My boyfriend is a good dude. The tech should have been given the southern treatment.

This location has been great about getting us in and out - especially on warranty work. I can typically call and get in same day. The parts department has been wonderful about working in tandem with service and getting the parts in hand before our trucks even arrive. Can't recommend enough! Drivers area is also pretty nice and spacious with a decent amount of furniture, however, could improve by having showers and/or laundry facilities available.

Worst oil change service . They left oil leakege on down the oil pawn. They didnt tight properly ..waste of money and time ..not recmended to go there .TA AND SPEED CO os much better .

Air Bag problem on cab, they got me in same day, overnight parts and out by next evening, Kyle, Tanya and shop guys did a great job! Thanks guys!

This has been by far the best experience I agave ever had at a repair facility. Everything was explained in a way that made me understand exactly why my truck shut down, what needed to be corrected to get me up and running again, and what I should be doing to prevent future failure. They understand that my truck is my money and did everything they could to expedite my repairs and get me back out and making money. A huge thanks to Freightliner of Elkton!!!

If you’re anything like me your truck is your baby it’s your money maker so you don’t just trust it with anybody. These dear people communicated with me professionally from start to finish. I took my truck in for an valve adjustment for 500 dollars and they removed the parts to my DEF coolant system and broke the lines and charged me for what they broke an tried to charge ne an additional 1800 dollars for something they broke. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

This place are absolute scammers. I took a Freightliner there to get checked out and fixed because we believed it derated. I was given a bill for $3600 which I approved and asked to perform a DOT inspection. When they completed the inspection, I was given another bill totaling over $11,000. I declined those additional charges and told them to just fix the issue I originally brought it there for. They did work then told me the truck was fixed and to come pick it. up. Though they finished it after they originally stated, I was told I would be charged a storage fee if I don't come pick it up. I paid my invoice and had my driver pick it up. AS SOON AS he turned on the truck he immediately knew the truck was derated and did not drive 100 ft. The sales associate in servicing told me they took the truck for a drive that day which clearly WAS a lie. I wasted time getting the driver there and back home with no truck. Then I was given another inspection bill of $1200 just to check the DPFs. NOTHING they fixed before was part of the need to get it out of derating. Every step of the way I have been lied to and charged 95% labor cost on the entire bill. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I’m very disappointed I brought my truck in for a air pressure leak and it’s still leaking. And a Def system issue and still having problems. They make up other issues that I supposed to have had but to my knowledge I had none. Just got it back yesterday! I would never bring my truck back there.

Crew was very respectful and attentive. Fixed a problem that 4 other Freightliner dealers couldn't!

Great experience!!! From the service department with Kyle getting me in first thing to Peter the tech letting me explain what I thought was wrong. To Tanya in service who thought to talk to David DiSabatino in parts who saw the situation and amazingly realized that he just received the part in on a return that I was going to have to wait 4 days to get the part here. Which means I didn't have to wait for the part. Thanks team!!! You're awesome!!! Highly recommend this place!

These people took my money and didn’t do nothing but I paid for out-of-pocket. They overcharge and they take your money without even doing the work. I had a warranty issue. That should have only took a day or two. It turns into them holding my truck for over a week. I decided to pay some money to get certain things that I wanted fixed personally And they still did not do the job but they got my money. Don’t come here because these people Are out to over charge and take your money without doing the service. They do not know what they are doing up there.

Service department has no sense of urgency and very little care for the owner operators down time. After dropping the truck off Wednesday night for a Thursday service, got the initial diagnosis Thursday afternoon, told them what I wanted done, then heard nothing until I contacted them Friday afternoon. Told that the Tech would start on the repairs Friday night. No word until I reached out to them again on Monday mid-day when I was told again the Tech was assigned and would start Monday night. Decided to stop in Monday night and the truck was still outside not touched since Thursday! Also, just talking to the service clerk was frustrating as I could tell he had no idea what was even involved with the repair and he had no idea what I was talking about when I explained several times what I wanted looked at. Please save yourself some downtime and take your business to a shop that knows what they are doing.

It's a clean, and organized shop. But be careful if you have limited time. When my truck was new, 2 years ago, I went to have a spotlight installed. They said maybe a couple hours. It took about 8.we could have left it with them but didn't. Today I went in for a check engine light, was very clear I just wanted the code read, as I did not have time for repair that would have to be arranged for a later date. They were nice enough to work me into schedule. That said, 2 hours later the tech was ready to start repairing. I was clear this was not being left for repair. Left after 2 hours and 40 minutes with barely enough time to safely make it back to my home terminal. I appreciate the effort but like the first time it's better to just assume your going to have to leave it.

These guy are wonderful. Service advisor are very friendly and welcoming Both Ms Willette and Kyle. Service Manager Charlie great guy very help and will go out his way for you. I have never did any business with these guys until now. But thankful I broke down in a more welcoming place Wish I could give them 10 stars....

I CALLED THOS DEALERSHIP ON FRIDAY 11/29 SPOKE WITH A LADY NAMED VIKI SHE FLAT OUT TOLD ME THAT I COULD GET DIAGNOSIS WORK DONE ON SATURDAY 12/1 GET OUT THERE AND GET WRITTEN UP BY THE SHOP MANAGER CLAY AND TOLD BY HIM AND THE MANAGER OUT IN THE SHOP MY TRUCK WILL BE A PRIORITY AND WILL BE I. SHOP FIRDT THING IN MORNING THEY SAID IF ITS SOMETHING MAJOR YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TIL MONDAY. NO PROBLEM THEY WROTE THE TICKET UP AS REGEN/ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS PLEASE CALL DRIVER. NO PHONE CALLS SATURDAY MORNING I CALLED THE SHOP AT 11:15AM WAS TOLD BY VIKI THAT MY TRUCK WAS INSIDE THERE SHOP BEING WORKED ON AS WE SPOKE I GET TO THE SHOP 45MINUTES LATER TRUCK IS NOT ITS I. THE SAME PLACE WERE I HAD PARKED IT FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY DIFFERENCE WAS I HAD THE DOORS SHUT AND LOCKED WHAEN I WALK UP TO MY TRUCK THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED AND OPEN WITH INTERIOR LIGHTS BURNING AND I WALK IN AND ASK VIKI WHY IF MY TRUCK WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INSIDE YOUR SHOP BEING WORKED ON WHY IS IT STILL IN THE SAME PLACE I LEFT IT THE NIGHT BEFORE SHE SAID I WAS JUST TOLD NOT 5MINUTES AGO THAT WERE NOTNALLOWED TO DO ANY DIAGNOSIS WORK ON WEEKENDS. OKAY THEN WHY IS MY DOOR OPENED AND NOT LOCKED WITH LIGHTS BURNING OH WELL I HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DASH OKAY WELL DO YOU NOT NO HOW TO SHUT AND LOCK A DOOR PROPERLY? VIKI SAID UM I DONT NO BUT WE WILL HAVE YOUR TRUCK IN THE SHOP SOMETIME MONDAY. MONDAY COMES AROUND IM FIXING TO CALL THE SHOP ONCE I GET UP BECAUSE AGAIN NO PHONE CALLS AND JUST AS IM GRABBING MY PHONE TO CALL I GET A CALL THAT MY TRUCK IS DONE AND READY TO BE PICKED UP. AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION PICK THE TRUCK UP ON MONDAY THE SAID A SENSOR ON THE REGEN SYSTEM WENT BAD AND THEY CHARGED ME $700 AND THEN I FIND OUT THAT AFTER I LEAVE MY TRUCK WAS NOT FIXED CORRECTLY ALLREADY BEEN TO ONE SHOP AND NOW HAVING TO GO TO ANOTHER SHOP FOR THE SAME REASON I HAD ORIGINALLY PUT MY TRUCK IN THIS SHOP FOR TOOK ME TWO DAYS OF CALLING AND LEAVING MESSAGES FOR CLAY BEFORE I COULD GET HIM ON THE PHONE BIS EXACT WORDS WERE I NO YOU GOTTA LOAD THATS HAS TO BE IN TEXAS TOMORROW AND I NO YOUR TRUCK IS SHUTTING DOWN ON YOU EVERY TWO MILES BECAUSE OUR TECHNICIANS DONT NO HOW TO READ WORK ORDERS AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BUT IF YOU TURN AROUND AND GO DRIVE 400 MILES BACK TO OUR SHOP WE WILL GLADLY WORK ON YOUR TRUCK AGAIN. ITS SAD THE WAY THESE SHOP FOLKS THINK THAT WE CAN JUST DROP OUR LOADS AND EAT 400 MILES WORTH OF FUEL BECAUSE THEYRE TECHNICIANS DONT NO HOW TO READ A WORK ORDER THEN CHARGE YOU ALOT OF MONEY AND THE TRUCK IS NOT EVEN FIXED PROPERLY I WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN. I WILL GO TO FRIEGHTLINER IN BALTIMORE NEXT TIME.. THE SHOP MANAGER CLAY HAD TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOT ONCE OF WARRANTY LEFT ON MY TRUCK WOUND UP GOING TO THE FREIGHTLINER DEALERSHIP IN ROANOKE VA AND FOUND OUT NOT ONLY IS MY ENTIRE REGEN SYSTEM COMPLETELY UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE $620 THE FOLKS AT TRANS TECH FREIGHTLINER IN ELKTON MD CHARGED ME FOR CHANGING OUT A DOC OUTLET TEMP SENSOR WAS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED AND HAD NO IDEA WHO THE HELL THEY EVEN CHARGED ME THAT MUCH MONEY OTHER FREIGHTLINER DEALERSHIPS THAT IVE CALLED HAVE SAID THE SAME THING!!!!!!!!!!

They take their time and are very thorough. Took truck in for normal service and during their inspection they found a small oil leak that would have became an issue if let go. They keep you updated and do good work as well. And very nice people as well.

If I could put zero stars I would. Never ever again. 6 days for an abs sensor. Incredible. Never seen anything like it ever. No rush. They let the truck batteries go dead so we lost everything in the fridge and freezer. We asked them twice to charge the batteries so that didn't happen. Said they would. 2 mechanics told us they hadn't been told. I'm absolutely dumbfounded by this place.

I 100% recommend Transteck, Inc for excellent, timely repair and service! My coolant line on Freightliner Cascadia Dd15 needed to be replaced. I called and Thomas looked the part up, went and got it and held it. Upon speaking with him I inquired about service. He transferred me to Kyle, who told me to go ahead and bring the truck in and they would go ahead and put the line on for me right away. When I got there Willette greeted me and my pup with kindness that put my stressful day at ease. These guys are prompt, professional, and very kind and helpful to the driver. Excellent 👍👍 large shop and service with great people!

Arrived Monday 3/25 about noon and was taken in for a water pump on a Cat, was told they could not diagnose a Cat engine but they could replace the water-pump. Next day went to check on it and they just started to work on it, was told that it SHOULD be ready by Thursday morning. Tuesday night the owner of the truck was told the mounting plate behind water-pump was pitted and should be replaced, owner gave his OK to do so. Thursday morning 9 am went back over there, still sitting in same condition, when inquired about it was told it would not be ready till Friday morning. Went back over there Friday morning, I notice on their parts pick up board that my cat part had yet to be picked up, when I inquired again about my truck, I was told the parts driver was on the way to get it and the truck SHOULD be ready by 10 pm Friday night. I went back over there Friday evening about 9 pm and was then told the truck SHOULD be ready in the morning and that they would call me at 830 am or 9 am. Next morning, no phone call, went over there at about 10 am and after waiting, was told that it SHOULD be ready by 230 pm. Mind you, the truck went in on Monday 3/25 at about noon, here it is Saturday 3/30 and it SHOULD be ready at 230 pm? Shop hours for a water-pump on a Cat engine calls for 6-7 hours, even inexperienced Tech should have it done withing 10 hours total time tear down and reassembled. On top of the expense of the repair, the prolong time it is taking to accomplish a 10 hour water-pump R&R has cost us several good paying loads, motel expense for 7 days and drivers pay for the week. Now even though you accept some loss due to the breakdown, excessive time to repair this breakdown is totally unacceptable. Was it because it was a Cat engine? Or was it because TECHs as they call them nowadays are not the true MECHANICS of yesterday?

Mark and Taylor got my truck in and out with little fuss. They gave us an eta of Saturday for completion and was able to get it complete a day early. Every time I called I was met with a genuine helpful and professional tone which is hard to come by in this industry. Thanks guys keep up the good work and we will keep coming back!

Took my truck there when I had a coolant leak from my radiator they were able to get me in and out in two days. The two service advisors were amazing, great customer service. Awesome facility, the waiting room is nice and has everything you need. Even has Netflix. Highly recommend this dealer for service. Very satisfied customer. 5 stars!
