I just left the Autozone Elkton store after standing in the checkout waiting area where the employee bypassed me and took two men that walked up after me. Another employee was helping a lady that repeatedly had to go back and forth to her car for various reasons. He just stood there and waited for her return each time instead of checking me out. It was so exasperating because I am very apparently handicapped and have trouble standing. I will never return to to an Autozone store again. This was not the only time this has happened to me at this store!

Spencer goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need for my commercial orders. Also well deserved promotion for Alexis/Alex . They continue to keep in touch with me and check in to make sure I have what I need. With the support I have there my sales with them have grown year over year where I had around $24,000 in purchases on my commercial account. I hope the store never loses its skillful staff as that what makes it my go to . - Just fix in garage

Not impressed with this store after getting wrong part on 5/16/25 , the guy working the counter taking care of two people while the manager stands around talking.

Alex Reyes is the absolute best!!! I had the best experience ever in Auto Zone. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! This young gentleman truly has passion and knowledge for what he does. It was so cold that day and wind. However, he was out their doing everything he could to find a resolution for my sons vehicle. Once we found the problem with the vehicle, Alex continued to stay positive and calm. While the other person on duty was eating chips and on his phone. Not once to he offwr any ki d of assistance. Alex even had another customer waiting for him. That says that Alex has built a report, or at least started. He smiled the whole time. Thank you again, Alex!!

Alex gets a 10/10 from me. Extremely cordial, polite, and welcoming, straight to the point and very helpful when asked questions.

I recently visited the AutoZone in Elkton and received exceptional customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed especially Alex, he was great. The expertise and willingness to help made my shopping experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking excellent customer service.

I’ve never left this store empty handed or without knowledge of what else I can do for my car. My car is quite old and I have a hard time finding this for it. The workers are very attentive and helpful I’d recommend this store to anyone

Always a pleasure getting help from the employees here. I have a European car so it can be difficult to find people who are knowledgeable in the parts/issues that are relevant for me, but I have consistently found reliable answers and input from this Autzone’s workers. For a time, I was hesitant to go due to an older employee who it seemed interacted inappropriately with female customers, but I have not seen him there recently so I am happy to stop in whenever I have a question or need parts!

The staff here is SUPER friendly and helpful. They can always help you find what you need or know where you can get it. Steve, Alex and Spencer are the top employees of this building and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

The store manger I believe he was Spencer he was amazing ! And very helpful he went above and beyond ! I litteraly broke down outside the store with my van . Spencer. and I’m not sure if he was the district manger bald with glass really went out their way to get me back on the road ! I appreciate them a lot! My van has been running good ever since ! I’m glad I broke down there vs breaking down anywhere else ! Spencer even allowed me to changed my phone while I was broke down and only having a 3% and basically stranded that was really nice ! Everything about my experience at that store was amazing ! All the employees seem very helpful on that shift that day ! Spencer was determined to get me back on the road ! And he made sure he did ! Thank u for all ur help ! I was havin the worst day and they made my day better !

Had to drop by and grab some things to change my spark plugs, staff was very helpful, did half the work for me and offered to let me borrow a tool to finish the job in the parking lot. Great service.

I called multiple times to see if they had a battery in stock for my car and I got Told to hold on twice and instead of putting me on hold they hung up on me. The third time I called and told them I got hung up on twice, the lady put my on hold for 30+ minutes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Charles helped me out with a mystery issue affecting my Honda Civic. I kid you not, six different mechanics at three different repair shops have looked at this car and not one has been able to review the research on this make and model and the facts of the issue and give me a diagnosis that makes sense. I'm now one step closer to fixing the issue and having a reliable vehicle. Thanks, Charles!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and if you're trying to fix your car or truck, there are plenty of options and the staff will do as much as they can to help you figure everything out and make sure you have the right parts you need. If you don't know what you honestly need, they will do 100% to help you with anything

Super helpful and friendly staff! I needed new tail light and indicator light bulbs and Joe was able to find the correct bulbs for my car and he even helped me install them (as I was struggling!) - Thanks Joe!!

I came in because of several warning lights on my dash and was concerned about my 120 mile highway drive home. Josh was excellent and did all the necessary checks before he got me on my way. He was professional, helpful and highly reassuring. Definitely recommend this store!

I know nothing about an automobile other than it needs gas for me to continue to drive. The lady that took care of me seemed to know exactly what I needed and explained why. This type of service goes a long way with me. Therefore I buy all my auto needs at AutoZone.

Amazing amazing amazing. Pat helped me change my headlight in the dark in 27 degree weather! It wasn’t easy either. I appreciate him so much for even taking the initiative to help me. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite.

For as busy as this place has been lately, it's some really good service. The last two times I've been there the guy in there not only sold me the battery but actually replaced it for me and it was kind of inconvenient for him to get to inside the engine compartment (would not have been able to do that myself) and even though the wiper blades are pretty simple they'll do that for you too. I'm not really sure how far the extent of what work they will do for you is but it seems like they go more above and beyond than your average store would. The wait is kind of long sometimes but they've got a lot of people in there so that's understandable (especially with how they have to look up every person's car). Overall out of all the car places I've been to this is usually the one that I go to because of their exemplary service.

Was looking for rotors for our van. After I went 3 other Autozone stores in Delaware (who told me they had parts in stock) we were sent to The store in Elkton. There I was greeted by Meme and her staff. They had the parts waiting for me and apologized for the issues I had at the other stores. Both women at the register knew their parts, the location of the parts and were extremely helpful!! After I got all that I needed, another employee had great customer service as well and carried all the stuff out and loaded into my car. THIS STORE IS WELL RUN AND KNOWS HOW TO TREAT ITS CUSTOMERS. The other stores should take lessons! I will drive the extra 15 minutes ( and pay the tax ) to go straight there to get the parts and service I want. Can’t thank them enough!

Rubin the store manager was wonderful. I bought wipers. I’m a woman and not the best with handling simple tasks like changing wind shield wipers. Rubin didn’t hesitate to come out and put them on for me. Thanks Rubin for a great experience!

A review I am happy about writing. I went in to get brake pads for my truck. While the lady behind the desk was getting them for me, I asked if they did a price match on a jack from the competitor. I showed them the item I was talking referring to on my phone. They verified the ad was real and an "in store" sale item. They confirmed that and sold me their similar product for the same price as the ad. Then on top of that the I was informed that my pads are for life. It is common sense gestures of not taking advantage of customers that buys my loyalty. Thank you to the three that helped today, I will most certainly be back when I need my next part.

It is a very helpful place for a woman who had a couple questions I think that they need to hire more than two people because it was a 7 at night and all of a sudden there was four and five people there with questions and part ordering and you can't give good customer service with only two people and I don't even know where the girl went honestly. But what really helped was a customer and he overheard me asking and he said oh come here I'll show you exactly what you need and this is with my two grandchildren ages 5 and 11 with me lol it's a good place to get knowledge and the right product

I feel compelled to write a review after my experience here. I was driving up I-95 and had a fan belt blow out. The staff at AutoZone was extremely helpful, finding a suitable and inexpensive replacement. On top of this, a kind person who was at the store at the time, helped my install it for no charge. This is an honest and helpful business.
