Do not sell to them.. Definitely undervalues when price of gold is much higher. Unfortunately I was by myself and tried to speak up but they definitely took advantage and would not budge. Told me to sign and didn’t explain how much everything weighed so I could review and confirm. Rushed the sale and paperwork. Be careful I wish I wasn’t in a vulnerable position. I would have walked out if the numbers were explained correctly. I even sold my wedding ring when my earrings would have been enough if I went somewhere else.

Hats off to the crew there . The manager runs a great team of employees especially the assistant manager ..The guy went out of his way to to accommodate me .Thanks

Came in looking for a few random small things and found just about everything we wanted, and between Kelly, Brenda and Mike, they were all super friendly and helpful. Fair on pricing, Mike definitely knows where things are because he overheard me mention looking for a good socket set and he caught me as I was heading out to show me a brand new set that has just come in. Overall super impressed. Will be back again!

This store has excellent customer service, we bought a bike here for Christmas and it was cheap and they gave a discount. Walking around the store I saw their selection of jewelry and some tech that was cool like nintendos and meta quests that were very good deals. Anyways the guy helping us with the bike shopping was super nice and let us try it out and it was amazing. Amazing pawn shop!

I went to pawn max down the road because they opened earlier but I’m very thankful that they low balled me as much as they did because my experience at value pawn was 10x better, not only did I get the amount I was looking for but I also confirmed just how badly pawn max was low balling. If you want a pawn shop experience that's equal parts pushy and charming, Mike is your guy. I came in just looking around and somehow walked out with a watch and a drill—neither of which I planned on buying, but Mike made sure I needed them. He’s like a sales ninja, always making sure you’re getting a "great deal." Highly recommend if you want a good bargain and a salesman who won’t let you leave empty-handed! 10/10.

Best experience I've had a pawn place! They were very straight forward about what they can take and sell to you at a negotiatiable price or what they can't and better off donating elsewhere. I love concise trades as well as a respectful and friendly personality! I would definitely come back here again, especially with how decently organized and clean the place is!?
