Got supplies to fix my back brakes and some gas addictive. Everything was reasonably priced. Employees were very helpful as well. Will be back for any auto needs my car may have.

I dealt with Ryan and his service was top notch . Always goes over and beyond to make sure he is getting me what I need . I highly recommend this store because of him .
Aiden tried to up sell me on a brake and rotor set. I commenced with telling him I had the brakes already but he kept nudging the fact he wanted me to get the brakes and when I told him I didn't want that he then mumbled something under his breath.
David is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers. Everytime I go into store I always need extra help and he is so kind and willing. Thank you

Sam and Gavin are awesome! I went in there then asked for them to change my battery Sam was nice enough to do it. While I was purchasing the battery they obviously were trying to upsell me which I get and once the manager got involved the interaction went from very pleasant to very hostile .he is very rude and dismissive I wish I could remember his name but I was really trying hard to focus on the positive as they did something to help me .
I have been looking everywhere for 2k paint without having to get it online. I tried multiple different brands and didn't have any luck until this O'Reilley's. They were very helpful in assisting me in finding what I needed.
Because returns and exchanges count against the employee internally the cashiers lie and say they can't return things and I drove to st pete store and return/exchange just fine. Internally it shows up on their numbers so corperate oreilys should change that so they have better customer service.
This place never disappointed me! They are always helpful everytime I came to grab things from the store and tonight was no different! James was superb! doing the extra steps to help right before they closing the store to get my car running after hearing about my car died at the light down the street on the way to the store.
Made an online purchase that was damaged in shipping. Stopped by my local store to see what the best order of action was? David, the store manager reached out to customer support and figured everything out quickly. David then assisted me with getting the parts I needed immediately. Great customer service!

Didn't know corporate read these so I have to say how Cruz saved me. I came in late to buy a tool to finish work my brakes. Changing the shoes and drums. I was told beforehand "Changing shoes is about as simple as changing pads. If it's your first time you'll be fine." I was lied to. A restaurant across the street was closed so I go there to work on it. Start changing the shoes and the problem arises of my springs being OLD and not having new ones and starting this project 20 minutes before nightfall. Between my springs being old and tight and me not seeing anything well with no experience, Cruz drove across the street and for over two hours in the pitch black of night helped me put on the shoes and drum on my tire I had started and did not once complain either. He was just like "We've all been there with cars before one way or another. I don't mind helping." Cruzist Christ, because like Jesus, he is a savior!! Will shop here from now on beacuse of Cruz!
James, the current assistant manager, and Charlie are absolutely amazing 🤩 Wonderful, helpful and thorough! Make that guy your new store GM! It's hard to find quality employees that care about their jobs and customers anymore and these two are ASTONISHING!

Had an awesome customer service experience at this store yesterday with Eric, the Assistant Manager. I had bought wiper blades at another store a week ago and this was the first day it has rained. I discovered that the blades had not been installed correctly and were actually broken. Eric said, no problem we will take care of you…and he did. He put me in a better blade that turned out to be on sale. Refunded my credit card, and installed the new blades on the car. We were back on the road in less than 15 minutes. I told my wife it was the best customer service experience Ive had in years!

As a corporate account holder, I source parts from anywhere and everywhere and O'Reilly is usually fair and quick. However, with a recent issue, Juan (Asst Mgr) went above and beyond both to stay in personal communication and made sure what was a relatively small but meaningful issue was resolved positively and fairly. That's what makes the difference in the parts and vendor community today where clients are usually just another number.

O'Reilly is the best place to go for parts in the area. Even if they dont have our part there it will be available at a store close by and usually is a little less expensive than Advance. If you don't feel like driving to the other store they'll do it for you in a few hours. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent service. Bought a battery there a little over a year ago there. It died on me so I went over there with no reciept and they found me in the computer and replaced the battery with out question. Courteous, friendly and efficient. Hard to find that kind of service and respect now days. Thank you O'REILLY AUTO PARTS and EMPLOYEES!
Great service. Mark was very helpful and put in my air filter in for me. We had a tough time because it wasn’t fitting in the tracks properly but he kept working on it until he got it right and I really really appreciate that. I felt bad but handled it well. Definitely going back. Just won’t make him or anyone have to do that if I can’t pay them because that was hard to get to but again he was Great about it
As a woman I usually feel out of my comfort zone going into anything auto related. I did NOT feel like that here. I needed a new car battery. They had what I needed in stock. Staff was super friendly and helpful and even offered to do the battery change for FREE!
Advanced Auto next door wouldn't check the battery because it was dark outside. One minute later I went to O'Reilly and was greeted by excellent staff. They checked my battery and I bought a new one. Their attitude was pleasant and I will continue to shop there.
Came in to get a battery and really didntt expect to have an overwhelmingly positive experience. Everyone who works here is SO Nice and helpful. Andras even changed my battery in the lot! Took all of 5 minutes and left me a happy camper.
It was nice that they didn't laugh at me (like Auto Zone) when I asked if they had a high-demand item in stock, because they still had some. The employees were helpful and kind, and helped me carry things out to the car. These may seem like insignificant details, but when you're stressed out, it really makes a difference! !
