I have been with this store since 1996. I've always rated it 4stars. Not today. I don't know where the old staff went since October but the main greater Philip was horrible. Came in to have my tire checked. Their tires, warrantee etc. He Tried to sell me whatever he could! I wouldn't bite on new tires (don't need them yet). I wouldn't bite on a once a year air filter ( I'll wait for oil change). I wouldn't bite on a new tire senser ( I'll wait for new tires in May). Then, to top it off wanted to charge $23+ for checing out their tire. When I questioned why, he gave me an attitude & handed me my keys, So disappointed in them.

I’ve used Firestones all over the state of Florida and have always had excellent service except for here. The manager of the mechanics cursing and screaming about my wife’s vehicle, telling the other mechanics that the vehicle is a POS! Just because the service window is closed doesn’t mean everyone in the lobby can’t still hear you. Completely unprofessional, and I will never recommend anyone here again.

I had an appointment for 9am, dropped off my car and when I checked around 4:15 they said it would be ready by 5. they called me at 4:45 and said they did not do the oil change, balance and rotation and while they said they did the front end alignment, there was no documentation of it being done. I left the car all day and still have to take it somewhere else to get the work done. I have been a firestone customer for over 25 years and i have never had such terrible service. IF i could give a zero out of 10 I would.

They charged my girlfriend $860 for a new starter that costs $151. I get there are other fees like the $50 tow and $80 in labor but the piece itself they charged almost $600. This place is an absolute scam. Do not go there. Would never recommend it. They do awful business!!! Thanks for nothing!

They were fantastic! I called at 1:30 and Saturn had an appointment for me at 2pm. They replaced a tire and did a front end alignment. With my tire warranty and lifetime alignment, I was out the door in a couple hours and $120. FABULOUS!! I love Firestone warranties and service! Thank all of you for your outstanding service today, I'm able to go to work in the morning!

Roman was very helpful over the phone, suggesting I bring my car in for a thorough inspection instead of just giving a quote. Scott, the technician, was meticulous and honest about what my car needed, without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. I needed rear shocks and rear tires, and Roman found the perfect fit for my driving habits, even securing a better deal than another shop. The entire process was seamless, and I appreciated the quality service during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for an oil change, 4 new tires, new breaks and rotors, and an alignment. The technician at some point decided to change my auxiliary battery without my permission. I believe he did it with my car turned on because in doing so, he blew all of my fuses that connect my battery power to my vehicle’s electrical power system. I lost all power to my car and had to call AAA to tow it to the nearest Jeep dealership for them to fix it. I have an open case on this problem and am expecting reimbursement for what Jeep had to do to fix the issue caused by Firestone.

Staff was very knowledgeable with the informative about the issues of my vehicle. They were able to break the issues down in ways I was able to understand as someone who knows very little about cars !! Will be back!

Saturn and Roman, sales associates, were exceptional. They were patient, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and provided clear options along with fair, honest recommendations. Vehicle maintenance is never a pleasant experience, especially with rising costs, but Saturn presented a well-thought-out plan of action that made the expense manageable while ensuring my car remained safe and reliable. Firestone has always kept my car in good running order.

Excellent workmanship and customer service. There was a mix up at the appointment, which took more time than expected. Not only did they rush to finish the work, but Cory (in charge), upon realizing what happened and without hesitation, said "sorry about the mix-up, we will take care of it this time" and covered the cost of my oil change. I will come back to this shop from now on. I can rely on their work and they excel at customer service. Thank you, Cory!

I've been going to Firestone for many years with both of my cars. My experience has always been great! I appreciate that I never feel like I'm being pressured into work that has to be done immediately if it's not absolutely critical. Never have to look for coupons as Tim or Cory always applies them automatically. Great guys who always treat me well and make me feel like a valued customer!

Depressing atmosphere. Non-functioning digital house of horrors. Belligerent employees. If you’re lucky enough to even talk to one. Got the cops called on me for asking them to acknowledge me. This location is so bad Harvey S. Firestone called from his coffin phone and said he wants his business back.

Feedback as a First-Time Customer: When I made my appointment over the phone, no one mentioned how long it would take to replace just one tire. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told it would take about an hour. I decided to stay and wait since I hadn’t been informed ahead of time that it would take that long, and I hadn’t arranged for anyone to pick me up. After more than an hour of waiting, I noticed my car had been sitting on a jack with no one working on it. No one came to update me or explain what was happening. By this time, at least eight other customers had come and gone. When I finally asked about the delay, the employee told me they didn’t realize the mechanic hadn’t informed me that my new tire wasn’t even in stock, they had to leave to go get one. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and by 11:47 AM, my car still wasn’t ready. The lack of communication and organization at this location was extremely disappointing. As a first-time customer, this experience does not leave a good impression. FINALLY!!! At 12:20 PM they are done changing one tire.

Went in with a regular flat with one nail in the middle threads (completely patchable) I’ve had issues with tires before and know that you can get them patched in the middle but not sides. Go in expecting a patch for $45 give or take as quoted over the phone, when I get there I’m told that’s not possible, I’m told it is completely unfixable, I thought it was probably because the nail punctured all the way through to the air tube/inner liner and get quoted $170 for a new tire. I initially say yes but then call my partner and he tells me to just come home after I describe the nail type and he said it would be impossible to go that deep (deep enough to puncture into the air) and to just come home so he can fix it. I asked for them to cancel the new tire so I could leave, the front door and mechanic guys tried to convince me to keep the new tire since it was already mounted, I refused stating I could not pay for this tire knowing it was fixable, they then told me to leave with a donut (my car doesn’t have a donut so that would’ve been an additional cost to me) so I refused the donut When I got my car back I noticed my tire now had a nail on the side/ outer area of the wheel toward the rim… a place it had not been previously now making the tire completely unpatchable. I was forced to go to another location (not Firestone) since they are completely untrustworthy and scammers and pay $100 for a new tire (a better deal but still more than I needed to pay due to their shady practices)

It was great experience, I came for tire replacement, alignment and oil change. Everything was done to satisfaction and the staff was very approachable answering any questions I had. Very good experience.

This review falls into the latter category. While I hate writing negative reviews, I despise even more the thought of others falling victim to such unprofessional conduct. I'm writing this on behalf of my girlfriend, who trusted Firestone with her vehicle for years before being taken advantage of in what can only be described as either gross negligence or predatory business practices. You be the judge. **The Pattern of Overcharging:** A few months ago, she was charged nearly $1,400 for a radiator replacement and two hoses—work that any reputable shop would complete for $500-$800 (as a simple Google search later confirmed). Prior to this, they had already charged her almost $500 for an oil pan and battery replacement. She paid without question because she trusted their expertise while I was out of town. **The Real Problem Emerges:** Shortly after the radiator replacement, every warning light on her dashboard illuminated. After keeping her car for 24 hours, Firestone diagnosed a "blown head gasket," quoted $2,000 for repairs, and were emphatic that the issue was "definitely not the thermostat." This time, we sought a second opinion from a trusted mechanic. A simple diagnostic test revealed the truth: it was nothing more than a faulty thermostat. The car was repaired for $388 (including an oil change and a new radiator cap) and has run perfectly ever since. **What This Means:** Firestone either: • Failed to perform the most basic diagnostic procedures • Did not properly flush the old coolant during the radiator replacement • Demonstrated a complete lack of professional care in their testing • Deliberately attempted to sell thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs Every single one of these scenarios is unacceptable from a professional automotive service provider. **My Assessment:** Based on the evidence, I believe they performed shoddy work during the radiator replacement—likely failing to properly flush the old coolant system. This created a contaminated mixture that produced the milky, chunky coolant fluid we observed, which subsequently damaged the thermostat. Instead of acknowledging their oversight, they attempted to diagnose an entirely different (and far more expensive) problem. Rather than building customer trust, Firestone reinforced every negative stereotype about mechanics who exploit women seeking honest automotive care. **Final Verdict:** This isn't merely disappointing—it's disgusting. We will never return to this establishment, and I strongly urge others to carefully consider whether they want to entrust their vehicles and their wallets to this level of "service."

I went to this Firestone to fix a sound that seemed to be coming from the front wheels/brakes, I paid $446 to get it fixed and as soon as i went to pick it up after it got "repaired" I noticed the sound only gotten worse and louder and the pedals now had issues too, when i went back to tell them that THEY made it worse they told me i had to pay another $1000+ on top of what I already paid to get the Problem that THEY made fixed again! (terrible experience I do not recommend this Location.)

I paid for a diagnostic test to be done so I was able to put work order through my extended warranty. I told them I had my alternator tested and it was rating low. Once the testing was done, I was told ONLY that my battery was low and there was a 4th cylinder misfire with the spark plugs. I even reiterated that the alternator was not performing to standard and to retest - I was gaslit with “my best mechanic did that and everything is fine.” I went and replaced the brand new battery I got less than 30 days ago - just for the battery guy to test my alternator again (a separate guy than before) to again confirm that the problem is the alternator… being the one that’s draining my battery. I could have had this work already done and covered but instead I spent more money worrying about spark plugs when that wasn’t the main priority that needed attention. I will never return back to any location or Firestone - waste of time and money!!

I moved to the Tampa Bay Area a year and a half ago and ever since Firestone has been doing my regular maintenance services and maintenance or replacement of my tires. I am grateful for their patience and also appreciate the deep work they have also done on my vehicle when it broke down about two months ago. That was a lot of work and a job well done, thank you!

Great service just like every Firestone I have ever been to. They explain things really well and have good prices for their work. They fix things in the time they say they will, so you know realistically how long it will take to get your vehicle serviced. Jake is super friendly and very helpful. I recommend to anyone who needs car repair to go to Firestone. They also have flexible hours and easy to book appointments with.I got my AC fixed on a busy Friday morning in an hour or so.

I purchased 4 brand new tires recently. Service was quick based on what I asked for and the price was reasonable. The knowledgeable service tech talked me into road hazard insurance which I did not regret after receiving 2 nails in the same tire just weeks after my purchase. The tire was replaced free of charge. Thanks Firestone and I highly recommend buying the added coverage.

Horrible customer service. I've taken my car in for an alignment 3 different times because it's pulling. They didn't inspect it to see if anything was wrong. They charged me for something that I never received. Either the technician is not trained or the equipment is not calibrated. There's no way having an alignment 3 times doesn't work. Incompetent management, lack of supervision and training, lack of customer service skills. This place is going to get someone seriously injured by their lack of integrity. I'll have to take my care to a qualified mechanical shop to do the work correctly.

I received excellent customer service on my 2020 Toyota Corolla. Two new tires were installed, a wheel alignment was performed, and an oil change was performed in a reasonable time. The workers were friendly and courteous throughout my presence at the shop.

My knowledge of mechanics is limited, but I am aware that my eyes are not easily blinded. My father and brother have instilled in me some basic mechanical knowledge. Recently, I took my BMW to a service center for tire balancing, rotation, and alignment. I requested that they inspect the tires as I was experiencing vibrations on the front driver’s side. However, they only performed the balance, rotation, and alignment procedures. Upon leaving, I noticed that the vibrations had not subsided. Consequently, I took the vehicle to another service center the following day to have the suspension inspected, potentially the CV joints. To my astonishment, two tires had defective tire threats balls. As a result, FIRESTONE lost a customer. Due to the superior quality results they provided decide to purchase tires at another location and they lost $2,500.00 and a customer.

They do good work here but I don’t appreciate how dirty they have left my car the last few times. I’ve been coming here for years and didn’t have this issue until recently. However, they are reliable and fairly priced.
