Cannot say enough good things about this store and it's employees. Todd and Austin are genuinely good people that are not just trying to make a buck. Todd let me know that he could try to help remove a headphone jack pin that was stuck in the port of my tablet if I had time to stop by, and Austin used his expert skills to retrieve it with tweezers/patience within five minutes of arriving. A local competitor wanted 60 bucks (that place that "fixes what you break") and an unspecified amount of time to "diagnose" the problem. Austin/Todd did not charge me for this, but I was raised right and made a purchase in goodwill at the store before leaving. I will also return to this business for any services that they provide and that I am in need of going forward. Come here and support this business! You won't regret it~

DO NOT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE. They did an incredibly terrible job at replacing my screen and the people who work there don’t even fix the phone themselves they have a 3rd party or another person I asked who fixed my phone and JOHN replied “we don’t know.” This is a glorified autozone and DONT FIX PHONES THE RIGHT WAY. They want to make the quick buck and screw people over but that’s okay. This is why I writing this review so that others go to a reputable phone repair company and not this joke. This is sickening. I noticed from the very beginning something was wrong with the new screen they installed Resolution was terrible and it looked like it was a part from china but didn’t think much of it and I fixed phones before this is by far the worst of the worst. What a joke. Please do not fix your phone here. I asked ubreakifix and other repair phone company’s nearby and said they shouldn’t have touched the phone in the first place by far the worst they seen. 0 STARS. And customer service is non existent. You can’t even speak to the manager😂😂

Great service at this location. I would like to give John a shout out very helpful and great at his job.

I called ahead to see if they had what I needed. I specified a 7 inch outside diameter, circular bulb for a makeup mirror. “Andy” said I would have to come in so he could see the bulb. He was too lazy to walk across the store to check to see if he had anything with a 7 inch diameter. I drove the whole way there, nine miles, only to find the only circular bulb he has in stock is 8 inches. Nothing in 7 inches. I am furious. Their idea of customer service is NO customer service. This store is at 6480 Park Blvd in Pinellas Park.

I see your rude employee Isabella mentioned in other reviews which is NO surprise. I had the worst experience at your store with her and her patronizing and rude attitude. You lost a customer. I'd pay significantly more anywhere else to avoid this employee and your high prices.

John showed me all kinds of bargains that were being offered by the store. He also had the knowledge to go check my windshield wipers, which were in dire need of replacing and he replaced them with an excellent choice.!!

John was so efficient and friendly. He let me know the feature deals and I ended up taking advantage of a few. Thanks for the help and taking care of me quickly. As always I'll be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this Batteries Plus location. I showed up in a total panic because my car battery died at the worst possible moment, and I desperately needed a replacement. Todd immediately stepped in, was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. He not only found the right battery quickly, but he installed it himself right there in the parking lot. His professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly saved the day. If you ever need anything battery‑related, this is the place to go! And ask for Todd because he is an absolute hero.

Had a problem with our battery and visited your store. Andy went above and beyond with customer service and gave a lot of knowledge to us as I had a LOT of questions! We've been to Batteries Plus before (at a different location) but will return here in the future because of Andy's customer service skills. Thanks for making our day better!

John was wonderful! I had purchased a battery online thinking my husband could replace it but realized it was more complicated since the battery was in the trunk. John refunded the charged amount without a hassle. Will do business with him in the future.

I stopped in looking for a tiny light bulb to go on a much-loved flashlight. Isabel was kind enough to try and find one but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. she was very sweet very helpful and I was able to buy a nice set of puck Lights instead

Rude, incompetent, patronizing staff. First I call a few weeks ago and Isabela answers, I ask how long Samsung phone warranty is. (This is a supposed Samsung Service Center). She says, "I have no clue, call your insurance". I try to explain my question and she talks over me. Someone else takes the phone and apologized. Yesterday I call to make an appt. The guy seemed helpful and set an appt for 10am today. Said 1 hour max. I even told him I had other appts in the area so 10am, no more than an hour was good. (I didnt tell them specifically but i just had a death in the family and had a 12pm appt) I get there today and it's the same person from the rude phone call, Isabela. She says I have no appointment and itll be 2 hours. I explain I had just called the day before, they said I had an appt and I cant wait that long, i was promised an hour. She is dismissive and full of attitude, i guess that's her schtick. I ask for a Manager, says none are working Saturday, i ask if she can call one, no. Gives me a card with only the store # on it. I then ask if the technician could come out so I could ask if she could do it within the hour as promised. Isabela goes back, whispers to Stephanie who comes out and before she said a word she raised both hands up shrugging as if asking "how dare you bother me, what do you want!?!". I say wow, you both have attitudes. I start to leave then decide im there, i need my phone fixed, so I give it to them and wait. Throughout the process Isabela seemed patronizing, knew I was upset and asked normally, seemingly harmless questions as if to pester me when I definitely didnt feel like chatting after the issues. I end up leaving close to 2 hours later,.missing my next appt. On top of that another employee shows up who apparently is a Manager, Jon. As im leaving Isabela once again seemed to be patronizing yelling, thank you, have a good day! It seemed unauthentic and sarcastic so I call that out and talk to Jon who defended her even after I told him the details. I don't really blame him but this store is a nightmare and I don't plan on ever spending a penny st Batteries Plus again.

Very quick service. Isabel was super helpful and friendly. Lifetime warranty on the key fob batteries for our car wouldn't go anywhere else

Isabel and John were fantastic. Very helpful, outstanding customer service, knowledgeable and fast. Possible an hour to an hour and a half actually was about 20 minutes. Need a phone repair? Definitely see them.

I showed up this morning desperately in need of a new battery for my car. Andy was solo in the store today, with a growing line of customers. Once all customers were served, he expertly retrieved and installed my car battery. Really appreciated how smooth the entire process was. Be sure to check the Batteries Plus site for coupons!

Went in for cell phone repair. Stephanie was my contact person. She was polite, professional and patient ( I am hard of hearing). She had me come back, due to man power issues ( not her fault). When I returned at set time, she took phone and said one hour to repair. Came back in one hour, she was finishing up the repair! I will definitely refer this store to others, because of Stephanie. 5 stars for sure!

Zero starts if Google allowed that to be possible. 09-27-2025, I went to this batteries plus location and dealt with “John” and I trusted him to cut a key for me the correct way, after all, I am paying close to $250 for a new fob. After waiting for nearly two hours the conclusion is that he did not cut the key correct and I’ll have to come back when they get a new one in and cut it again… when it did arrive I didn’t find out until days later when I called and asked about it and no one informed me. I came in after to get the new key fob cut the “correct way” and to my surprise, John failed again. At the end of the exchange he tells me he will have the dealership do it and make sure it’s done correctly and they are the ones doing it, at least that’s what I was told to ease my headache of dealing with this place. Today I have the same experience of lack of communication to prompt me to calling and finding out that the new key is there again. When I arrive to pick up the key… you guessed it! It did NOT WORK, very similar to all the employees at this establishment. They offer me a refund of “half” of the programming fee and welcome me to take the worthless fob they’ve had me come here on 3 separate occasions of being rude and elusive to me each time. It’s sad when I tell both John and Andy the manager that I nice a small young child and I need a working “secret key” hence my car is a push start and when I brought up a very realist scenario of getting stuck somewhere with my daughter and not being able to use the “automatic” key fob that the emergency key would then be applied. - They still didn’t care and dismissed me and I left upset and disrespected. Batteries Plus I want a full refund back and you can keep the useless fob it’s either the entire thing works or it’s zero use to me. Thanks! 💕

Have shopped this store many times. All my experiences have been good, but today was exceptional, John was outstanding and helped me. I thought I knew what I wanted, little did I know… John was so knowledgeable with all the sales and all the product differences. He made the decision easy. Thank you John!

I stopped by Batteries Plus to get a couple of small batteries for my electronic device. Isabell helped me determine the correct battery and yes, they had it in stock. I love this place. I had my cellphone repaired at Batteries Plus last time I cracked my screen. I highly recommend this store. Very helpful, courteous people.

Stopped by after work to have the battery in my Maverick Hybrid checked because it's doing strange things. John was incredibly helpful, he tested the battery in the truck and it showed fine and was just needing a charge. I don't really trust the charger that I have had for 20+ years. He gave me some recommendations for a new style charger and I ended purchasing one. Thank you John I will be back for future battery needs.

I just was at Battery and bulbs for a new battery in my key fob. I am so happy that John checked my wiper blades also. Putting on new blades made such a difference in my vision through my FrontWindshield. I really appreciate him going the extra mile.

I was standing in line behind a crazy woman telling the people working here they are acting like 2 year olds. Both employees (John and Todd) were very professional and handle the woman well and kept their composure. When they help me they saved me 100$ by cleaning out my phone charging port instead of replacing my battery. Highly recommend this location!!!

Been using products from this store over 3 years and always get the good services. This time I got the battery change by John. He’s awesome!
