Ken and Art must be the best Harley techs around. They've been taking care of my bills since they worked at the dealer 25 years ago. Top notch service.

They always have the parts I need and give me knowledgeable answers to any questions I have. I'd recommend anyone to bring their Harley to them. Their rates are barely half what the dealer wanted to charge me!

Bought a Road King from Ken... it's been great! He even diagnosed some issues on the bike i rode in on and he was dead on. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Dropped bike off was told it was fuel pump and stator. Gave me a really high price I turned down. Went to pick bike up and they tried giving it back with the fuel pump hanging out the tank. Told me we pushed it in and out every day this week. Ok did you close the tank when it rained I assume not. So water in tank fuel pump was not the issue pressure check valve was bad. I would stay clear away from those shop bike ran when I dropped it off and after testing there bike won't run. STAY AWAY

This is a great place to buy your bike! Ken is the man, very professional and easy to deal with. Not your typical sales man trying to make money out of you. We closed our deal through Facebook market place, and he reserved me the bike for almost a week, till I could make my drive to his shop. Mind while he was getting higher bits on it, but he honored our agreement and hold it for me. That shows great ethics. I could not be happier with my purchase. A beautiful Sportster 48. Runs amazing. I’ve been going to cycle ward for years never had any problems til this last time I had my bike towed up there they replaced battery and rebuilt the carburetor and replaced pitcock charged over 600 dollars. which I payed no problem. Got it home rode it a couple times then I went to start it up gas and oil was coming out the carb and exhaust they came and pick the bike up.the guy said they put the wrong pitcock on and it caused those problems. I pick up the bike they charged me 400 dollars to fix the problem caused by the wrong part being put on. It just pissed me off cause I’ve spent over 17.000 dollars over the years and then pay for they’re mistake

The best motorcycle shop I have ever been Art is a wonderful master of his craft. His ability to almost just glance at a bike and know what it needs is amazing. Ken is just as knowledgeable and his experience in the trade is obvious to anyone who has ever owned a motorcycle. You won't find a better shop for your bike.

These guys and Cycle Ward are not only the most knowledgeable guys in town when it comes to motorcycles… But they are the nicest crew in town!! They have worked on my last three bikes, and I always take care of me even when stuff takes a long time to order. They tell you with a smile on your face!! I highly recommend The Cycle Ward, Ken, and Art are great dudes. You don’t want anybody else taken care of your bike other than Easter!! They’re even experts and putting on 30 inch front tires when nobody else in town will do them.

I was looking to buy a bike and went to Harley Davidson on 49th and was jerked around with pricing. I left and happened to drive by Cycle Ward and saw this 2016 Yamaha Bolt for sale. I was met by a worker who told me about the bike and explained that the owner Ken would be by in an hour if I was interested in purchasing. I went to the bank grabbed the cash, met with Ken, bought the bike. It was a smooth transaction. I felt like I was buying a bike from a friend. Ken was very sincere and genuine, no fluff, no gimmicks, and was a sraight shooter. I stopped to look at the bike at 10 am, met with Ken at 11am and was riding my bike home by noon. It was exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. If I run into anyone looking for bike I will direct them to Ken at Cycle Ward.

If you are looking to repair a Motorcycle they are are great techs and have fair prices, most of all they are reliable and honest!! Now if you happen to buy a motorcycle from Ken then I must warn you, you are going to get a great Motorcycle that has been gone over by the techs at a more than fair price! Ken does not charge a dealer fee and gives you a straight answer to any questions you may have! He is a man that keeps his word. Zero issues with this small shop that the owner stands behind his shop, employees and the motorcycle he sells. If he has the motorcycle you want I would not hesitate to purchase it from Ken! He has from older well taken care of motorcycles to newer super low mileage mileage pieces. I purchased a 2008 Harley Softail Heritage with 7400 miles and it rides like a dream and I have had dozens of motorcycles! I will go to them when I am due for a service! Thank you, Ken and Crew! Art and Sean are amazing. They fixed issues another shop was supposed to have done and the other shop dropped the ball. Thank God I called Art. He got me in right away and had my parts there very quickly. They were also able to find my engine issue that had been overseen by the other shop for the last 4 months! Happy to say my baby is back on the road and running like a new bike again. Will not be taking my bike anywhere else in Pinellas county. Highly recommend them

I needed to sell my bike due to an unexpected setback. Ken was not only knowledgable, but very thorough in researching the value of my bike. He ultimately offered me a very fair price, which I accepted on the depot. Could not be happier and would highly recommend going there for advice, information and repairs on all types of Harleys! Thank you for helping me out of a situation when Bert's Harley Davidson blew me off with some pretty bad advice.

Don’t go here for help. Don’t expect to be able to ask questions. Looking for a project bike and a shop to do the work. Once the employee realized I wasn’t there to buy he passed me off and said he couldn’t help. Didn’t both to hear my questions. I won’t bring my new project here or my current daily if they can’t even be helpful to a walk up customer. Check out shops and sellers over in Seminole much nicer and more helpful than this place. Edit: Exactly as I said before he had already made up his mind as to what I was looking for and needed and didn’t actually hear the questions I was asking. That’s why I was looking at his customers bikes because they all looked like project bikes something I’m interested in buying. All he heard was 1000 1500 and thought that I was cheap. In the midst of trying to explain to him that I understand I wouldn’t find anything Harley running for 1500 he decided to talk over me and tell me how that’s insane so at that point I just decided to walk away because he wasn’t gonna be helpful. I was looking to make a new connection with the shop but was brushed off as soon as he realized he couldn’t make a sale.

Complete engine rebuild. Shawn is a class tech. 1st rate. Bike runs better than it ever has & I had 70K on it at rebuild, so I would know. Art is amazing as well & I first met Art back in 89. Good guy all around & Art knows bikes inside & out. Thanks for your guidance, Art. Much appreciated. Thanks guys!

Art is a wealth of knowledge & researched & acquired an entire parts list for me on getting a whole new front end on my bike: Forks, legs, brakes cables, lights, bars, etc. . . I think it looks amazing! So happy with the results. Shawn, (The Mechanic) has done a superb job of putting everything together, performing a complete servicing & making everything right. They both took the time to communicate with me to make into how I envisioned it. Ken, (Owner) has a great shop with great people who really take the time to go the extra mile. I needed a new front tire on my 2014 Limited and it was a bit later in the day. Ken said if I could get it in by 3:45 pm we would be good and it should take about an hour. Well I got there at 3:45pm and when I did I said I also needed an oil change. Ken and his team got the tire and oil change done in 35 minutes! This is why I've been using them for all my Harley service for the last few years. He and Art always go the extra mile and do quality work at a fair price. If you have a Harley there's no reason to pay the high prices and endure the long waiting times at the dealer. Go to the Cycle Ward and they'll treat you right. I've owned a number of Harleys over the years and have never been to a better shop than this. I currently own an old (02) Wide Glide and Art has worked on it quite a few times. They always have done a good job at a very fair price. If you want your Harley fixed properly, bring it here!

I can’t say enough about my experience at cycle ward. I have been looking for a used road guide ultra for a few weeks now. I sold a can am spyder Rt limited a few weeks ago and was lost without a bike to ride.i decided to start shopping around. Went on Craig’s list for bikes near me for sale saw this bike about 9:00 am and called at 9:30 when they opened .ken one of the owners called me right back within a few min.told him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend.he met all my needs and I drove up from Venice .the bike was just being brought off the lift. Cleaned serviced ready to go. Finished the deal got on the bike and road back to Venice . My experience with ken and his crew was nothing short of perfect . Great place. Don't take your Harley to the dealership. I get all my services done here. I needed a back tire and Bert's Harley wanted 440.00 for the exact same tire that cycle ward had for 340.00. Oil change at cycle ward 60 bucks. Bert's Harley 129.

I just bought a 2016 Street Glide from The Cycle Ward and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a quality pre-owned sled - this is the place. I appreciated the straight forward, no nonsense, regular guy attitude (love it). I plan on taking the bike back for services and such. The Cycle Ward gets two thumbs up from this guy.
