Had me wait all day just to end up telling me they couldn’t make it, we have a sign advertising there company at our business promised to reimburse me $90 to pay for my towe after waiting all day just to be told they can’t help and have yet to receive reimbursement very unprofessional and if they say 30 minutes expect it to be 2 hours or not show up at all. Glad to remove this and make things right if someone wants to reach out otherwise I can spread the word
Igero issued the call to them at 946am. I called them at 950am to confirm. I said to please not take the call then cancel two hours later, and they assured me they would pick it up by 3pm. Spoke to them 4 more times throughout the day. The last time we spoke at 233pm, he said they would be there by 3pm, and that they were currently on their way. They cancelled at 335pm. Lied and wasted any chance I had at getting the thing moved today.
I highly recommend this company. Courtney picked up my vehicle on time and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable, and his attention to detail was appreciated. Thank you!!!
Kaleb did a top notch job taking care of two old people with car trouble. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to get our car towed to a dealership for repairs. Keep him on your staff and give them a raise😊

Called to have a car towed. Waiting 3 hours and was told the driver was at Park and Gandy at 2:36pm. He stated he was calling his driver. Never called me back. I called 8 more times and got no answer! I have the call log. Your driver then called me at 4:17pm and stated he was on the way. So yes I canceled as I had a tow truck at my location. I have attached the call log.
