I called looking for my vehicle and I spoke with the rudest woman I’ve ever encountered answering phones! This person should not be allowed to communicate with customers if she has this level of disrespect! I will make my experience known to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area! Extremely rude and very unprofessional
Had to.move a disabled van that had been in storage for quite awhile. Even with the difficulties encountered loading and (especially) unloading the van from the tow truck, Ian handled the job with a reassuring confidence and incredible expertise.

The driver terrierfied my kids who broke down. He was yelling at other divers and flicking people off while being on his phone the whole time. He was on others bumpers. My kids were highly shaken up. We just relocated to St Petersburg a few weeks ago and when my husband broke down of course we didn't know who to call. I was lucky to find Pinellas Affordable Towing number by doing a Google search and I am so thankful I did.
Mimi was an angel, she so helpful and understanding, even though they were busy with alot of tows she was able to fit us in immediately. We only had to wait maybe an 30 minutes at the most.
Mike our tow truck driver was on it. He got our car hitch and dropped it off at the auto shop in 15 minutes.
Their pricing is true to their name, I was shocked when Mike gave me the total, I have paid double with other companies to go the similar distance.
If we ever need a tow in the future (hopefully we won't 😬) Pinellas Affordable Towing will be my first call.

Had 2 tows in 2 days. The first was excellent. The second was grumpy. Obviously had a bad day. The price is excellent. Less than most. Over all good experience.
They came they towed! They left! What more could you ask for. CJ even waited as I was not at the location when he got there. Although it was a 5 minute wait he was pleasant and didn't rush me.

They were rude (which is to be expected) but changing the price after the quote and being vague about how much more it would cost is shady. It was as if they were the last tow truck service in the county. I called black jack towing right after, got a better rate, the staff was much more pleasant to deal with.
I asked for a quote for a under 2 miles tow. The quote was $81.00 I believe. I got Johnny's to do it for $60.00.
The woman I spoke with got a lil defensive when I said I thoughtit was high. She responded " if you find it cheaper, well, they probably aren't insured or licensed".
Well, I found one that was both.

I work in customer service and I was in shock of how rude the lady spoke to my boyfriend. He was not being rude. He was explaining the situation and what the other tow companies where charging and her reply was unprofessional and hung up.
