Legitimately the most UNPROFESSIONAL and most rude employees ever! I understand they have a job to do, but you can do that job and still talk to someone respectfully. Not only is my apartment complex office not open on the weekends for me to retrieve a temporary parking pass, NONE of the visitor spots were open for me to park! In which i borrowed my uncle's car to get myself together work the next morning. The guy i spoke to pretty much said I was a liar and that he has a photo of the visitor parking and there was only one car parked there (ticket shows they towed the car at 12:57am and ironically i wake up to go to work at 1:45am so i guess within the 48 minutes 5/6 visitorspots magicallybecame unavailable) never in the 2 years that ive been living there has the visitor parking been empty... you know why? Because the residents who live on that end of the apartments park there! Not only that, my ACTUAL car that has a parking pass was parked in one of those spots because it cant turn on! So with that being said, I asked the guy to show me the photo he has of there only being one car in the visitor spots because my car would be in that photo. He then asked which car is mine and i told him, then he told me "i don't have to show you anything " because he is the actual liar! He knows none of those spots were empty and he knew I knew that because my car was parked there. Along with that, he cursed at me and told me he isnt about to go back and forth with me and that he dont care to hear what I have to say. Whole time I talked to him respectfully like a normal decent person.

Simple he elegal towet my car make sure you contact Pinellas caunty business regulation in case you faunt something weird whit those guys. Worst costumer service ever seen

Not a service I'm happy to pay for, but I was happy I went with them. Reasonable pricing for a tow when my car broke down. Great professionalism, personability, and service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite advertising as being available 24/7, I was unable to get ahold of anyone when I needed assistance. When I finally did get in touch, the staff were rude and dismissive when I asked simple, reasonable questions. It came across as unprofessional and gave me the impression that their priority is more about taking people’s money than actually providing reliable service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy or dependable roadside assistance.

Towed my step sons car for no reason. Very ghetto. No respect when you ask general questions. Their just desperate for money . So sad thats how this world is..

Horrible tow company. Towed my car and messed it up. Rear axle light comes on and it never has before. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. Owner said he has pictures of how my car was towed in. I asked for those pictures to be sent over to me and he lied about that. He would not fix the car or refund my money for the damage.

Perhaps your employee wearing Chiefs shirt on 2/23 needs to be placed on a performance improvement plan as he was nothing but rude when one’s asking question. But yet again not expecting much from a towing company but will be complaining to my apartment complex that I pay 2k/month and had an emergency with my other car and had to use for ONE night another car. All to deal with this disgruntled employee. We all had career day son.

While visiting someone as I usually would EVERYDAY in an apartment complex I park in the same spot every single time. I don’t have money to throw away on a tow truck. It’s clearly visible at 3am that I was in visitors parking, and my car was towed because they couldn’t see it… that’s not my fault! I park here every single day/ night because it’s a visitors parking spot. I have to pay $200 to Get my car back. It’s ridiculous in this situation they don’t own up to their mistake. It clearly says visitor parking. I have sat and watched this company tow several cars after the hurricanes… it’s super sad that people make a living off doing people that way. I could see if I was in the wrong but this photo explains it all… ewe

Hello I'm an Army 30 year active duty combat arms veteran with 100% disability do to my combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I live in Zurabay Apartments at 225 73rd Ave N. My vehicle is registered with the apartment so that I will not get towed. I have parked in the same handicap spot ever since I moved in July 2024. The towing company is on the property always looking for a hustle to get money from the community. They have seen my veterans license plate to includde the emblems on my vehicle. I always place my disability placard in my window, however when I picked it up from the tow yard in was on the floor of vehicle. I don't know how it fail there, however that's where it was. They charged me $206.11 (Cash), they don't except credit cards, and they never told me that prior to coming to there location. The employee was 20 min late for my appointment to pick up my vehicle. When he got there he was very rude and disrespectful. I called the company the next day to speak with the manager and I was not allowed to and I was asked 5 times what's the problem even though I had explained the issue. The employee put me on hold for and extended period of time, then came back on the phone and asked me (What's the problem)? I had already stated I wanted to speak with a manager or supervisor and the employee failed to make any attempts to help me. Terrible customer service never use this Company especially if you are a veteran or a person respects veterans for their service to our Country of the United States of America.

After they said they were going to show up none did. Made us wait no call backs or even answer the phone. Now they want to say they are the wrong company. Never use this towing company and as a business owner I will spread the word to have everyone stay away from them.

Despite state law requiring them to man the phone at all times during business hours I called 7 times before the phone was answered. When they answered they hung up because I called too much. A complaint has been filed with consumer protection and I will be in their office to speak to the owner when he returns. After my first review, they refused to allow my girlfriend to pay for the tow bill with a card. They refused to speak to me and would not tell me the hours of operation. I had to call my lawyer to get answers about the rules for their business. They overcharged for the flat rate non-consent tie fee and charged 10 miles to bring the car to a location 4.6 miles away. "Tom" advised me to "be a man and come get the car" and explained "if it was his girlfriends car it would already be out" My apartment manager told me the owners name is Darius but Tom nor the person who continues to take the phone to regurgitate the same insults Tom did refused to provide their name. They thennsaid they would not talk to men anymore because I left them a bad review. They still refused to accept any alternate payment methods and made her walk to an ATM after ubering to the car. They did not disclose their hours or location to the registered owner and failed to advise her of the payment methods she could use prior to her arrival at the facility. They repeatedly stated they do not have to be professional and they do not owe me any common courtesy because I parked a car somewhere I shouldn't. "Tom" would not answer simple questions like what time they close but requested personal information such as what kind of cards my girlfriend has. He then proceeded to call me a liar because she called her card a debit card and I called it a credit card. Tom is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Refusing to provide any information about the company or the policies. No one is available to answer questions and told me not to make my problem his problem.

The staff is professional, personable, and courteous. They have been accommodating when fixing my car. Ladies, this is a trustworthy business!

Also kept quoting their rules when the rules are on a tiny section of fence that was blocked by a car when we got here Sunday, July 7th at 1:35pm.

Now before I continue with this review, I understand and my car was towed because it didn’t have the proper sticker in the parking lot. I’m in the parking complex. That being said dealing with these guys, especially the guy with the dreadlocks is so contentious and this guy is so rude that literally I thought I was gonna have to fight my way through to getting my car. This guy needs to go back to school and learn how to communicate it because his baby talk could not be understood. All that mumbling and lazy talk is ridiculous and his directions were horrible. Who is the owner that is going to respond to this suggestion would be for new employees These guys should not be in front of any customers Update: The gentleman that I dealt with, with the dread sided to give me a call due to the fact that he saw my review and began berating me because of it. Whoever is the owner of this company really needs to reevaluate who he has on his staff because this guy is definitely not a good representation. I got off the phone with him and all he could talk about was how he gave me what he thought was good customer service to get me in and out but he didn’t realize that he was talking to somebody that has extensive sales background and a customer service professional. He is beyond help. He needs to go dig his head, digging a ditch somewhere and not be in front of anybody. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and to the county it’s located to make sure they know what type of service towing companies providing.

Very unprofessional. They damaged my boyfriend vehicle and didn't own up to it. Darius (got his name and picture from the Google.) world not cooperate with the police. Darius would not give his name or his boss name, he kept trying to close the gate on the officers. Very hostile with words and a very poor attitude when being questioned. We were told that the owner will contact us in a week if not we will proceed to take legal action.

Thank you, Always Ready Towing and Recovery, for coming to my rescue in a timely manner today! I was scared to drive my suv to the dealership, and you get it there with no worries! I can always count on you and your team.

Mike was very rude and unprofessional ,Illegal towed my part car at 2:34am saying it was not a disabled parking permit, he argued it as to be placed on the Rearview mirror which is absolutely inaccurate according to the Fla Statue 320.0848 anything to make a quick dollar is sad. Well not patronize this Business ever Again.

We constantly have people parking in the lot which is clearly labeled. If you park here and leave your vehicle here, it will be towed. Then the people who illegally park in our lot give Always Ready a one-star review and then me too. Darius painted new lines in our parking lot, and he removes beach goers who take up the parking for our customers.

Complete con artists! EXTREMELY SHADY BUSINESS. Cash only, no receipts and no “unauthorized” parking sign. Just as SHADY as the surrounding establishments. Gouging locals and tourists.

This company services our parking lot enforcement. Their business is not a pleasant one but we haven’t had any problems with their service or with wrongfully removal of vehicles. Would recommend to other businesses looking for parking enforcement. The guys are alway easy to contact and speak with.

I got a flat tire while on my way to work right before the Howard Franklin. I called Always Ready and they had vehicle towed and tire replaced since they install tires (as an added bonus). Saved me so much time and aggravation. Highly professional and a pleasure doing business with them. Extremely fair pricing!!! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing towing/tire servicing!

Darius at always ready is awesome! I called because I hit something in an alley on my way to work and got a flat. He was super quick to get to me, towed my vehicle to his shop, swapped the tire over and filled up the other tires with air and charged a great rate! Thanks Darius!

My car broke down, called them and they were on it. I ended up cancelling due to my dad coming to rescue me. However, the gentleman said call at anytime if you need us. I appreciate that more than they know. 👍 Saved the number in case I have other emergencies where family can not help. Thank you again.

Finally found a great company in Pinellas county. Reliable, proffesional and great rates !! My entire family usses them for towing, tires, and automotive needs. We even bought our daughters first car from them. i highly recommend them,.
