Can’t say enough good words about this place. They’re honest, reliable and they have really good communication. They checked my truck out and even added radiator fluid at no cost. I went back to replace the radiator and it was very reasonably priced and super fast! 10/10 for sure!
Clean shop. Professional and reasonable oil change with all the extras. Not one of those overpriced quick oil change places that bump the price up for this and that. The price is discussed up front. They do repairs as well.

Was referred here from my extended warranty program, and so glad I was! Chris was very knowledgeable about my issue over the phone and was able to accommodate my last minute schedule change. Once I arrived for my appointment, they were able to fix my issue in about ten minutes! Reliable and trustworthy mechanics are so hard to find these days, but I do believe MDP Automotive is one of those shops you can truly trust. Highly recommend!!
On my ash to work, I realized my driver’s window was not working. MDO Automotive was able to work me in and repaired the problem in the same day. Chris was amazing and went above and beyond to get the repairs done quickly. All staff members I interacted with were wonderful. I will highly recommend MDP to family and friends!

I had an issue with the rear wiper on my vehicle. I called a garage about looking at it, and they referred me to MDP.. I called them and Chris scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic test. Dropped the car off, Chris said he would call with the results. I also gave him my extended warranty contract number and contact information. He called me and said what the issue was, but he called the warranty company and they told Chris they wouldn’t cover it because it was an electrical wiring issue. Chris explained to them exactly what he found, but they still refused. Chris called me and told me what had transpired with the warranty company. I filled a complaint.
Someone from the warranty company called Chris to discuss the situation. After speaking with Chris, they decided to pay the claim.
Chris went above being professional and courteous. He should be employee of the year !

Brought my Buick Enclave in to get my alternator replaced They did a great job and quoted me a fair price Unfortunately the labor costs are high because of where the alternator is located

They know what thier doing and are very efficient . They diagnosed why my hatch would not open. While the mechanic removed broken actuator they located new part had it delivered and fixed within an hour . The price was very reasonable too .👍
I was going there to change my oil my car was good no lights on when the oil change is done after 2 days the engine light is coming on before you told the customer you can take care of it and trust you to do the work on the car you can not say I don’t have the computer to checkout for this brand after the work,you have to say that before but of course you have to make money. Anyway I’m disappointed. And the car is 2018 only 46k miles.
Brought my 2005 Escalade to MDP after reading some of their reviews. The steering gear box was loosing power steering fluid almost as fast as I could put some in. Chris was most helpful for getting the vehicle in ordered the part and repaired within a couple of days. Wonderful job. Thank you so very much.

I had left a 5 star review for C & S years ago. 4 months ago MDP took credit for the review. I went once, right after Cary sold the business. Routine maintenance and oil change, wasn't warned about the price increase. Brake work estimate (that wasn't needed immediately) was a lot more there than other businesses. Wouldn't or couldn't do a drain and fill on CVT transmission.
Have had nothing but positive experiences. I just found this place and they go over and beyond my expectations. A good mechanic is hard to find. They are professional keep u up to date every step of the way. They are affordable and get the job done in a timely manner. Am praying they work on mini cooper's cause I am bringing that in next and its hard to find a place to work on minis outside of the dealership. Will follow up with a review re my mini cooper after my visit this week.
