I was going on a trip to Virginia to my brothers. My battery ended up being dead and needed replacement. Paperwork was hard to figure out but Craig the store manager at this location, went above and beyond. Brand new battery and my vacation was a success. I have been dealing with Craig for years, always 110%! A fine example of customer service!

I needed a new battery and the manager was so kind . He helped pick one out and installed it for me. My grandsons were with me and he let them watch him change it out . Great experience great customer service!

Went in the store this evening and got the worst service I have ever experienced. The heavy set gentleman was outside on his phone by his car when I pulled in. He visibly was agitated upon me arriving 30 minutes to close. Didn’t want to help me find what I was asking for. Huffing and puffing when I was asking questions. Clearly his body language was rude and un called for. My family was on the side of the road with a flat tire that required a lock key. He told me I needed to order the part and it would be there Tuesday. I told him my family is on the side of the road that would not work. He shrugged his shoulders like oh welll. I walked out of the store fuming at the customer service. Very poor customer service to say the absolute least

Went to get my battery tested (and replaced). It was an excellent experience. The guy who ended up installing it was so friendly and professional. In the future this will be my first stop anytime I need something for my car.

I went to get coolant and an employee walked outside with me, to help. He noticed diesel all over everything. I wouldn't know because I know nothing about vehicles. I had a fuel leak. If he hadn't noticed, I might have killed my work van. That's my whole business. Thank you

Kind and friendly staff. At least the 2 working at the time. Wish I know there name. Mid-age(40's) athletic looking gentlemen and younger girl with dark hair. Was a short conversation about the costly car battery market. My dead battery (autocraft) wasn't there brand and to replace it was much more than expected. Didn't get it and left a bit shocked but with a smile. Thanks yall!!

I’ve been going to this location regularly since shortly after they opened. The employees are very friendly, the managers very knowledgeable and helpful. This location almost always has what I need when others in the area might not. Definitely my go-to AutoZone in St Pete!

Angie M. Is incredible! We had an issue with the car and it turned out to be our battery. She had us in and out with a new battery installed within 20 minutes. Do not go to your dealership! Come to AutoZone and ask for Angie!

Such a nice place with a friendly atmosphere. Craig Shapiro was amazing. So helpful and kind. Fixed my issue and went above and beyond. Elvin was also very kind and helpful and explained every option and possible charge while Craig was working on my car. I will go back there every time.

Our check engine came on when we were out of town and panicked. We stopped in to the nearest auto zone where Eddie greeted us immediately and helped us identify the problem. Not only that but he stood out in the pouring rain with us and helped us fix it in the parking lot with his own tools. I will forever be greatful for people in this world like Eddie and I hope auto zone is too.

I strongly believe that the manager Shay had to be a racist. I would hate for another black person to experience what I had to experience. So here goes the review. Today was my 2nd encounter with this guy. Last week, he then lacked customer service skills; (“sup” and “hey”). No “welcome to Autozone” or “how may I help you?”. What is even worse is that he didn’t even put in any effort in looking for that part that I needed. Didn’t ask for the part number to perform an advanced search, and didn’t check to see if a nearby store had it. No nothing. Just stated that it was NOT in stock and suggested that I should go online to Amazon or contact the Toyota dealer for the part; and that it would more expensive. Little did he know that I already bought the same part at a different Autozone prior to my arrival at this location. The female at one of the Largo stores advised that I review the online inventory stated; which stated that it was in fact in stock at this location. I went to the location near 66th street and Park boulevard. Lo and behold, they had the part. Lastly, I would be remiss if I were to state a problem without offering a solution (that would be complaining). Maybe some form of remedial sensitivity training should be considered for this employee?

Usually, going into an auto parts store is something you dread, but my day sincerely got better with my interaction with Martin E. They seem to have a great team at this location!

I went in after my car barely started this morning and Craig was so great! He tested my battery and when I need it replaced he went inside and went over my options. It took him less than 10 minutes to come out and change it for me after. Thank you!!!!

I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to both Trevor’s! They went above and beyond to help me replace my headlight quickly and efficiently. Not only were they knowledgeable, but he was also friendly and professional throughout the process. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and I truly appreciate their help. Jared, the Assistant Manager IS AMAZING. He was the ultimate professional in assisting me to find what I needed. As a person not knowledgeable in car maintenance, Jared not only provided courteous service, but also installed the light bulb for me which saved me time and money and eased all anxiety for my big drive out of state this weekend. I highly recommend this wonderfully clean and well-stocked Auto Zone to EVERYONE. THANK YOU JARED!!!!

Best AUTOZONE yet, in the area. Just built 2 months ago & I already know, I will not go to another. Why?!, First off.. My Left brake light to my 2015 Ford Escape had gone out., Talked with Brandon about which I needed & he quickly found them. He was also, so kind as to offer to install it for me. Second Staff member GERARD was so knowledgeable & had experience in installing the brake light, its a Ford Escape so its tricky to install. Even though it was just the Left brake light bulb that went out, he replaced the right side to ! Over all exceptional Customer Service, Attentive, Knowledgeable. They went above & beyond ! Had me on my way in minutes. Great job to AutoZone Corporate, for the staff they have chosen at Store 4404 (4596 Park Blvd) Pinellas Park.
